Who was powerful enough to wake up a dead person, but it seems like he or she failed in their arts? If not, then he would be having a very hard time. Not like he was not having any, but it would have been tougher.
No matter how hard Severus tried, he just failed to remember. As he was on verge of a mental breakdown, something shuffled inside his consciousness and he remembered it.
Indeed, she was a royal.
A royal princess on top of it.
She was none other than Znye little princess, Minya's baby sister.
Severus was scared with his own discovery.
He was not afraid of the dead corpse but the reason behind the corpse.
What bitterness can a brother have against his baby sister? Severus was not sure about their relationship since it was just a slip of tongue from Rye. She was a taboo who was forbidden to be even talked about. No one was allowed or else they would die from the curse placed by Minya on everyone. Even Rye paid dire consequences. He was unconscious for three days straight. He was lucky enough he didn't die from the curse.
The only thing he said was ...Minya's baby sister. He didn't spell her name and maybe that was the reason he didn't die.
However, this wasn't in favor of Severus.
How could he extract emotions from a corpse?
The only way to test his doubts was to scream something memorable to a dead person. Something which he has a lot of connection and memories. Something which was dear to them as well as something which was regular in their life.
What can be a better alternative them a name?
Humans have a deep-seated need to name and be named, and researchers have long acknowledged that there is great power in naming things. We name to identify, symbolize, refer, describe, simplify, organize, and, most importantly, to tame. When you take something, you do so to bring it closer. Through the act of taming, we make ties and emotional bonds with people and things. Long before the written alphabet was invented, and as far back as oral history exists, humans have felt compelled to name—things, people, weather patterns even. It is a practice that transcends cultures and religions, geographies and time periods, from primitive tribes to the present day.
"Names give objects emotional life as a person's name is, to that person, the sweetest and most important sound in any language."
Everything that humans did has psychological background even though there may not be an explanation of such for each. But Giving names to things is a human's intellect characteristic that is selected by evolution law rather than psychologically decided. So now you may even find a good reason not to name things psychologically. Psychological characteristics of human-only give it a chance. and gives equal chance, not to its opposite. I mean it is the mother nature straights out our intellect.
Severus was right in is his theory but there was a little flaw in his theory. His plan was fantastic however the only thing which lacked now was her name.
Severus was clueless about her name.
Since Rye had a near-death experience because of soiling her identity, Severus was sure no one from the kingdom would ever tell him about this mysterious princess. The only two people who could tell him anything were either Glen or the cursed spirit moon.
But…
But…
But…
One left him in the lurch while the other was probably waiting for his death. He had nowhere to run,
No one to rely on….
Currently, Severus felt a little lost. He even missed noworry and Desella, but he quickly came out from the blue. One wrong move and he will be 9 feet down in the grave. He cannot allow this to happen.
Bam!
A loud explosion.
The mummy was traumatized from the loud explosion but soon regained her composure. Hie scarlet eyes gazing at Severus. Bloodlust was evident but Severus was curious what she after? His bloodline or just him?
Well….
It was time for him to become serious. The game had continued for a long now and he was in no mood to extend it anymore.
"Hey, you" Severus talked with the mummy, but it didn't have any response.
"...."
How could I forget that she cannot hear me?
Severus felt stupid for no reason.
He stretched his arm in air and did some stretching to relax his muscles.
"It's so cramped here. I know you don't have any problems nice you slept inside that tiny coffin for years but that isn't the case with me. My whole body feels sore, so I am going to make it quick.
After finishing with his speech, Severus charged at him with his full speed.
Slash!
Screech!
Slash!
Tear!
Urgh….
He was so fast that only sound was of his weapon. With this in human speed, Severus sliced that mummy like a radish. However, her body was very tough. Even after so many slashes, her body only had scratches that weren't deep.
"You…. bastardzzzzzzz" The mummy growled.
Severus eyes popped out.
"Even her accent is same just like her brother. What exactly happened? How did she end up like this?"
Severus had several questions but no answer or no one who could answer them for him.
The mummy quickly healed herself and the duo started fighting. This time mummy overpowered Severus.
Such inhuman strength coming from a corpse.
Severus didn't know whether he should be amazed or sacred. He tried resisting in her grip, but it was useless. It was like an iron claw. She gripped Severus neck and started choking him. Soon his face started turning red because of lack of oxygen. His nasal and throat started hurting from the force. He knew even if he didn't die from the death choke, he would probably die from the crushed thyrox. The mummy was using a lot of strength and Severus could feel it.
Cough cough….
Leave me….
No matter how much he resisted, he failed. He was practically seeing darkness, but he didn't want to die.
Not at this place…
Not like this…
And most important, at least he didn't want to be strangled to death by a corpse.
Such humiliation for him as well as the only heir of necromancy arts.
