"Rose... Um I mean Catherine? I'm not really sure what to call you." Katie didn't expect to meet Catherine but she couldn't say she was surprised.
"Catherine is fine, it's who I am Rose is just a piece admittedly a big one but still just a piece. Hey love." Catherine was glowing and she shined brighter that ever.

Walking over to give Catherine a chaste kiss, "I'm really tired, I was think of resting I'm your apartment above and you could join when your done here." With a wink Samuel left Catherine and Katie alone.
"Katie sit please."
"I can't say I'm surprised, Samuel was all but dropped when he was praising the company especially the CEO." Katie sat down in front of Catherine's massive table.
"Well I am awesome but forget about him, let's talk about you. It safe to say this isn't an interview, I'm giving you this job not because of my love for your brother but because I saw how you raised a company from nothing and made it great." Catherine genuinely praised Katie.
"Yeah until it was destroyed, so I guess I'm not that great."
"Katie don't do that, as someone who spent her teenage life broken down over and over again I know the most important thing is to not reduce yourself or diminish yourself. If people say you suck say no I'm brilliant. Besides that wasn't your fault and I don't care." Standing and going to Katie said of the table and taking the seat beside her, "congratulations Katie you are my new CFO."
The rest of the meeting was just Katie thanking Catherine over and over. They decide that when she finally moved to the city she could start.
"I came with Samuel and I don't have a ride."
"It's okay, I've made arrangements for that. Someone is downstairs waiting to take you." Catherine said seeing Catherine to the elevator.
Riding down in silence Katie was so excited, it felt so surreal. But rather than question it she was just going to enjoy it.
She decided not to fight what she deserved but just accept.
Walking out of the building she saw James leaning on his car typing away on his phone. Was he here to 'take her away', oh how she wish he was. She wanted him and didn't care if having him felt like too much because damn it she deserved.
"James!" Hearing his name being called he looked up just in time to catch the blue of lime green that came hurling towards him. Lifting Katie up not caring who was looking, "be careful you'll hurt yourself. Why are you so excited?"
"Nothing just happy to see you. Are you here to take me away?" Katie asked like a school girl who has a crush.
" I definitely am." Placing Katie in the car and buckling her up James turned to walk to the driver seat. "Dinner?"
"Yes please"
They went to a local delicacy that serverd mainly rural food. It was Catherine's favorite especially because it wasn't too expensive.
"My parents want to hold a party to welcome me into the family, although I can't bring a date I was hoping you would come."
"I would love to, I'm so happy for Katie." Smiling at each other like idiots they managed to finish their meal and once again James was driving Katie back to her home obediently. He wanted her back with him but she clearly wanted the time with her parents and he wasn't going to impose.
"It's tomorrow evening." Katie said reaching for her bag.
"What is?"
"The party and I have what you'll wear I'll bring it over to your office tomorrow afternoon ok?"
James gave Katie a suspicious look but agreed nonetheless.
The couple parted ways in front of Zhou residence, James drove to Jeremy's condo. He couldn't spend another night alonand he needed the distraction.
He was surprised when Catherine sent him an address that Katie needed him to pick her up so of course he went but he knew this address, every respected business men knows what stood at that location. When he arrived a lady in a white dress with a beautiful number one brooch approached and welcomed and when he asked if she knew him she said 'of course any one close enough to the CEO knows about her brother.' Then he followed the lady in silence mentally piecing together what he knew.
Rose... Catherine. His sister was the CEO of Little.
