Chapter 26 Everyone Around Her Left Him
Auntie Zhang looked at Su Xinyue, panic-stricken. She was holding a bag containing many daily necessities. It seemed like she had just returned from the supermarket.
Upon seeing who it was, Su Xinyue quickly calmed down and squeezed out a gentle smile. “Auntie Zhang, what are you doing here?”
“I… I didn’t hear anything,” Auntie Zhang said incoherently in her panic and waved her hands.
“Is that so?” Su Xinyue smiled calmly, but her eyes turned vicious.
Even though Auntie Zhang denied it, she knew that Auntie Zhang had heard her call to the hooligans.
“Miss Su, President Fu is still waiting for me. I’ll take my leave.” Auntie Zhang’s expression didn’t look good. She stuttered and quickly turned to leave.
“Alright, you can go first.” Su Xinyue smiled, but her eyes became colder.
She couldn’t let Fu Beiting find out what she had done.
She got a hooligan to hit Qin Xiangwan with a car. She stole the agreement and made him pretend to be a member of the Qin family. She took away Qin Xiangwan’s body, burned it and threw her ashes into the sewers… Everything she had done was enough to send her to eternal damnation.
If Fu Beiting heard about this, even if it was just a little bit, he would never forgive her.
She had spent years planning carefully and finally managed to get close to Fu Beiting. Now that she was about to replace Qin Xiangwan as Mrs. Fu, she must not let anything happen at this critical juncture.
Auntie Zhang carried the shopping bags and ran forward panickedly, her heart pounding
That was too terrifying!
She had just gone to the small supermarket in the hospital downstairs to buy some things. As she was about to take a shortcut back to the ward, she heard Su Xinyue’s conversation on the phone.
… Who would have thought that the gentle and pretty Miss Su would be so ruthless? She hired a hooligan to hit Madam and even threw away Madam’s ashes.
The more Auntie Zhang thought about it, the more flustered she became. She could not let President Fu be deceived by Su Xinyue. She had to hurry back to the ward and tell President Fu the truth.
When she was about to reach the hospital building, Auntie Zhang quickened her pace.
Right at this moment, she suddenly felt a gust of wind behind her and hurriedly turned around.
However, before she could turn around, she felt a sharp pain at the back of her head and collapsed to the ground.
Auntie Zhang fell to the ground while Su Xinyue, who was behind her, held up a huge rock and panted with a ferocious expression.
That was close!
She had secretly followed Auntie Zhang all the way here and almost let her go!
Looking at Auntie Zhang lying on the ground with a pale face and a pool of blood at the back of her head, Su Xinyue gritted her teeth and kicked her ruthlessly.
“Old b*tch! You only care about Qin Xiangwan! You ran so fast that I almost couldn’t catch up with you! You must be trying to snitch to Fu Beiting. Don’t blame me for being ruthless. You asked for it.”
Auntie Zhang did not move. The things she held in her hands spilled all over the floor.
When Su Xinyue finished cursing, she quickly looked around. After confirming that no one saw her, she bent down, grabbed Auntie Zhang’s arm, and pulled her to the side of the staircase before giving her a hard push!
The unconscious Auntie Zhang rolled down the long staircase like a broken sack.
Su Xinyue stood up straight and watched coldly as Auntie Zhang rolled down the stairs covered in blood. A cold smile appeared on her
face.
“You’re dead meat falling from such a height! You fell down by yourself. It has nothing to do with me.”
With that, she quickly turned and left.
In the ward.
Fu Beiting sat on the bed and looked out of the window with a blank gaze.
All of a sudden, the door was slammed open by the butler. He walked in, sweating profusely.
“President Fu, Auntie Zhang just fell down the stairs!”
Fu Beiting’s pupils contracted. His heart felt as if it had been hit hard again and he felt a suffocating pain.
During the period when Qin Xiangwan married into the Fu family, only Auntie Zhang treated her well.
Could it be that… after she left, the people around her would leave him one after another as well?
