Chapter 101 - First Night

Being an internet troll, there were many of them who simply had nothing better to do. 

On the other hand, Bao Tu was already on his wits end. Seeing Tian Quan's message, he was really on the verge of exploding because of the rampaging comments in the internet. 

"Mr. Tian Mo! Can't you please do something about your little brother?" Bao Tu asked in exasperated tone. He worked hard to be able to gain Tian Mo, the first son of Tian Family and also the one who often made the decision of the family, number. Now, the first thing he used the phone call was to ask for a favor from Tian Mo.

His heart ached the more he thought about it.

Tian Mo merely let out a bitter laugh. "My little brother is currently staying in the Capital City. I'm in City B right now because of some business. Forgive my mischievous little brother."

"This is not only at the level of mischievous!" Bao Tu really wanted to say this sentence and if possible, scream it on Tian Mo's ear. However, he knew that his life would end if he dared to do something like that. Offending Tian Mo was the same as offending the entire Tian Family.

And their influence…. Was not something a mere Bao Family could contend. If they tried to provoke them, the consequences would be something that not a single one of them could handle.

"Mr. Tian, could you please hurry? This matter can be very detrimental if it continues…" Bao Tu tried his best to make sure that he spoke properly. Internally, he was already screaming all over because of this massive humiliation that was placed on top of his head.

"I'll do my best."

"Mr. Tian…."

"If there's nothing else, please excuse me." Tian Mo didn't wait for Bao Tu to answer as he hung up the phone. Sighing lightly, Tian Mo glanced to the side and saw that his friend was still sitting there. In fact, the young man even dared to laugh when he saw the helpless expression on Tian Mo's face.

"Your little brother is always so funny."

"That's because Tian Family always let him off." Tian Mo gritted his teeth, cursing his luck for having such a brother.

His friend smiled. "Just let it be. Consider it as your younger brother contributing to the society by helping them to expose this matter."

"If you say so." Tian Mo shrugged and looked at the Go board before him. Honestly, he was already tired of wiping his brother's mess every single time. Now that this matter had attracted a lot of attention, he would just let it be for the time being. 

When he returned back… he would lock that brother of his to prevent him from tarnishing Tian Family any longer.

Bao Tu threw the phone on the floor. He could tell from Tian Mo's tone that the latter didn't have any intention to clean up the mess. In fact, the tone Tian Mo used was so calm that it was very infuriating.

'If only I'm the one standing at the very top, I'll be able to command other people easily.'

Knowing that it was still far etched from now, Bao Tu heaved a sigh and shook his head lightly. He looked at behind him, and felt that his headache grew worse. The Yu Family would not let him off now that this matter had blown up.

It was modern society, yes.

But sleeping together before marriage was still not considered something very normal in this country. It was fine if it was done covertly but exposing it to the public like this… it would be hard for Yu Xin to find another husband in the future.

Bao Tu was already having a hard time as he heard the cries of Yu Xin from her room. 

Yu Zheng Tong told the servant to prepare tea for Bao Tu. "Mr. Bao, please."

"No need to be so polite with me, Father in law," Bao Tu was quick to butter up to other people. He had no qualms changing his address to other people as long as he could get what he wanted.

"My daughter is a bit troublesome. Have you thought for a way to cover up the matter, Bao Tu?" Yu Zheng Tong asked as he also sipped his tea. He might be a yes man in front of his wife but he was also a businessman and naturally would not want to make losing deal.

Bao Tu's hand gripped the cup in his hand as he showed a bitter smile. "I'm currently trying to deal with it, Father in law. Don't worry, this matter will be suppressed in a while."

"Is that so?"

Bao Tu looked at the middle aged man in front of him and sighed. He knew that it would be hard to get out of this mess now that he was already in so deep. Rubbing his forehead, he thought that he better tried to get the best of this deal as best as possible.

"Mr. Yu, may I ask about the mine's condition this year?"

Yu Zheng Tong knew why Bao Tu was asking this matter at this point of time. It was not really a secret that Bao Tu was approaching Yu Xin because she held the share of profit of the mine and naturally has a say in which company had the privilege to get priority of better quality diamonds.

He smiled. "The profit this year has been very good since we increase the manpower."

Bao Tu's smile deepened. "Rest assured, Father in law, I'll make sure that the matter is handled well"

Yu Zheng Tong merely nodded as he watched Bao Tu called his friends. He knew that the youngsters had better connection than him because he couldn't even touch the tail of Tian Family. His business, which he was proud of, was nothing much compared to the companies owned by this youngster in front of him.

Sighing, Yu Zheng Tong walked to the inner region of the place and saw his wife pacing in front of the door. It was clear that she looked anxious because of Yu Xin's condition.

"Have you dealt with the media?" Kang Mao Lan asked harshly.

"Bao Tu is still taking care of it."

"It's been an hour and everyone is already talking about it so much! Just how many times do you want to play that video outside?" Kang Mao Lan felt so exasperated. The humiliating video was being shown so many times in public in front of so many people.

And most importantly.

The person inside is her daughter! Her daughter's reputation was thoroughly destroyed with this incident.

"I'll try to talk to my friends. How about if you also ask for Kang Mao Yao's help."

"She's already contacting everyone she could to ask them to take it down!" Kang Mao Lan gritted her teeth. "That b*tch Yu Yan, kick her out of this house! Don't give her even a cent! Freeze her account or whatever! How dare someone like her create so many trouble for us! Such a useless daughter who only knew how to make people angry!"

"That's…" Yu Zheng Tong was a bit loss. Yu Yan's account was completely separated from him and naturally, he didn't have the power to make the bank manager work in accordance to his will.

As for kicking her out, that's….

"What? Don't tell me that you still want to keep that ruthless daughter of yours here? What will you do if the next thing she asked the public to show is your humiliating video?" Kang Mao Lan spat out.

Yu Zheng Tong frowned. He might not be a man who cared much for his daughters but he was loyal to his wife. Kang Mao Lan's words seemed to imply that she was thinking that he might have cheat on her and the next video to be released would be of him cheating out of her.

However, he also knew that Kang Mao Lan would say anything when she was angry. "I'll kick her out of Yu Family. Let me call my lawyer."

"Good! Just let her die on the street with that b*stard husband of hers! To think that she %^&*(!" Kang Mao Lan kept on cursing under her breath as she looked to the door before her worriedly. Yu Xin was inside and she really felt worried for the other party.

Yu Zheng Tong glanced at the door and sighed but he kept silent.

- Long Ying and Yu Yan's mansion - 

The car finally arrived and An Lin watched expressionlessly as Long Ying carried his wife out of the car into the mansion. He internally wished that he could just simply disappear rather than being the third party and watched them flaunted their love life. 

"Take off your shoes first…" Yu Yan reminded when she saw him nearly ran inside with his shoes intact.

Long Ying furrowed his brows. "It took too much time."

"The house will be dirty."

"Alright." Long Ying grunted and bent down to take off his shoes along with Yu Yan, whom he still carried.

Yu Yan watched his movement as she blinked her eyes. If she was not wrong, there was still something that she needed to ask. "Uhm, you do have that… thing, right?"

"What thing?"

"The one… to make sure I don't get pregnant?" Yu Yan asked, her face turned increasingly red with each word she spoke.. She couldn't believe that she was asking this so openly like this.
