Instead, Eldrian was welcomed by a message. Calling it a system message no longer felt quite right, but Eldrian didn't quite know what else to call it.

"You really want me to think of a name now?" Eldrian cursed and thought for a moment, 'Mana atoms... Fielded atomic network? Nuclear...'
Eldrian had no idea, and Two was no help either. Neither of them had any nack for naming stuff. It took them nearly five minutes to come up with a name, and even then it wasn't great.
"Pursuit of Magic."

If anyone were to walk into the room now, they would probably scream due to how terrible Eldrian looked. Covered in blood and blisters all over, yet somehow he didn't even register all that and just focused on his mana.
'Evolving?' Looking into himself, Eldrian finally realized what was going on. His mana was fluctuating like never before. He hadn't registered that the mana inside the mana crystals was crystalized raw mana.
Pumping his body full with nearly 50k raw mana should certainly have massive consequences. Eldrian had simply hoped to stop the ripping caused by the empty mana atoms. Yet, now they were filled with pure raw mana, and it was causing a few 'problems'.
The first was that Eldrian's mana was now fluctuating between aspects, which was a first and shocking development. Focusing on this, Eldrian hoped to gain a better understanding of what was going on.
That was when he found the second and bigger problem, the amount of mana was simply too much. Upon trying to move closer to it mentally, he was blocked by some invisible barrier.
Pushing harder, Eldrian found that the mana reacted violently. It wasn't aimed at him, rather it seemed that him trying to push himself into the mana's sphere of influence caused it to lose its balance.
Upon realizing this, Eldrian withdrew as quickly as he could. Having just seen his life flash before his eyes.
"Are we fucked?" Two asked, finally able to form thoughts and the first thing he was welcomed with was this.
Nearly jumping out of his blood-covered skin, Eldrian turned to the source of the voice. He was first completely dumbfounded, finally, after activating mana sense he managed to see the specter before, he was naturally speechless. It took Two a moment to realize what was going on.
"Umm, this is new. Any idea what is going on?"
Nodding and shaking his head at the same time, Eldrian pointed to Two's chest.
"Oh, isn't that something? So I am made up of mana now?"
"Are you sure you should be so calm?" Eldrian asked, afraid of what might happen once the mana dissipated.
"Can't really be anything else, can I? Freaking out will likely bring more trouble."
"Sure, but how can you be so calm?"
"I don't feel disconnected..." Moving towards Eldrian, Two touched his shoulder and slowly melted back into Eldrian.
'This... I don't even have any words...' Moving back out, Two moved to the mana crystals that were left. His hands slipped through them. 'I see, but.' This time he concentrated on the mana, shockingly he picked up the crystal. Or more correctly, it was floating just a tiny bit above his hand.
Smiling at Eldrian, Two was shocked to find him on his knees. Rushing over, his hands slipped right through Eldrian as he tried to support him.
"I'm... Fine..." Eldrian said between gasps.
One of his mana atoms had turned into the aspect of chaos and had started to assault his other mana atoms. Luckily, this had only lasted for a few seconds. In that time Eldrian had also found a gap to slip past the barrier that seemed to be between him and his own mana.
Once he did, he understood why it had been there.
'So, that's it...' Eldrian chuckled as he started taking control of the mana atom in his head. 'Tranquility would love this.' Eldrian thought as he made sure to keep his emotions in check as he connected with the mana atoms at his shoulders.
'You are very volatile right now, there there, don't worry.' Eldrian talked, more to keep himself calm than actually hoping his mana might listen. That was insane, or was it?
'We've got this. We just want to be, no need to worry about a thing. Just be, but be more stable.' Eldrian continued as he connected with his mana atoms and moved to those at his hands and feet. As he did, he reflected that adding them might have been just a tad bit too ambitious.
After forming a connection, Eldrian was able to slowly stabilize the mana inside his body. While he would have loved to keep the mana in its raw form, he understood that it was simply too volatile. He would need to constantly keep pressure on it, to keep it from suddenly reacting to something.
Therefore the smart thing would be to slowly convert all his mana to neutral elemental mana. One of the most stable forms he knew of.
This took a great deal of time, with Eldrian needing to work slowly and carefully. Making sure to not lose balance and cause a cascade of reactions.
Two also helped after taking an hour or so to get used to his mana body. Needing to first confirm what it actually was and how he could return to Eldrian without damaging himself or Eldrian.
'Let's keep this one raw mana.' Two commented as they were about to start with the head, having left it for last since it was the largest mana atom.
'What, why?'
'I feel that the mana body requires raw mana.'
Eldrian paused, having the ability to allow Two to have a body was certainly something major. Not just a quality of life thing, it could also be extremely handy in a fight. However, they knew almost nothing about this.
'Are you sure?' Eldrian asked, understanding that he wouldn't be able to keep it stable all the time.
'Yes, I believe we might be able to stabilize it with two runes.'
'Oh, why didn't you say that before?'
'Because it needs two runes.' Two replied and Eldrian figured out his plan.
'You want to use the electrons. Alright, which runes?'
'Enhanced manipulations, and purity.'
Recalling the runes and what they did, Eldrian tried to figure out if it would work. 'I can see the plan, but... I don't think we should risk it.'
'Let's at least try, if it doesn't then we will give up.'
Nodding, Eldrian started thinking of how to actually add the runes to the electrons. The idea was to add them in the center of the ball that was the mana electron, but how to add it there; that they didn't know.
'Mageia?'
'Sure, but it needs constant focus to be kept in existence.'
'Maybe it will stabilize or solidify?'
Nodding, Eldrian believed it was worth a shot. Concentrating, he formed the rune of purity while Two formed the rune of enhanced manipulation. Normally the rune of purity would be used with divine-related enhancements.
The enhanced manipulation rune was used to give users a semblance of control over advanced weapon abilities. It was actually the rune responsible for allowing the ability to act on one's thoughts.
