Starlight HQ, Katie's office.
Katie who was about to leave work early so she could stop by Catherine's office to collect the invitation was clearing up when she heard noise from outside her office. She dropped what she was doing and hurriedly walks towards the office door but before she could push it open it was pulled from the outside.
"Where have you been young lady? We have been calling you waiting outside your apartment but you didn't pick up" bellowed Father Song
"Mum, Dad what are you doing here?" Katie asked in shock.
Mother Song lightly patted Father Songs shoulder to soothe him, "darling, mother and father just wanted to surprise you by paying you a visit and see how you were doing, we brought some organic vegetables and eggs for you. Or don't you want us around."
"What nonsense, of course I want you hear. I've missed you. Let me grab my things and I'll take you out for dinner." Katie hurriedly said to appease her parents.
"Silly child, your mother brought ingredients to make your favorite meal. Don't bother to spend on us." Father Song cooled down a bit after hearing her response.
The family of three left the office building, took the train and got home in thirty minutes. Katie lives in a one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, so after they got home she let freshen up her parents before she did.
While her mother was cooking Father Song was trying to be has helpful has he can but he seemed to cause a lot more damage that mother Song had to send him out.
While Katie was in the room she got a message from Catherine asking why she had not come to collect the invitation yet.
'Damn I completely forgot', she had already forgotten that she had a party to attend, so she replied /I'm really sorry but I can't make it. I'm not feeling so good so I just want to rest tonight/. 'Why did I lie? Why didn't I just tell the truth' she had already sent her lie before she realized what she was doing.
"Child diner is ready" Katie's mum called out, pulling her out from her thoughts. It was too late to change the message so she just had to move on since there was no way they would find out her lie.
