Chapter 85 - I Won't Bothering You Again

Xia Sha glares at Guan Xian heavily when she starts to feel a hot and wet sensation on her palm. When she realized he might have licked her palm, she retracted her hand with a disgusted face. 

"Ew!" She groaned and wiped his saliva on his coat. 

Guan Xian's magnetic laughter rang all over her ears once again. He looks like he is enjoying himself while Xia Sha puts on her annoyed look. 

"Gross!" She snarls once again, wiping her hand on his sleeve. 

"Sorry, but not really," Guan Xian bites his lower lips to hold his chuckle while let her wipe her hand on his coat. Xia Sha gritted her teeth and rolled her eyes. 

"Childish!" she told him.

Guan Xian replied with a silly grin.

"I'm going now. Don't follow me," Xia Sha said coldly. She turned her body around in no time. She wandered her eyes around to find Kai Xin, but that friend of hers has run away with Xiao Ni. 

That little betrayer... 

She huffed and took her first step to leave the store. But upon getting trailed by Guan Xian, her temper starts to get triggered.

"Stop following me!" She snaps and quickly went to the right. 

"This is a public place. I have every right to take every step that I want," Guan Xian said with a mocking tone as if he deliberately want to anger Xia Sha. 

Guan Xian casually follows her every step. If she moves one step to the right, he will step to the right. If she moves to the left, he will also move to the left. 

Xia Sha turns to him furiously, clenching her fist, she said, "What do-?" 

"What do I want? I want you to unblock me. How is that?" Guan Xian said with his million-dollar smiles. He is so direct that Xia Sha couldn't even use the 'My phone broke' excuse.

"No, I don't want to do that." Xia Sha's eyes turn bleak. 

"Why? I thought we are getting along just great," he asked calmly. 

"Because-" Xia Sha couldn't finish her sentence when she realized her reason is unreasonable. The truth was, She couldn't control her feeling for him.

Thus, she blocks him. 

But how can she say that to him? Where should she put her face? 

Guan Xian is still waiting for her answer patiently. His face is as calm as the dead sea. The words 'Go on, lie to my face' is written on his forehead. 

Xia Sha moistens her lips that suddenly felt dry. She lowered her lashes before lying. "Because I want to. I don't need a reason to block someone I don't like, right?" 

"You don't like me?" He asked with a verifying tone. 

"Yes, I don't like you," she repeated almost instantly. 

"Why?" 

"I just don't. You don't need a reason to don't like someone." She glares at him. In his eyes, her fierce appearance looks the same as the angry little cub. 

"But, I like you!" He said without any hesitation. 

Xia Sha's eyes flare up as if someone just pours a bucket of cold water into the top of her head. 

"Everyone can hear you!" She exclaims. However, Guan Xian seems like he doesn't care at all. He doesn't even glance at his surrounding before repeating his words.

"I like you, I meant it." He said with all seriousness he had. "So it's hurt me a little when you said you didn't like me." 

Her honest words throw Xia Sha under the bus. She has nothing to words to utter when she sees the pain in his eyes. Stunned, she slowly mumbles out of her control. 

"Why? Why do you like me? How?" 

Guan Xian is silenced. Why? Why did he like her?

He has asked him himself the same questions before. When she blocked and avoid him, he felt so hurt by her rejection. He said to himself, why did you let this woman step all over you like this? and why did you still want to be associated with her. 

Why did you like her so much? 

Is it her beautiful face? beautiful smiles? Her smart, sarcastic little mouth? Or because he pitied her? 

He doesn't know, every time he thought about this, he gets so confused that it almost makes him mad. 

He is going crazy. 

"I... I don't have any reason to like you. But I do. I like you." There are too many words on his mind, but he could only say these sentences out. He mocks himself for being so stupid.

"But I don't like you," She mumbles with great difficulties. How can you speak with so many butterflies on your stomach?

Guan Xian chuckles at Xia Sha. A wicked smile plastering his handsome face as he lifted up her chin with his finger. "You can't even look at me directly when you say those words. How can I believe your words, hm?" 

Xia Sha is forced to look straight at those dark brown eyes. That eyes, which always tempting her every time. The fort she hardly builds slowly starts to crumbles when he takes one step closer to her. 

Their body almost touched and only separated by centimeters in between. Xia Sha felt and smell his minty cold breath when he opens his mouth. 

"Look at my eyes and tell me that you don't like me," He demands, showing his domineering side that he rarely shows. His kind smiles slowly disperse into a shallow hollow inside his heart.

Getting intimidated by him, she averted her gaze once again. But his finger and her chin is a strong stonewall. She gathers her courage and finally stares deep into those brown eyes. 

She almost gets lost if her rationality didn't persist in telling her that they are impossible. She took a deep breath and look at his iris, almost swayed away by the fascinating fact it's getting larger when she looks at him. 

But what should be done, should be done. 

"I don't like you." 

Her calm voice pierces through his heart. As calm as she slowly stole his heart and turn around the next second. Guan Xian has never been this confused for his whole life. 

"You are terrifying," He suddenly said, a faint smile on his face. 

Xia Sha felt empty when he took a step back. She lowered her head, looking at her black heels calming her inner goddess, who starts speculating what they both can be if she just is honest with him about her feelings.

She watches his shoes disappear from her sight. The fear of losing start creeping inside her heart. 

"Tell me once again, you don't like me at all?" His voice is still audible even though his shoes are out of her sight. 

"???" 

He hasn't gone yet? 

Xia Sha looked up and find he is smiling smugly with his finger rubbing his chin. "Impossible, I've dressed up like the man you like. I've even become more handsome than that Lee Min Ho guy. Don't tell me I've to downgrade like that Ling guy."

Xia Sha: "..." 

"What Lee Min Ho?" She furrowed her eyebrow and narrow her gaze at him.

Although his word somehow irritating her, that sense of relief secretly hiding in the corner of her heart. 

He didn't leave. Her inner goddess cheered.

"Is this because I once living the fullest of my youth?" He asked carefully, raising his right eyebrow. He didn't even bother to answer Xia Sha's questions.

He was hinting about his dark past with a lot of women. Xia Sha's eyes darken. When he sees her shift of expression, he claps his hand loudly and points at her face.

"See! Your face darkens when I mention my past. You are jealous! Means you like me. HA! I caught you red-handed! You are a terrible liar," Guan Xian smirked. 

"Non-Nonsense! What are you bluffing about?!" Xia Sha blabbered. "Where is Kai Xin that girl? Why did she leave me alone," she tried to divert her attention to something else to stop her cheeks from blushing. 

Guan Xian chuckled and decided to tease her anymore. "Xiao Ni and your friend are in the store next door. Let's go! my mother told me to accompany Xiao Ni. You don't know how crazy she is these days.."

Oh, so he came for his little sister. 

Xia Sha frowned and glared at him. 

"I don't want to go with you. I'll call Kai Xin and wait for her here," She stubbornly said. However, Guan Xian is more than dare to step on her bottom line. He pulls her arm and drags her to the store next door. 

"I also need to buy a Christmas present for my father." He said calmly, before adding, "I won't bothering you again there."

Xia Sha felt he has thrown a heavy rock on his toes when he promised her that. Her heart is hurt and confused, just like how she felt every night when he stops sending her emails.. But her lips curled into a thin smile as she said, "good."
