Glancing at the large number of SP he had managed to obtain, Ethan had a smirk clearly showed on his face

'With this huge number I would surely be able to buy some interesting ability, but I think [Manuals] are way more effective than normal skills/magic at this point'

Hearing his thought, Light decided to add

[That's right, buying a skill or a spell would surely be useful, specially for some regarding [Immortality]. There really is everything, but I don't think it is an adequate move to spend your resources in this way, but that's not all, wouldn't it be boring if you had everything served on a silver platter?]

With this explanation from her, he was slightly confused

["I'm just curious, can I buy something related to Immortality?"]

Being asked this question, she took a few seconds to research on that subject before answering

[Yes, there is a skill called [Immortality], SSS-Rank, but I don't think it's such a difficult thing to understand, but at the moment you don't even have 1% of the SP required to buy it, mostly because it's not a skill from this Universe]

Her explanation actually managed to make him even more confused.

["If you say it's a skill from another Universe, does that mean someone possesses such a powerful skill?"]

Having permission to tell him at least this much, she answered

[No, not exactly. Some skills, like this one are the product of a God. A being infinitely times stronger than the ones that resides in this Universe]

Understanding, he decided not to bother that much with a skill he'll probably never obtain.

'I guess I'll try the [Dungeon Key] tomorrow..'

Thinking this, he wanted to think about some other things but, before he could, he heard the door opening. Seeing Loki and Ais together, he immediately understood why she was here.

"I won't have time tomorrow, so let's do it here and now"

Hearing this two-way phrase, he rolled his eyes while replying

"I don't know if I should be thankful or not. You want to question me about my powers again?"

Beginning to update his status, she replied with a mischievous smile

"What if I wasn't here to ask you about your powers.."

Sighing, he put his head on the bed pointing in the direction of Ais

"Stop teasing me, I don't feel like joking. I still need some sleep even though I'm fine now.."

Replying while sighing as well, she looked at his muscles that were forming. Returning on her job, she finally finished while she stared at the sheet with a smile

"You're growing a lot, It seems that you even acquired a new skill. I never saw someone with such a skill before..."

"And why you seem to already know it? I thought you was sad because your parameters were growing at a slower speed, but it seems I made a mistake"

Returning to look at her, he made a smile

"You know that you were the one taking the vow to not ask me anything, right? I know it must be a difficult weight to bear, but that doesn't mean you can taunting to break it anytime just because you're annoyed or surprised"

Hearing him, she looked away with a sarcastic laugh

"I wasn't asking you! I was asking this question to myself knowing you wouldn't have answered anyway"

Knowing how easy to make a loophole was for her, he sighed another time without answer her question.

Asking this question, he expected the goddess that gave this System to her to want to make it secret somehow, but the answer Light gave him made him speechless

Understanding it was finally her time, he took the blanket on him while Ais removed all her pieces of armour before entering the bed. Having finally time to spend with her, he immediately took her in his embrace as if it was the most natural thing in the world.

Feeling cold, he immediately warmed his body while Ais closed her eyes, driven by the warmth he was emitting...

"You're getting better at this..."

Saying this, she returned his embrace with a 'smile' on her face. Without minding the heat in his body increasing, he held her h.i.p.s closer to him while she passed hers on his c.h.e.s.t. Deciding it was better to remove his shirt, he immediately did it while she stared at his n.a.k.e.d upper body.

Closing his eyes, he pat her head before returning to embrace her. Feeling the wave of excitement due to being so close, Ethan distanced himself slightly just to kiss her. With her soft lips on his, he felt as if it was the first time in ages he and Ais didn't have a proper kiss.

Attacking her tongue, she replied with the same determination she had only when fighting. Understanding Ais wanted to have this type of 'battle' against him, he was determined as well to get out as the winner.

Smiling at him, she removed her hands on his c.h.e.s.t just to 'force' his mouth to return kissing her.

"Stop Ais..you won"

Shaking her head, she replied

"I won a battle..but that doesn't mean that I am the winner..."

Suppressing a laugh from the way she put the phrase, he 'allowed' her to bring his mouth again on hers. Feeling it would be a long night for them, Ethan's heart raced faster as their hands intertwined..

Waking up, Ethan felt a smell that was similar to flowers. Opening his eyes, he moved away slight from Ais' shoulder. Trying not to wake her up, he was distracted for a moment but, before he knew it, he was two centimetres from her lips...

He wanted to look away, but it was as if her lips were even beautiful from his perspective. Staring at them for some seconds, he remembered the fact that she wouldn't mind it anyway. Kissing her on the lips a few times, he saw her opening his eyes while replying with a few kisses of her own.

"Good Morning.."

"Good Morning..."

Seeing she was getting up, he brought a stopped her with her hands, holding her in another embrace while adding

"Today we don't need to go in the Dungeon or Train... I know I said that I completely recovered, but it's better not to risk it, right?"

Understanding he was right, she just nodded while she made herself comfortable in the place where she liked to be. Having some time to think, he continued to held her with a hand while he looked at his right hand that was warming up thanks to [Boost Magic].

'This 'skill' is way too effective. I'm not even using that much mana to keep this ability on, would this even be an ability? it's kinda useless, but to get rid of the cold it's an amazing skill'

Even though he knew that underestimating a skill that originated from [Boost Magic] wasn't a wise decision, he couldn't think of a way to implement it like this.

Looking at Ais for a moment, he saw that she had her eyes closed, enjoying the warmth and the silence that permeated in his room. This display brought a smile that represented how happy he was to have her, but even so, he still had something to do

'I have to check on the manuals for [Blacksmith] and [Mystery]'

Thinking this, he asked Light to search for him. After some seconds, she brought him the description and, in addition, a report on the two.

After checking some other things in the shop, Ethan decided it was better to return to sleep. Glancing at her another time, he saw her with her hands on his c.h.e.s.t, holding on him while he felt her breathing.

'She's asleep...'

Smiling, he kissed her forehead one last time before closing his eyes again, but before he could fall asleep on his own, the door of his room opened while someone said

"Why this room is so warm! Is it some kind of magic?"

Hearing Loki's voice, Ethan reopened slowed his eyes while saying, still in the bed

"Couldn't you knock the door like a normal person? I mean, she's sleeping.."

Feeling her breathing still on his c.h.e.s.t, he understood she was still asleep. Understanding she had to stay quiet, she decided to close the door behind herself while asking

"I need to hurry, but I forgot to ask you the Alias you want to have..Have you chosen carefully?"

Hearing this, he immediately remembered about it.

'Oh...I forgot to think about it...but it's important..I will be called with my alias until I change it..'

Thinking this, she understood he didn't have the Alias ready. With an annoyed sigh, she said

"You have 20 minutes before I leave and choose one for you, and it won't be a good one"

Looking down at Ais, he stared at her sleeping face...

'I have to think...but I don't know.. I had a lot of time, why I forgot to tell Light to remind me? I'm really stupid..'

Knowing he won't be able to think carefully on it, he smiled

"Can you choose it for me? I think it's better..."

Closing her eyes, she sighed while turning around to face the door

"I guess that I wasted time coming here.."

Ignoring what she said, she saw her exit the room. Looking at the door for some seconds, he doubted his choice but in the end, he tried to return to sleep peacefully

'The Gods won't put me a stupid Alias, they more or less understood I'm strong, so It's better to put my Alias in Loki's hands...'
