Severus was intrigued.

Severus squinted his eyes as he urged Glen to tell him.

Glen noticed the impending danger in those two black orbs." Who was the mysterious men who helped the Ex-king of Znye?" She asked sharply.

Severus shrugged and was going to open his mouth to say that he didn't know who he was but stopped in the middle. It seems like he noticed something.

A sly smile appeared on Glen's face.

Severus' face turned pale. It was as if he was struck by lightning.

It can't be….

Is it a coincidence?

How come it is always him…

A scar above his right eyebrow….

Severus had a hunch that both Minya and Moon knew about it as well as him, however, it was up to him to solve this riddle.

"You find it. Didn't you?" She asked.

"Find what?"

"The relation." She replied.

Severus' expressions turned stiff. With a heavy heart, he nodded his head. "Yes. Each of them is the same person however the question is how? Is he immortal? Or a spirit?"

Curse?

Will?

Monster?

Demigod?

Superhuman?

Saint?

"The hell he is...."

HAHAHAH….

I am relieved you finally found the relationship. Well, this was the important relation that I wanted you to find on your own, but I guess I overestimated you" She demeaned him.

It was not like I would know in the first place.

Severus sighed.

"Severus, do you remember the survivor of the spring temple of heavenly pavilion?"

He nodded his head in response.

Glen continued. "Decades ago, when everything was going smooth, a normal person with no particular talent came into existence. No one knows who he was or who were his parents. He himself was not aware. He did not even remember his childhood. Whenever someone asked him who he was or what happened in his childhood, the man was always blank. He said he didn't know. All he remembers was bleakness."

'Why does it seem like you are telling my life story...?' Severus wanted to scream at her face.

Hah!

"You must be feeling like I am telling your life story but that's not the case. Though you are somehow connected to him."

Hmm?

"That mysterious person who existed suddenly in this world was a mystery for everyone but despite his sudden existence, there was nothing spectacular about him. Oh! I forgot that he used to be an exact replica of yours just that he had silver hairs. Or should I say you are the replica of him with different hair color? Wherever he went, he attracted unwanted attention. That man was just like a newborn baby that was unaware of everything, but the harsh realities of the world made him knowledgeable. He faced difficulties, exploitation, and whatnot. Soon he managed to learn everything about this world that he needs to." She took a deep breath.

"He didn't live or survived but just existed."

"There was no joy or sorrow for him No happiness or pain. No laughter or cry. No one ever saw any expression on his face. Then one day he fell in love with a girl. I don't know whether he felt something or not or how he managed to fall in love when he was just feeling less. The fact was that he did, but destiny played a cruel joke on him. The girl had a terminal illness and she died young.  Shockingly the man didn't feel sorrow, pain, or loneliness. He was the same as he used to be, EMPTY. Later he, the one without any special talent or power turned the destiny upside down. That man managed to find the hidden knowledge, left by gods. Somehow, he managed to sneak inside the spring temple of heavenly pavilion and finally was granted his wish. There he met with Hades. Hades was impressed by this man, but others weren't. Zeus asked him to kill him, but Hades denied it saying that no one else should meddle in his business. It was up to him to decide who should be spared and who whose soul needed to be reaped."

"No one said anything after. I don't know what happened, but that man cut his chest and gifted his heart to Hades to which Hades delightfully accepted. In return, he gave him a black heart and knowledge. I don't know what went wrong but that man managed to escape the underworld and hid in the mortal world for a year. Hades forgave him since he didn't do any harm but then Hades found out about the betrayal. He wanted to hunt him down but then, that man waged a war against the heavens. The entire mortal world went into chaos. Zeus shrugged his shoulder and blamed Hades for keeping him alive. In the end, it was Hades who accepted the challenge and came to the battlefield. They both fought but ultimately, he was no match to the Underworld king and he lost the war. Hades was thoroughly disappointed in him, but he still didn't kill him. He ripped his black heart from his chest and his entire physical body air fried and dusted in ash. Nothing remained except that black heart. Later Hades buried it, deep inside the earth. Since then, daily life has come back to normal. Centuries later...we saw him again." She finished.

"First it was Desella…. second, it was Rivera….and third it was Znye kingdom. Am I right?"

Glen nodded her head gravely.

"It seems like his attempt failed earlier but we don't know what he is planning. Or is he even alive? He is just a mysterious existence for us and the only one who can help us, is Hades" She replied,

Severus somehow connected the dots and came up to a conclusion but didn't dare to speak it.

Glen nodded his grave expressions and passed a stiff smile. "You are right. You need to find that spring temple of the heavenly pavilion at any cost if you want to know more about him, you know who to ask"?

"No one else but you father" Glen started laughing uncontrollably.

"….."

Somehow it was true.

Hades was his father.

"Fine I will try to find about this suicide well, as well as the spring temple of heavenly pavilion but before that enlighten me about him" Severus pointed towards the sky.

He was referring to the mummy in real space.

HAHAHA

"Oh!"

"Her?"

"She is nothing but a weak spirit. Just because she had goodwill, she became a guardian spirit but later she got corrupted. I won't tell you much since it won't be any fun for you then. This mummy here is her corpse. I think you are aware of your blood specialty. It's like an elixir for dark creatures so they all crave it. You better be careful from now onwards. They probably set you up. This room is heavily cursed. I can sense even in my space and I bet that mummy won't be easy to handle since the spirit would lose half of its power if her corpse were reduced to nothingness but in contrast, if she drinks your blood then she will get immense power."

Now everything started making sense for him.

"Okay now when everything is done, I guess I will take my leave."

Wait….

Snap!

She instantly snapped her finger and a similar phenomenon happened. In a blink, Severus was back in that dingy dark room.

Uhm….

Here we go again.

He stood up from the floor and took out the sword. He knew his sword didn't have enough curse energy in it but that didn't mean it can't absorb it. This room was filled with negative emotions and curses. His sword just needs some time to absorb enough negative energy to land a good enough slash to kill this mummy.

But can he handle the mummy without his sword?

He was not too confident…

Hello everyone.

From tomorrow onwards the updates will be Weakley. I will try to update regularly if I can, but I can't promise. I have a lot of work pending and it's just piling up, day by day but I promise. I will update on weekends and if possible, I will try to update whenever I can. Hopefully, I get done with my work asap so I can continue it regularly.

It's kind of Hiatus that I wanted to take so badly but it's not…. just a tiny break.
