"Kaili, what's wrong with you?" Dexter touched her forehead and wiped off the sweat.

"My stomach ..." Kaili cried. "It hurts!"

"Come on, let's go to the hospital!" Dexter was about to carry her but Kaili refused.

"No, there's no need. I'm just having ... my monthly period!" Kaili felt very embarrassed. She hid her face in Dexter's chest.

"It will get better soon! I'm fine, don't worry." But without realizing it, Kaili's hand pressed firmly on Dexter's hand as if to support her.

Dexter looked at Kaili with pity, he knew about menstrual pain in women but never saw it in person. "Does this happen often?"
