Chapter 22 - The Golden Ring...

"No, Rose. I've already wished something. now it's your turn." He said flashing her a warm smile.

"Ok then." with that she closed her eyes and first wished her family, friends and Lucas's well being and success. She wished that one day she will become a successful heart surgeon and can able to operate her father's heart successfully. Then finally she wished that to stay forever with Lucas in her entire life. The tree was really a magical tree for humans. If a human by any chance gets access to this tree and makes a wish then without any doubt it can able to fulfill all their wishes. After making the wish Rose opened her eyes and what she saw in front of her, that she couldn't believe that it's happening.

Now the golden tree has turned into a golden goddess. She told her that, "My child, I will surely fulfill all your wish. All you need to do is to wear this ring in your ring finger of your right hand." With that the tree goddess gave her a very beautiful golden ring to wear where a precious rarely found diamond was placed on it. She then gladly took the ring and immediately wore it in her ring finger. She said thank you to the tree goddess and with that the goddess again turned back into her previous form.

"Are you happy now?" Lucas asked her softly near her ear.

"Yes, Luc. Thank you thank you thank you sooo much!" She told him very excitedly.

"Ok, now it's already 7pm in the evening in the human world. We should go now Rose. Your parents must be worrying about you." He told her in the same soft voice.

"Yes, Luc let's go."

With that Lucas again started to spread his black shiny wings and then hold her in the same bridal style while she hold his neck by her both hands with her head is rested on his broad chest. Then he started to fly around and within a minute they both reached near the exit gate of the cave. Then the gate opens and both started to enter into it. When they come out of it they are already transformed in their usual form. Rose is now wearing the same dress that she wore before and Lucas was having no wings. Of course Lucas has done all these changings.

Now they both entered into his car and he drove them into an restaurant, which was obviously owned by his family. The restaurant was one of the top restaurants of that city known as 'Knight's Resturant and Bar'.

"Wow...it's just amazing." Rose said while observing the restaurant from outside. when she saw the board she couldn't believe that this restaurant is really belongs to his family.

"Is your family really own this Luc?"

"Yes." He replied cheekily.

"It's very beautiful. I am always wanted to come here you know. But it was very much difficult for me to get a seat because people were always booked the tickets in advance. But now it's like my dream come true."

"I can do everything you desire my Queen." He told her very lovingly. By hearing his words she blushed a little then he chuckles slightly. With that they both held each other's hand and went to the restaurant for dinner. He ordered her favourite food. They both enjoyed the dinner very much while chatting about some random things. After dinner he drops her at her home by saying her good night while slightly pecking on her lips. Then she also reply him back the very same good night. After that he drove off from there to his villa.

Now both were laying on their respective beds and thinking about each others. They both couldn't control themselves and coincidentally at the same time they both massaged good night to each others again. When they get the message at the same time they started to laugh at themselves at the same time. Then Lucas send her a kissing emoji while blushing like a fool. He doesn't know when he also started to blush. 'Ohh god Rose, you will start to drive me crazy one day'. With that he got up and started to do some hospital related works because vampires doesn't sleep that much.

On the other side she couldn't decide what to reply that's why she didn't reply to him and went to a very slumber and a very peaceful sleep.

The next day came and as usual she got ready for her college. She did her daily routine and wore a peach colour simple top paired with a black colour jeans. She did her signature ponytail and some light makeup and she is ready to go now.

She did her breakfast and went to her college with her father. When she reached there at first her eyes are started to searching for Lucas. She can't wait anymore to see him again. But unfortunately he is nowhere to be seen. But at that time someone cleared his throat in front of her. When she looked up she saw Daniel was standing in front of her with holding a very broad smile on his face.

"Good morning Rosaline. Are you looking for someone?"

"Uh... good morning Daniel. Actually yeah I'm looking for my friends." She didn't tell him the truth that she was looking for Lucas because may be Daniel will get upset, that's why.

"Daniel, I'm sorry what had happened yesterday. I really didn't mean to offend you. Can you forgive me please?" She said apologetically.

"No no Rosaline, you don't need to feel sorry. It should be Lucas who should felt sorry, not you. And after all I didn't mind anything and also I know Lucas very well better than you. He is always like this. It's his regular habit to poke his nose in my matters always."

"So you are not upset on me really?" She asked him hopefully.

"No, I'm not." He replied flashing his most attractive smile but it has not any effect on her.

"Thank you Daniel." She told him while smiling slightly. He thought to himself 'How innocent you are Rosaline. Only did you come to know my reality!' Then he chuckled slightly.

"ROSE!!!..." She heard someone calls her name very loudly. When she turned around she saw her friends who are calling her. Then she signals them to wait for her and again turns around to face Daniel.

"Ok Daniel, I'm going now. I will talk to you later, bye."

"Bye Rosie."

Then she went to the class with her friends. But she failed to notice that after she left Daniel had holding an evil smirk on his face as if he had already planned something very dengerous in his mind...
