Chapter 64 - Are You For Real?

"Is everything okey Lucas?" It was Estella who asked him the question. And Lucas who was still lost in his own thoughts finally came back to his real sense. 

"When did you came in Ella?" He asked getting up from his throne. 

"Just few minutes back. I saw that person was leaving this hall room. You said you would call me but you didn't. That's why I entered to see are you alright or not?" She explained. 

"It's ok Ella. Everything is alright. You don't have to worry about anything now. Sorry for making you wait outside." Lucas apologized her. 

"Nevermind Lucas." She said giving him a charming smile of hers but he had no effect of her smile.

"Let's get out of there. Come..." He said and then both get out of the hall room. But deep inside Estella was wondering about what happened between them in the court hall. She also decided to ask him but looking at his sour mood she didn't dared at that time. 

Now inside his room he was keep looking at Rose's message but was not replying anything to her. He doesn't know what gotten into him so suddenly and didn't texted her anything despite knowing the fact that she must be waiting for his message at this time. Then sighing helplessly he took out a book from the nearby shelf to read because it's the only way to escape those chaotic thoughts those were running inside his mind at this time and decided to text her tomorrow. 

NEXT DAY,

Rose wake up with an extreme headache and the horrific scene that she had saw yesterday was keep on running inside her mind because of which she couldn't think anything straight. She even dreamt about Daniel with his pitch black eyes who was slowly slowly approaching towards her to drink her blood. And this only dream just managed to wake her up from her sleep at that time. And it was doing nothing but was increasing her headache even more. 

Suddenly she saw that her mother was entering her room holding a very worried expression on her face. 

"My dear, what happened to you huh? You doesn't seems to be alright at all. Come lie down ok! I will just massage your head for sometime and in this way you will feel better slightly." Her mother said her lovingly and Rose couldn't help up obeyed her words and lied down. 

Yesterday when she returned home, she didn't said anything to anyone and went straight towards her bedroom locking herself in there. Even when she was taking a quick shower that time also she felt that Daniel was watching her with his that pitch black eyes. She was become paranoid for the whole night. And because of that she didn't ate anything and tried to sleep but sleep didn't consume her on time. She was even looking at her phone to see if there is any messages from Lucas but still he didn't texted her anything. Her parents and her brother also tried to talk with her but she just didn't opened her door and finally they decided to talk with their daughter in the morning. She didn't wanted them to think that she has gotten mad for no particular reason and that's why she just didn't came out of her room the whole night. And today's morning using the duplicate key of her room her mother managed to enter into her room. Last night also she might have done that but understanding very well that her daughter needs some alone time with herself, she didn't interrupted her last night. 

Her mother massaged her head very softly and it really did work so well. She was feelings so much better than before. "Now tell me my dear, what's that troubling you so much?" 

Rose really wanted to share her problems with her but thinking that her mother will not even believe her words or may even think her as a mad girl, she decided against it. So she just tried to avoid the topic and said, 

"Nothing mom... Everything is alright. Yesterday I was not feeling well and also slight headache was there. And nothing much. You don't have to worry. Mom I think I can not go to college today. Is it ok if I skip the college for one day. I'm still not feeling well." She asked softly expecting her mother to say yes. 

"Of course dear. Your health comes first and you should rest if you are not feeling well. I will bring the food up for you and within that go and get freshen up ok?" Her mother said and she just nodded her head agreeing with her and then she left from her room. 

Now she was really feeling much better than yesterday. Now she was not feeling paranoid at least although the Daniel scene is still making her scared to death. But one thing was still bothering her that why Lucas still hasn't texted her. She was dying to talk with him. She didn't know whether she should call him or not. What if he will be in his work and is busy. After all he is a doctor and doctors have no particular time for their rest. Because of this she was also hesitating to call him. But she was really really missing him very badly. She really wanted to hug him, hold him and kiss him. She is yearning for his warmth and comfort so much but here he is not even texting her for once. 

Getting up from her bed she went into the bathroom and freshen up and again came back to her room to lie down on the bed. Her mother brought her the breakfast along with a headache tablet. Then she did her breakfast and took her medicine. Her father and brother also came to look for for her and chitchatting with eachother for sometime they all again leave her alone so that she can rest for sometimes. 

Laying down on her bed she then took out her phone and again opened Lucas's message box to see if he texted her something or not. She was really really missing him so much. She then keep on stare at his profile picture in which he was looking breathtakingly gorgeous to her eyes. Finally reaching to her end limits she texted him this time, 

<Luc...> 

And didn't wrote anything else. Then she saw her friends texting her why she has not come to college and she did answer them by saying the same thing that she is not feeling well and finally she drifted to sleep because of the medicine she had taken. 

Just like the time went by and it's now 10pm. Her mother brought her the dinner and once again massaged her head and then saying her good night she left from there. Lucas still had not replied to her message and for a moment she thought that is he alright or not and the moment this thought came into her mind she instantly dialled his number at that time. 

Finally after so many rings he picked up the phone and instantly she got up from her bed to sit down comfortably and asked getting worried about him so much, "Luc are... are you alright? Everything is fine with you right?" Her back was facing the window of her room which was open slightly.

Lucas wasn't saying anything from the otherside and she just got confused for a bit that why he is not responding to her words. "Luc, are you there? Luc?... Hello?" But again got no response and she believed for a moment that it is someone else who picked up his phone. 

She couldn't decide what to do now and was about to cut the call but suddenly she heard a husky but sensual voice from right behind her, "Yes, I'm here my queen!" and felt a very soft kiss just behind her ear which was one of the responsive spot of her body.

Rose just jolted down from her place surprisingly and instantly turned around cutting off the call. 

And what she saw she just couldn't able to believe in her eyes. It was really... him! Her Luc who was standing right before her safe and sound and also holding his all time signature smirk which is her all time favourite. 

"Are... are you for real Luc?" She asked still not believing in her eyes. 

"Yes Rose... If you can't believe then you can run your soft hands all over my face to make yourself believe." He said shamelessly bringing his face more closer to her face but he didn't expected her to do the same because he was just jocking with her.

Now she is running her both the hands on his face to make herself believe but he didn't expected her next move like this.

The next moment she just held his face in between her palms and looked at his face for some time as if his face is the most precious thing for her to watch and then finally unable to control herself anymore she just moved forward a bit and sealed her lips with his all of a sudden...
