"sir this way"said the lead scientist as he guided chief to the experimentation room.

"so as you commanded we have ran some tests on mr charles xavier and we now know how far his abilities can extend to but we kept hitting road blocks when it came to the production of cerebro however it was thanks to you bringing in hank McCoy we were able to restart from scratch and build what you see before you," said the lead scientist as he put a long weird shaped key into place and the door slid open, inside was shaped spherically and it contained a vertical path that lead towards a seat in the middle of the room.

"excellent," smiled chief as he put the file on the desk and put a receiver to his mouth

"bring in charles," he commanded

two minutes later a charles xavier was pushed via wheel chair into the room, he had instruments plugged in his necks and spine and packs on the bottom of his wheel chair.

"is he still alive," said chief sternly as he looked at the lead scientist

"um.. we may have been a little rough but it was only done due to caution of how strong he is mentally, i assure you he is alive," he said as he wiped a little sweat from his fore head with a napkin

"hmmm caution is liable ," replied chief as he turned away and instructed the soldier to place charles into the machine.

"sir in order to command him you must whisper into this command dial," said the LS as he handed chief a receiver from charles wheel chair.

"okay, charles i want you to find every mutant you can possibly find and i want you to make them feel more closer to one another and i want you to make some of them hate normal humans and finally make most of them join these factions listed here " commanded chief as he put down the dial and placed a paper on charles's lap.

"was that to long winded?" asked chief as he turned to LS

"no..no it's fine, that dial is designed to only work on your voice command as he'll only take orders from you or whoever else you choose" replied LS as he put the dial back in the wheel chair.

"begin the test," instructed chief as he put some goggles on and began to watch

"begin" said LS through a receiver and also put on some goggles

--,--

in the room next door a handful of scientist including hank McCoy began to shuffle keys and push and pull switches to begin the experiment, flashes of lights showed up on screen to show the the brain activity of charles and on another screen it showed what he was seeing.

a globe on the screen with a percentage appeared on the third screen, the percentage showed how many mutants currently known, it slowly began to increase and sped up once passing 30%.

--,--

"holy..." said LS as he could see may regular people just living their daily lives, some not even aware what they were or what what they were capable of.

"i just hope ground control rounded up all those mental attributed mutants," said chief as

"sir, they say they've hit the maximum target range," said LS as he repeated what he was told on the receiver.

"fine, shut it down," ordered chief as he took of his goggles and made his way out of the room with LS in tow.

chief made his way into the room next door and dashed in the pass code on the door, the door slid open and inside was light screen monitors with beeping lights an a big percentage in the middle of the room symbolising the amount of mutants currently found, all the scientist inside who did not have high enough clearance left the room leaving only 5 including chief himself.

"so what has ground control sent?" asked chief as he sat on a chair.

"so far we have got messages sent from all four of our main bases in north america and 3 out of the 8 subsidiaries, we have also been sent messages from from our main bases in Europe, only 2 from africa and our connections with Ichirō Yashida are still strong, we have already sent him designs for the adamantium armour and he's company has just started up in the genetics industry," said the LS as he relayed the information that was sent in through the monitor

"good," thought chief

he still remembered the work he had put into expanding there syndicate's power, after having saturated their forces in north america the first five years after the war, chief had come to the decision that their forces were prepared to install further bases in other continents around the world. He had positioned 4 main bases and 8 subsidiaries in all 7 continents, this makes 28 main bases and 56 subsidiaries but some of the bases were in a work in progress stage either due to governmental snooping or simply because they were still under constructions.

"tell me how is shaw doing with the MMO (military mutant organisation) currently," asked chief as he placed his arm on the side of the seat, the clanging sound indicating his arm not being made of flesh and blood.

week later

"amazing, there are so many ways to use these mystic arts if only they existed in my old world," said jax as he flipped through a book in his bedroom while floating above his body, he had a diagram underneath his body that had both the zodiac.it had been two weeks since his mastery of the sling ring and he had made the most of it. he had so far learnt astral projection, the ability to project his astral form out of his fleshly body, it had worked wonders in helping save time in memorising books in his study of mystique arts. He had also learnt to use someform of mystique weapons however the real stuff was soon to come. Jax was told that soon he would be able to choose which type of art he could become a professional in, after this he could then pick a weapon from the ancient one's vault as he's training or personal weapon for combat.

however he knew all that would come soon, for now he had to continue he's work.

jax jumped back into his body, he first made a little rune on his head to block the pain then used a knife that was next to him to create a small incision in his wrist. once the blood began to leak he placed his hand on top of the diagram of the zodiac and waited, jax had done all this to check what kind of beast his mutant form was and if he could continue to evolve it. he had studied mystique arts of medicine and healing and read books that could analyse ancient bloodlines in a body, he had been coming into roadblocks due to reading in on any human bloodline so he had tried a beast blood line analyser and was currently undergoing the experiment

"uhh," groaned jax the orange gold light from the diagram lit and swallowed more blood, the zodiac symbol began to spin and slow down.

Jax noticed scales began to form ontop of the diagram.

"snake...maybe," thought jax as he noticed horns as well as a long neck, then as he was trying to look closer the full image came together and it showed an enraged celestial beast known in all manner of legends and myths, the beast roared twice then disappeared including the diagram leaving only a word in its place

"hmmm," thought jax as he read the word aloud

"dragon"
