Chapter 185 - This Naughty Boy Deserves A Hit On His Butt

Xia Sha hasn't moved an inch from her place. The tingling sensation of sands sliding between her toes never felt so funny before. The crash of the surf slowly gets familiar on her ears as her sight filled with unlimited water over the horizon. 

No matter how hard her brain is trying to process this weird situation, Xia Sha could not guest what plan Guan Xian had in his mind. 

Yes! That stinky guy is smiling widely on the ship as he enjoys the sea breeze on his yacht deck, facing Xia Sha. The situation reminds Xia Sha of the cinderella movie. Especially that part where the evil-step-sister bullying cinderella.

Xia Sha squinted her eyes and fixed her sight upon Guan Xian.

"GUAN XIAN! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? TAKE ME BACK HOME!" Xia Sha shouted when Guan Xian walked inside the yacht. 

Xia Sha's heart almost stopped when she thought Guan Xian wanted to leave her alone on this deserted island. There is nothing in this place except for sand, sea, and frightening woods behind her. This situation is Xia Sha's new definition of NIGHTMARE!

Alone, out of nowhere, how could she survive the night?!

How could he do this to her? 

"GUAN XIAN! YOU BASTARD! DON'T GO!" Xia Sha shouted and tried to fasten her pace towards Guan Xian in the yacht's deck. 

The 'devil' suddenly coming out from the cockpit room with a glass of wine in his hand. The half unbuttoned white shirt makes him look exactly like a mean landlord. 

When did he change?

Wait. That is not important! What important is why does he bring her here? Does this is how he took revenge?

"Guan Xian!" Xia Sha called his name loudly even when she had gritted her teeth in anger. She glared at him with a deathful gaze that Guan Xian saw before. 

Guan Xian suddenly got goosebumps, but he hides them perfectly behind his row of perfect teeth. 

"Calling for me already? I thought you wanted to be left alone?" He pursed his lips with an innocent tone, making Xia Sha eager to puke right at that moment. 

"I want to be left alone, but-"

"See! You want to be left alone. Isn't this private island perfect for you? You can enjoy your day alone. No one can bother you here. Isn't this what you wanted the day you left with Ruan Jing Tian?" Guan Xian cynically raised his eyebrow, looking sarcastic as he laid sipped his wine elegantly. 

Xia Sha is so angry that her breath almost chokes her to death. Her finger curled into a hard fist as she clenched her slim jaws. 

"I don't need you to bring me here! I could be alone in my apartment. And even if I wanted to be alone on a deserted island, I DON'T NEED YOU TO BRING ME THERE!" Xia Sha fume in anger, trying to knock some sense into Guan Xian's brain. 

"Well, I'm just helping you~ But you never appreciate my effort. Why?" Guan Xian murmured, but he used a loud enough voice so Xia Sha could hear. 

"I do appreciate you! I do! But-" Xia Sha is so agitated that she jumped on the sand as she answers. 

"You do? Then enjoy this deserted island. After all, this is your wish," Guan Xian spread out his hand, show casting the beauty of nature with his handsome boyish charm. 

"Guan Xian," Xia Sha called his name again, with the sign of warning this time. 

Guan Xian raised his hand, using a gesture as if he knew what Xia Sha wanted to say. 

"Don't worry. I won't disturb you again. You want to be left alone. I got it," Guan Xian nods his head frantically, pressing his lips into a thin smile as he signals the helmsman to start the yacht. 

Xia Sha widened her eyes when Guan Xian started waving his hand. The surge of panic come rushing into her body. In a rush, she runs into the moving yacht, wetting the bottom of her dress. 

"GUAN XIAN! YOU ARE NOT DOING THIS TO ME!"

"What?" Guan Xian moves his ear in her direction, but his yacht started to get smaller in Xia Sha's sight. 

"THIS IS NOT FUNNY!"

"I am not trying to make it funny~" Guan Xian mischievously grinned.

"HEY!!!"

"What? I cannot hear you!"

"I AM GOING TO SUE YOU WHEN I GET BACK TO THE CITY!"

"I CANNOT HEAR YOU!!!" Guan Xian shouted back because he is getting farther from the island.

"GUAN XIAN! COMEBACK!"

That is the last scream that shaken the island before Xia Sha gives up. The images of Guan Xian laughing his ass off on the deck imprinted on her mind. She bit her lower lips and walked back to the shore. 

"I am so going to kill that bastard!" Xia Sha murmured under her breath. 

"I am so going to kill that bastard," Xia Sha forced a smile and talked to a crab when she spotted them. 

"I AM SO GOING TO KILL THAT BASTARD!!!" Xia Sha screams, shaking the whole island that all of the birdies fly away.

"Tsk! I don't know if this is a good idea or not," Xiao Ni clicked her tongue after she reread Xia Sha's message. 

"Eh? What troubled you? Is it the wedding?" Grandmother Guan raised her eyebrow gently when she heard Xiao Ni's mumbling to herself. 

Xiao Ni looked up and tilted her head to face grandmother Guan. She pressed her lips into a severe line before she shook her head as if it's an impossible case. Without saying anything, Xiao Ni looked down and talking to herself again. 

Xiao Ni repeatedly doing the same routine worried and annoyed grandmother Guan. Grandmother Guan whacked her tight and put on a fierce expression when Xiao Ni look at her. 

"Grandmother! It's hurt!" Xiao Ni complained and pouted at her grandmother. 

"The next smack will be more than that if you don't tell grandmother what bothers you? Did Wang Kai bully you?" Grandmother furrowed her eyebrow.

Xiao Ni shook her head and tried to avert her gaze from grandmother Guan. She played with her finger on the lap as steal glances with a suspicious face. 

Grandmother Guan raised her hand, and Xiao Ni immediately covers her tight. 

"It's not Wang Kai! It's brother! Brother is bullying Xia Sha! He took Xia Sha to a deserted island and left her alone there," Xiao Ni exposed Guan Xian in one sentence. And because she said it loudly, mother and father Guan, whose approaching grandmother Guan rounded their eyes.

"WHAT?!" Grandmother Guan, Mother Guan, and Father Guan shouted at the same time. 

"My God! What did he do again?" Mother Guan comes rushing like a bolt of thunder. She has stood next to Xiao Ni in a blink of an eye. 

"My poor child. How can Guan Xian do that to a girl?" Grandmother Guan's face looks worried and pale as soon as she imagines Xia Sha and Guan Xian on a deserted island. 

"Xiao Ni! Your brother is wrong this time. You cannot help him cover-up!" Father Guan's face turned stern as he pressures Xiao Ni to spill everything. 

"Xia Sha broke up with brother immediately after grandmother calls her that night. Then brother comes to grandmother and explained everything. Grandmother had given them her blessing, so big brother went to Xia Sha to coax her. That night Xia Sha invited several friends to celebrate her house warming party. I told my brother about it and helped him to spy on Ruan Jing Tian," Xiao Ni stopped to catch her breath, then she seriously looked at grandmother Guan. 

"Grandmother, big-brother had a lot of love rivals. But this Ruan Jing Tian is Xia Sha's best friend for a very long time. They are very close, and she cared for him a lot. So I agree on helping my brother spying on them. I forgot what happen that night, but Xia Sha went with that guy to buy a beer. Brother is waiting downstairs. They talked, and brother does not seem happy when we head back."

Xiao Ni once again stopped and caught her breath. She talked so fast that she almost choked on her saliva. Three pairs of eyes remain to wait on her to finish her story. She frowned at them with an aggrieved look, but before she could complain, grandmother Guan had shot her a 'finish your story!' glare. 

She scoffed and gritted her teeth. 

"Fine! Xia Sha said she wanted to be left alone. So brother decided to leave her alone. Today Xia Sha send me a screenshot of her chat with her brother. Apparently, mom, your dearest son had blocked Xia Sha."

"I wonder where does that pettiness comes from," father Guan glance at mother Guan. Mother Guan shot him an irritated look and shushed him. 

"I told my brother that he shouldn't act like that. I showed him the screenshot and he suddenly got up from his bed! He took my phone and tricked Xia Sha into coming with him. I tried to figure out his plan, so I tricked Bother Ji. Who knows he will leave Xia Sha alone on a deserted island?!"

"Sigh, this naughty boy deserves a hit on his butt," grandmother Guan sighed before she shook her head. She glances at father Guan and pressed her wrinkled lips together. 

"Why are you still here? save that young lady from your son!"

Father Guan: "..."

Father Guan nodded his head and immediately head out with mother Guan. But before they disappear from the beautiful garden, grandmother's Guan voice stops their pace.

"Wait!" Grandmother Guan makes everybody froze. 

Xiao Ni: "?"

Father Guan: "?"

Mother Guan: "?"

"You could not possibly leave this old woman alone, don't you? I'm going too!"
