Chapter 418 - Hell's Training Camp (I)...

[POV Reo]

"Fucking finally!!!" I exclaimed loudly as I finally finished redesigning all the Kido Spells into magical spells. Now, I will be able to use them in the Physical Plane too…

Now, I can finally stop doing boring stuff like research. Redesigning the Kido Spells wasn't something important… It was a self-imposed task because I had nothing better to do.

That seems to be legit, right? Well, now I need to practice these spells or it would be simply a waste. I had spent a lot of time redesigning all these spells but before doing any of them… I decided to take a small break.

It has been some time since I have treated myself to ice cream. I appeared in an empty alley… I strolled out of the alley and started to walk towards the ice cream parlor on the opposite side of the street.

I got myself something called 'Respiro Del Diavolo' which means Breath of the Devil… I have never tried spicy ice cream and I really wondered if they were any good.

I gave an experimental lick as I savored the taste… Not bad, it's definitely not for the people who don't like spicy food. Yes… this could be one of my favorites…

Now that my small break was over, I decided to return to Knox but before that, I needed to do something else…

The residents of Urahara Shop, Ryuken Ishida, Hirako Shinji, and Kurosaki Isshin have worked hard… they deserve a reward.

I snapped my fingers and a book appeared in my hand… a book related to Norse Mythology… but this book mainly delved into the realm of Gods.

This book will give them a pretty good idea about what they are dealing with while being vague at the same time…

[POV Rumi]

"Please tell me you are joking" I said while glaring at the woman sitting in front of me. My ears twitched in annoyance but the woman simply grinned.

"Awww… don't be like that Rumi… for someone like you this will be a piece of cake… you just need to keep an eye over everything" Nemuri finished with a mischievous grin as her tail kept swishing behind her.

"You missed the fact that I will be on babysitting duty" I pointed out dryly. Nemuri reluctantly nodded her head.

"But you are getting to meet the others…" Nemuri retorted weakly as I deadpanned. They visited us this weekend and it's not like they can't come to visit if they want… they are only a Flash Step away…

I released another sigh. "Fine… I will do it" I said as I got up from my seat. Nemuri beamed at me with a brilliant smile on her face… I really hate that grin.

I gave her another glare and used Flash Step as I arrived in front of the Totsuki resort… she should have informed me sooner… it is completely useless to complain now as I am already here…

[POV Momo]

"How long till we arrive?" Nat groaned as she woke up… she was sleeping while resting her head on my shoulder… Nowadays she is quite busy with the Betting Association.

I quickly used my Supersight to see how far we were. "About half an hour…" I said and she nodded her head. Once again she rested her head on my shoulder.

"So Luna, what do you think about this training trip?" Jean asked Luna who was busy writing Quibbler articles. Luna looked up from her tablet and stared into Jean's eyes.

"Rumi is going to be there…" Luna said and I was slightly surprised to hear that Rumi was going to be there at our training camp.

"Nemuri had sent her to oversee the Training Camp. We would be thoroughly challenged in this Training Camp, especially Fleur" Luna said with an odd look on her face as she continued writing her articles.

"You are not going to tell me what kind of challenge I am going to face, right?" Fleur asked in a dry tone and Luna raised her head as a huge innocent smile appeared on her face.

"No" Luna said innocently and went back to write her article.

Fleur groaned in frustration but she decided to drop the matter as there was no way that she could get something out of Luna if she didn't want to.

After about half an hour, all the first-year students could be seen standing in front of a giant resort surrounded by mountains and lakes. "So huge!!" Yukihira Soma exclaimed loudly from the other side.

"But I am not surprised!!" Once again Yukihira Soma's loud voice rang out through the place.

"Yes, your eyes are wide and you are exclaiming… you are genuinely surprised!!" Yuki Yoshino exclaimed loudly while pointing out a major error in Yukihira Soma's facade.

"Utter fools" Nakiri Alice muttered as she popped up beside me. I have already noticed her approaching us along with her aide Ryu.

"Hello, Alice. Are you excited about the camp?" I asked her and she simply grinned and gave me a wink.

"You can bet your ass I am! Come on Ryu, show some excitement" Alice gushed out excitedly then she started to poke her deadbeat aide.

"Hai, my lady" Ryu said while throwing worried looks towards Ororo from time to time.

"...You know, I think my aide is somewhat scared of Ororo…" Alice whispered into my ear and I simply chuckled.

"Kurokiba-Kun, you don't have to be worried about her… she is a lovely person" I said and Ryu wasn't convinced but he still nodded his head.

"Momochi!! I am so glad you are here" Yuki Yoshino exclaimed as she jumped into my arms. "Come here let me hug you!" You are already hugging me… I rolled my eyes in amusement but I still hugged her back.

"Momo… we need to head inside" Jean called out from the front. I slowly separated from Yuki… She was one of my new friends even though I am an adult woman now.

I really liked her cheerful and bubbly nature. "Yuki… your friends are looking for you… I will meet you later" I said pointing towards Yuki's dorm mates who were looking for her.

"Sure Momochi… I will take you to play cards after we finish our tasks" Yuki said excitedly and ran towards her dorm mates.

I quickly approached our group as we finally ended up in the reception hall. The hall was packed with 1st-year students but everyone was completely silent. That was until Yukihira Soma arrived.

"He is almost adorable with how negligent and naive he is…" Alice chirped in while looking towards Yukihira Soma. Yes, Yukihira Soma wasn't liked in most circles because of his eccentric speech during the opening ceremony.

"Come on Alice, cut the poor guy some slack… I think he doesn't even know what he did wrong" Ororo said and Alice hmphed but she reluctantly gave a small nod.

"True… he is such an innocent Soul…" Luna chirped in with a dazed look on her face.

"I think he is more innocent than you? I don't think he has tricked anyone to start a club" Nat grumbled and Luna simply gave her the best innocent smile.

"I don't know what you are talking about" Luna said with a straight face while smiling innocently.

"Sure you don't…" Nat snarked as she started to glare at Luna. Luna acted like she was completely oblivious to the glares.

"...You are wrong Nat… he did trick that dark-skinned blond girl in the bikini top into joining a club" Fleur pointed out and Nat simply snorted.

"Joining and starting a club are different things and I already knew that… who do you think I am? I know everything that goes around Totsuki" Nat declared proudly as puffed out her chest.

"All of you are really weird" Alice pointed out with a wry smile on her face.

"Pot calling the kettle black…" I retorted in an amused tone.

"True" Alice said with a shrug and started to poke her aide who was silently standing with us throughout the whole time.

All of a sudden the lights dimmed and Roland Chapelle appeared on the stage. Oh… so it is finally about to begin.

"Good morning ladies and gentlemen… let me welcome all of you to the Totsuki Friendship and Rapport Training Camp" Roland Chapelle declared as his eyes scanned through the crowd of students.

"Pay attention to the stage as I am going to explain the outline of this training camp" Roland Chapelle said as he started to explain the outline of this training camp.

We already knew most of the things from the brochure. The camp was going to last for 5 nights and 6 days. Every day we will be given assignments related to cooking.

We also got some new information like we are going to be separated into 20 groups, each day we will be shuffled around while completing various tasks.

As soon as the explanation is finished we will be divided into groups as we have to present ourselves at the appointed locations to finish our task.

If you don't please your examiner, then you will be expelled… obvious things like that. I simply rolled my eyes in annoyance.

"As for the judging… we have invited guest lecturers" Chapelle said as he moved aside. Slowly the curtain behind the stage rose up as several people in chef clothes came into view.

"As busy as they are, today they have gathered here for the Training Camp. Let me introduce you all to Totsuki Academy's Alumni" Roland Chapelle introduced as the hall was completely frozen in shock… even Alice was frozen in shock.

A pink-haired man stepped ahead and sniffed the air. "You, on the 9th line starting from the front… the boy with the scar on his eyebrow" the man said as I turned my head to see that he was talking about Yukihira Soma.

Soma pointed at himself with a dumbfounded look on his face. "Yes, you beside him" the man wasn't talking about Yukihira but the guy standing beside him.

"You are expelled. You can go home…" the pink-haired man said… wow… That's pure bullshit. The tasks haven't started yet and I already hate him.

I understand that he is using a Citrus product… I have already smelled that and Citrus can overshadow the food's aroma but at least wait until the assignments start and many people use Citrus products.

"Your hairdressing product has a Citrus smell that may overshadow the food's aroma" the pink-haired man said as he made his way to the boy standing beside Yukihira.

"Being stylish is a must. If the person making the food is out of fashion then their food won't have any sensuality" the man continued as he looked down at the boy… I simply hate people like them who think they could do anything they want.

This is simply bullying… he destroyed the boy's life because he could. This is why I agree with Reo's doctrine… simply kill anyone who stands in your way and be done with it.

"Next time you should pick up a scent-free hair product" the pink-haired man finished and started to walk away…

What next time?? Is he fucking kidding? He was kicked out of Totsuki, you just destroyed his future… no one will hire him.

"Wa--Wait! Please! What? Ex--expelled?? Just because o…" the boy started to beg but he was cut off when the pink-haired man paused and gave the boy a dark and scary look.

"You can lose customers just because of that. Do you want to shut down my shop?" the pink-haired man asked darkly, he was daring the boy to make any kind of retort.

"So this is Totsuki Alumni? I am disappointed… he doesn't even know that this isn't his small-time restaurant…" a voice rang throughout the hall… the temperature in the hall dropped by several degrees…
