A few days later and Gray was right as rain. The others had split off to capture Pokemon and train themselves after reading over several reports. The Pokemon here were fierce and powerful.
Best place to break timidness in a few of them. Even Dawn and June resistance to critically injure pokemon and a few people weaned off a little bit.
Gray was out training alone. Training his pokesoul state as much as he can to ease the out of control Beastout more. It worked. But very slowly. Currently, in the form of Jolteon, he started to slip a little.
*Schup!* Tapu Fini appeared from inside. She offered a little water to keep his mind focus. The pokemon was quite suprised how resistant Gray was to the waters. It was a challenge as she started to make a more concentrated one to expose him to.
"Such a weird individual." Tapu Fini floated around after finishing. Enjoying the sunlight before Gray started training again. She grew about an inch or so from the Blessing from the Pokesoul's that were inside him. "At least you have a little more control."
"Grr, yeah I do. But not enough." Gray growled a little frustrated. Another effect was from the Beasout was the memory. Slowly he rembered the life of Primordial Jolteon and what happened to it. A lot of fighting and disappointment in it's descendants. "Hmm know one really had a good time back then."
*Thump!* A landing by someone trying to be sneaky. It was Bea trying new techniques. So far she was pretty good on moving silently. But near Gray or June, her partner Impact pulse would quicken.
"Darn it!" Bea grumbled. "Why are you still so antsy near him?!"
'Because he makes me excitied!' Impact almost trilled inside her. 'Papa and mama are so .. soothing. Like when you eat Oran Berry pies late at night. Little sneak.'
'Keep quiet about that!' Bea didn't want her secret getting out. It was a guilty pleasure of hers. 'Why not talk to the new one? Eevee that arrived.' Bea actually noticed that the new arrival barely left Gray or from his side. Usually quiet and watching things.
'Don't wanna. He is happy to just relax. So .. might as well leave him be.'
"You two ok?" Gray blinked at her. A jolt of aura energy and he was back on all fours like Jolteon would be. "Deep in thought?"
"Yes." Bea said quickly. "You are quite large still. In fact, way bigger than an Arcanine would be normally." Moving close, she touched the bottom of Gray's chin. Scratching it a little, causing a small burst of electricity to leave him. "Same location the others like."
"Grr." Gray could not refute that. It did feel good. "One of the first Blessings I received affected me more than I noticed. But only Beast based pokesoul and fusion. I think Bird based will be affected now as well."
*Sching!* A flash of light he returned to normal.
"Got it!" Tapu Fini twirled in her shell then shot into Gray once more. Explaining to the other medium states inside how to help him master his beastout state. 'Listen up!' The Eevee and Empress just stared at her.
The Dark Charizard lifted his head up. Listening but not saying anything. Giratina and Yveltal only opened their eyes slightly. Both miles away mentally thinking about things.
Tapu Fini started explaining things as she saw it. To say the Dark Charizard was reluctant to be treated like a regular pokemon was an understatement. Having someone scratch it was one thing but to be treated like a pet would be another.
Tapu Fini would find no easy way there. But the others thought nothing of it. A means to an end really.
"Time to start regular training now." Gray stretched a little. Getting back into the grove of things as a human. "Getting easier but slowly. Ready Bea?" She took a fighting pose sizing Gray up. "Let's do it then! Swords Dance!"
Seven aura based swords formed up then congealed into one. The muscles around his fingers bulged slightly. Bea's entire body tensed up then restricted. She used Minimize as she took a breath. Then used another stat increasing move.
"Big risk.. big reward!" Bea tapped against her stomach as she used Belly Drum! Attack power at max, she charged at Gray using Low Kick. "Hyah!"
*Thump!* Gray blocked with his left palm. The blow echoing in the area a little. Bea had grown a lot stronger over the last few days. Her aura energy was seamless in her fighting. As she no longer wasted any in fighting. Unless she was using her partner's of course.
Gray gave her a shoulder stab as he stepped forward. Bea allowed as gave her the chance to grab and throw him. Placing her foot down, she turned and used the move Vital Throw.
"Tch!" Bea was frustrated. The moment she grabbed hold, she could tell it was a fake. Gray's use of Double Team had turned into an extremely fast move. His most use move next to Revenge and Bulk Up. 'Where is he?'
Her eyes darted around as she looked for Gray. A pulse of aura gave away as Impact could feel the concentration of her father. Whipping around, she delivered a Mega Punch to Gray that came down on her.
The impact sent Gray into the air. As Gray moved he stretched his free hand out and fired a string of Shadow Balls at her. Bea jumped away at each one. Not letting them get close to her in any way.
'Worse than Bullet Seed!' Bea danced into the trees out of the way. The environment turning into a mess really quickly. Once the firing stopped, Bea felt a sense of dread. She forgot one simple thing. 'Really need to remember he uses psychic energy a lot.'
*Crack!* Several of the trees were lifted out of the ground. The use of Confusion next sent the debris all towards Bea in the center.
Bea waited till everything was close clutching her arms to the side. A single focus of aura shot out in an instant. A shockwave that spread like a shotgun blasted the surroundings.
*Woosh!* the resulting pressure even sent Gray back in the air. Despite being more than 120 feet away. Gray looked on with a pleased luck.
"Much stronger. Just missing a killer instinct and you would be perfect." His eyes squinted as she shot into the air in pursuit. "Really need to master aura flying though. Straight lines are a bad way to go."
A rock flew pass Gray oddly enough covered in aura.
"You are right." The rock said behind him. Except it had switched places with the Bea in front. For a moment, Gray saw her make a U-Turn he thought made of aura. "Gotta get creative. It is what you always say!"
"That I did." Gray couldnt move in time. Bea fist shined as she accelerated towards him. "Even using Mach Punch in tandem, really good!" Taking the attack in the back, Gray delivered a backhand before she moved away.
*Whack!* Bea shot down like a comet. Gray was very heavy handed. Shooting after her with the sword pointing forward. A slight flicker on the aura sword him stop midflight.
"What the heck is this?"
*Swirl!* Rampant aura energy entered the sword at once. It started to shine brightly as well as Bea on the ground. It focused on her hand. Raising her hand into the air, Bea was just as suprised as aura energy gathered and formed a Shield.
"Why did this happen all of a sudden?" Bea was to curious as she looked the shield over. Remembering back home how everything was petrified made her sad. "Damn it!" Gray landed not to far from her. The sword in his hand making her feel even worse. "Why do you have that? And why do I have this?"
"Well, you see what happened was.." Gray stopped as two figures appeared not to far away. A few smaller auras with it. "me and Sabrina ran into these Pokemon and this pain int the butt trainer."
The moment he mentioned Sabrina, Bea frowned. Her partner was not liking Sabrina more and more lately. The fussing of a child really. Think she could get in the way of Gray and June getting togethor.
As they talked, Gray released his aura to fix the area around him. Good way to unwind still. The process was easier than it ever was before. Either he was getting better at it, or the place was helping him.
Zacian and Zamazenta walked out. With a few cubs of their kind. The same ones Gray and Sabrina fought awhile back.Zacian eyed Gray openly with no hostilities. But Zamazenta still held a grudge.
The little cubs barked around their feet. Not afraid of Gray or Bea.
"Hello again." Zacian said calmly. She stopped not to far away from the duo. "Care to help us now? Will defintely help with your current problem."
"No." Gray shook his head simply. Very determined not to deal with the Galar issues. Bea frowned a little at that. "But she will. With some help of course." A slight whistle, and the Absols he captured all arrived. Along with the Vulpix's Empress captured.
"My entire nation has turned to stone, I am sure this is not enough to help." Bea said unenthused. "Gonna need a lot.. more.. Pokemon..." Her mouth went wide as Titan the Nidoking came over with a few Pokemon.
"They will help you." Titan crossed his arms in front. The pokemon exuded a regal power that caused Zamazenta to take note of it. "They are strong, I assure you." A mix of a 1,000 pokemon or so was behind them.
Pokemon like Golem, Machamp, Hariyama, Aggron, Swampert, Meganium, Tyrantrum, Noivern, and Hawlucha. As well as their pre-form states. Each of them carrying the Blessing from Gray as they were captured by him via the extension of Titan and the others beating them.
"Bea.. I think you will do fine." Gray said with a smile. "Your home ways to heavy on your mind for other matters. You have the strength and power to reverse the Dynamax effect now. So do these pokemon."
Gray showed his hand that had the Hexagon mark on it. The same mark shining on Bea brightly.
"I am not meant to save your home. You are." Gray put his hand down and looked at the two Legendaries and the cubs that finally stopped running around. "I am sure they will give their all to help you to."
"They will." Zacian said. Her phrasing was not lost on Gray. Nudging her little ones for the possible las time, she moved up to Gray and rubbed against him. "This is all I can do left for now."
*Sching!* The sound of metal echoed in the area. Zacian disappeared into Gray. Her aura barely-there as she was exhaust from all she had done. Such as giving birth and dealing with the Dynamax outbreak.
"Arrrroooooo!" The cubs howled. Zamazenta howled the loudest. But he was prepared for her death. Just hurt still. The cubs would be raised without a mother. But at least they lived to help care on their kind.
"Gray..." Bea felt said and wanted to ask him more about what happened. However, time was not on her side. Information from the blessing let her know the faster she moved to start changing the process, the easier it will be. ".. No we will talk later."
"Of course." Gray's eyes shined pink for a moment. "In fact, I will see you two months later after you start there." Fairy energy was still an issue with him. But Steel easily helped him deal with it. He could feel Empress fretting a little. 'Just take the Fairy type into you.'
'Ok!' She responded happily. Zacian did not fight against it. She did in turn received some power that would stabilize her soul. So a decent trade-off. "Anywho, kick butt, Bea. And if you need help, just have her call for me."
"Right." Bea nodded a little. She wanted to spend more time with the group but the chance to help her nation was to good to pass up. She would miss Hilda a lot since they talked a lot. As well as Gray since he was always up for training. "I won't fail this time!"
"You did not fail last time. It was to late to stop what happened." Zamazenta said stoically. A final look at Gray as he moved away. A portal opened made of aura energy that lead back to the Galar region. Even though it, one could see the environment was pure stone. "Time to reclaim our home."
As they left through it, Gray used his Pokesoul to turn back into Jolteon. Giving a slight shake, he shot off to continue his training from before. A quick mental message to the others about Bea leaving to go back home for a while.
*Shine!* The Eevee hopped out next to Gray. A demure smile on his face.
"Will they succeed?" The pokemon kept pace as it increased in height. Matching his a little. A few characteristics set it apart from other Eevee's. The fur turned darker as it took on more of a Ground type. "I may not be close to my siblings, but I do not want them to die."
Gray blinked at the pokemon as they ran. A grin showing on his face.
"They will live. Just have to go through a lot." Gray jumped onto a cliff side and observed things. A lot of pokemon were gathered for a fight. "Now we need strength and control. Control for me and Strength for you."
"Humph!" The Eevee snorted. "I will show you how strong I am!" Jumping into the thick of it, the pokemon released its aura. Rearing back then smashing down. "Get some!"
The pokemon used Earthquake. Causing the entire area to shake crazily. Gray hopped down unleashing thunderbolt. Not wanting to mess the chance to go wild.
