Derek moved swiftly, and it took him only a few seconds to remove Angela's jeans, leaving her only in her pink underwear. He took a moment to admire her. With her full breasts, narrow waist, and long finely sculpted legs… Angela's body provided a beautiful sight that made Derek's throat dry.
Angela thought of removing Derek's black leather pants, but she was too shy to do so. Considering how he acted so far, she was sure that he will remove them himself when the time is right.
She is inexperienced, but it was obvious that he is not.
Derek had his devilish smile on as he returned down on her and he sucked on her nipple through the fine fabric of her bra while kneading the other breast with his hand.
"Ah…", a lustful sound escaped Angela's lips when he bit her nipple and gave it a little tug.
With a flick of his finger, the buckles of her bra came undone.
Derek released a low growl as he continued worshiping her breasts, but this time without the fine pink fabric covering them.
Angela was long gone in the whirlpool of lust that Derek invoked inside her. His scent, his touch, his sounds… everything was arousing, and everything was just right. She was unable to fight her aching need for him because resisting this primal call was not an option her mind provided.
He cupped her flower over her panties and moved his middle finger along the seam of her folds.
"Damn, baby! You are so wet…", he mumbled, and his hand slipped inside her panties.
Angela gasped for air and her fingers clutched his back as he skillfully played with her swollen clit, pushing her higher into the stratosphere with every move he made.
Derek released her taut nipples that were aching from the sinful abuse he provided, and she missed his touch and craved for more. It was a mix of pain and pleasure she never experienced before.
He moved higher and his lips claimed hers again. He enjoyed swallowing all her moans and the way she looked at him with unfocused gaze turned him on beyond belief.
His fingers glided between her folds and then he slid one finger inside her entrance, making her hiss.
"Wow!", Derek exclaimed breathlessly when he realized how tight she is and that there is resistance. "I didn't know your cherry was not popped, baby. Shouldn't you keep that for someone special?"
Derek's words were like someone poured a bucket of icy water on Angela. After an endless second of complete stillness, Angela pushed him away with force he didn't expect, and he fell on the floor with a loud thud.
"Get out!", Angela roared as she scrambled to get her shirt. Angela didn't put the shirt on; she fisted it over her chest, in an attempt to cover herself up.
Derek was flabbergasted. What happened? He asked for consent before they started making out, and even now he brought out a point that she should not sleep for the first time with a guy carelessly. Why is she angry?
'Oh, shit…', Derek cursed himself when he saw that Angela's eyes are full of tears and pain, and… he was a complete asshole.
"Listen… baby…"
"Get out!", Angela cut him off. Whatever he wanted to say, she didn't want to hear.
Angela was angry. Angry that it reached this point. Angry that she allowed it. She was lost in his good looks, and charms, and she made a complete fool of herself.
Seeing that he is not moving from the floor, Angela grabbed his t-shirt and threw it at him. A second later, his black leather jacket flew his way also.
"Get out!", Angela growled.
Derek opened his mouth to say something and then closed it. He realized that she will not listen. And to be honest, he was not sure what he could say to fix this situation. They only met today, and she was sweet and bubbly and attractive beyond belief, and he clearly saw that she was into him, but… What was he thinking? She is Ashton's sister. To make things worse, if she didn't stop him, he would go all the way. And it would be her first time. She invited him up and she responded to his every touch perfectly and it never crossed his mind that she is a virgin… and then he spoke like a jackass.
Saying sorry won't fix anything, and it would probably ruin it further, if that is even possible.
Angela was a delicate untouched flower, and he broke it. The light in her eyes was gone, and she was looking at him like he is the villain. And he deserved it.
Derek lowered his head and left the apartment without a word with his t-shirt and black leather jacket in his hands. Before the door closed behind him, he heard Angela whimper and his heart tightened.
Angela fell on the floor and curled into a ball while dissolving into sobs.
For a moment, she thought that this was like in the romance novels she was reading back at the Grant farm: a guy and a girl meet, there are sparks and magic, and they have their happily ever after. After all, if the mutual attraction is so strong, it can't be wrong for the male and female leads to lose themselves in raw emotions that they stir in each other.
But Derek reminded her that those things are only in novels and that she is a complete idiot.
Yes, she should save her first time for someone special, and that is definitely not a smoking-hot guy whom she met only today. Guys like him have numerous girls lining up for a chance to be embraced by him, and for some reason, she saw him as a prince charming, forgetting that bad boys have silver tongues who can make a girl's mind spin and forget who she is. And there is no such thing as a happily ever after with a bad boy. They are bad for a reason… because they break the hearts of girls who are foolish enough to let them come close. And she fell into the trap and her heart is broken… because she was careless and stupid, and she believed in magic and idiotic things like love at first sight.
She was an absolute moron for thinking that Derek ever saw her as more than a hookup.
Angela remembered how numerous times Ashton warned her that she is too trustworthy and that her head is in the clouds. Her big brother told her that people are selfish and cruel, and that she lived a sheltered life, and how that was the main reason he insisted that she stays with him and Sabrina for at least a few months before she gets a place of her own. At that time, she hated Ashton a little, accusing him of being overbearing, but now she knows that he was right.
Angela cried harder without trying to stop her tears. Luckily, Ashton and Sabrina will not be back before tomorrow, and she needs to go to work in the morning, and until then she will calm down. Hopefully.
Her biggest wish was to forget the last half an hour, or maybe the last few hours. Yes. She wanted to forget everything related to Derek and to put him back into a blank box labeled as 'Ashton's friend' where he was before they met in the lounge of the maternity ward at the Franciscan Medical Center. And she hoped that Derek can stay in that box forever because she didn't want to see him ever again.
…
The next day, Ashton and Sabrina returned from the hospital with baby William.
Angela thought that she will be over the incident with Derek by then, but every time she was alone, the tears that streamed down her cheeks proved her wrong.
She spent her days at work and when she was at home, she would keep busy cleaning or taking care of William (when Madeline gave her a turn).
Five days after William got home, they hired a nanny named Rosie. Rosie would come in the morning and stay until evening on weekdays, to take care of William and help Sabrina because Ashton had to return to work, and Angela was at the FD Studio.
Staying busy was Angela's way of not thinking about Derek, and it worked quite well during the day, but the problem was in the evening when she was alone in her room.
A week passed and Angela could still vividly feel the muscles of Derek's back under her palms, and his lips on her skin, and the way he touched her flower and set her body ablaze, and how good his weight pressed on top of hers, and… she hated it.
She wanted to forget the incident, and everything related to that bastard, but it was hard. The fact that he visited her dreams was not helping.
Out of frustration and helplessness, she would cry herself to sleep every night.
The only good thing was that Ashton and Sabrina were busy with William and they didn't notice that Angela's mood was off. She was glad that they didn't pay attention to her because if they asked her what is going on, she wouldn't know what to say and she definitely didn't want to tell the truth.
'It will pass. It has to.', Angela was telling herself every time her heart ached and her eyes stung.
