The groups of three arrive at am expensive restaurant that sells seafood and walk into the private room. Once they sit Catherine hands the menu over to Katie "order whatever you feel like" and James picks up the wine list looking for a suitable drink for their meal.
They order their meals and as James orders the wine Katie says " I'll have water please" because she is still not feeling well from the night before and wants to stay away from alcohol, the waiter nods and leaves.
Catherine and Katie begin to talk about random topics leaving James out, bored James give his sister a quick look. "Oh, I'm sorry Ms Song I have to go, but please enjoy dinner. I'll be sure to make it up to you" Catherine says as she elegantly leaves the room, receiving her brother's look she knows it's time to make herself scarce.
As soon as Catherine leaves the waiter walks in to serve their foods and bows then leaves. Now alone, both James and Katie remain silent as they quietly eat their food.
"Is everything alright, you don't seem too comfortable" James says breaking the silence. 'How will I feel comfortable it's like eating with a king' she thinks while she smiles and says "I'm fine, I'm just not feeling too well". "Then why didn't you tell your 'hubby', I would have taken care of you" he shamelessly says.
"Ok, CEO… James I really appreciate you being a gentleman last night, but I was drunk and you can't blame for what happened last night" Katie says finally bringing up the elephant in the room. "I'm not blaming you I just like being your hubby; if you like we could finalize it all tonight. Then I'll be your legal hubby" James says not minding how shameless he may sound. 'what… how shameless can this man be, I thought CEO are supposed to be men of little words' Katie thinks nearly choking on her food. "I'm joking Katie" James says noticing her discomfort as he passes he a tissue.
They lightly converse throughout their dinner with James occasional shamelessness. As they head towards James' car he offers her a ride which she accepts. Once they get to her apartment building he helps her open the door, "thank you for dinner, goodnight." Katie says hurriedly trying to end this night. He lightly nods and watches has she walks into her building and disappears before running to catch up with he
