5 Confusing

Lei Ju was frozen when she saw the demonic smile of Li Qing, but when she blinked, the smile was already gone that she thought it was her imagination. "You're up," Lei Ju awoke from her thoughts with Li Qing's calming voice. She climbed from the couch and approached Li Qing in her bed, "was that the doctor? What did he say?" Lei Ju inquired, her thoughts on that insane smile already far away.

"Mmmmm," Li Qing merely muttered and nodded as reply, yet a small smile graced her lips as her delicate forefinger touched her chin. Lei Ju paused once again blushing profusely, how could she think that her friend looked sensual in that moment, but if Li Qing heard Lei Ju at this moment she would have laughed, when she was still Zhen Qing the most she could have been considered was pretty, therefore she cultivated finesse and allure.

However, Li Qing was already deliberating in her mind. Of course she knew who Fa Bo was; she had even wanted him to give her a check up during her pregnancy as Zhen Qing, yet she wasn't even powerful enough to do that, so she had to go to someone else. Knowing this, she perceived that there was no way Fa Bo would make his way to this hospital just to cover for someone; it had to be more than that.

Fa Bo most likely came to check on her, but she couldn't be sure why he was even examining her, therefore she couldn't trust his motives in coming here, or the person behind him. Chu An was certainly just some minor character that Fa Bo would totally ignore, but his third uncle on the other hand.

Chu An could have asked his third uncle for a favor again. Could it be he wanted to be rid of her by killing her? That would be totally stupid, the baby was gone, and there was no need to further damage Li Qing that is, unless Fa Bo really just came to inspect her body, but why? That was her biggest concern.

The only possibility left was that the person behind Fa Bo wanted to know her condition, yet, what was in this person's mind left her befuddled. Considering that it is most likely Chu An's third uncle, why in the world would he send a big shot like Fa Bo to assess her?

Considering that she couldn't figure out what this third uncle wanted she would leave things as they were, however, she would remain wary of him.

Seeing that Li Qing was lost in thought Lei Ju quietly stood, still taking in Li Qing's beautiful figure. "Too beautiful," Lei Ju mumbled to herself, somehow, after her friend woke up she was a little different and she moved more sensually and gracefully.

Lei Ju drove herself to laughter conceptualizing Li Qing snagging another man after her divorce. If Chu An could find another woman to marry, why can't Li Qing hook someone. Exhaling softly, Lei Ju smiled happily, glad that her friend didn't try to attach herself to Chu An, she could finally have a better life now that Chu An would not be a part of it.

"The doctor said I could leave in two days, just to make sure I am alright," Li Qing's voice cut off Lei Ju's imagining, but when Li Qing's words registered in her mind she became dismayed; how she wished Li Qing didn't have to leave the hospital to go back to that place, to that family, where Li Qing will have to face people who only cared about themselves and to deal with her divorce.
