I was woked up by somebody, knocking on my door.

- Woke up Peter! - Yelled Amit.

I grunted and turned in my bed. I didn't want to get up when I just fell asleep after the whole night of planning. Those bastards - I thought to myself.

In the end, I got out of the bed and went to open the door.

- We just got the first sword and shield samples from Jayadeva. Hatta and I believe you should be there to check them with us. Besides, he told me you have some informations to share.

- From Rishi, not Jayadeva. And seriously, that's why you are waking me up?

- It's not that early, and yes, I should have said from Rishi. Just come. We need to verify and plan.

I sighed.

- Tam, stay here. I'll be back soon - I said to my chicken, and then turned back to Amit. - Lead the way.

I turned away from them and swung few times. It only assured me that swords weren't my thing.

- Strike the shield with it - said Jayadeva.

- How about you strike the shield, while I hold it? - I proposed, grabbing the sword by the blade, and presenting it to the engineer with the handle at the front.

He grabbed it.

- Very well.

I took the shield and held it up for the attack. Jayadeva swung with all his might. Few sparks shot out as both items collided. The shield was undamaged, just as the blade.

- Ok... Give me the sword.

We switched, and I grabbed the weapon in both hands, trying to break it. I was way stronger than a normal person but still couldn't break it. I couldn't even bend it a little.

- This looks good - I summarised.

- See? I told you - Jayadeva said, turning to Hatta.

The leader of Wuxia smiled.

- Tell me again, how long did it take? - he asked.

- We bought both of those in the device. Just to check how it will work, and then every single item took Rishi around four hours per item to enhance them. He can make them better, but it will require more time.

Jayadeva seemed to be excited. He was trying to hold his emotions, but his voice betrayed him.

- I believe this is enough enhancement for regular soldiers. Just next time enhance something of a better quality... - I pointed out.

- We will be expecting a delivery soon then. Tell us if you need anything more - said Hatta.

- We will need more crystals for sure. I didn't forget what you did to my family, but in the end, it worked out, so I'm willing to put that behind us. But never do that again! - he even shook his finger at Hatta.

I went to the cafeteria, to eat something, then took a bath. Cleaned up, and with a full stomach, I went to get Tam, and look for Nadia. She was working. Checking the supplies in the cafeteria's kitchen.

We followed her for a bit until she was finished, and then hang out together.

- I'll be going back to hunt tomorrow - I suddenly told her, as we were walking and talking about minor things.

- You just come and go those days.

- Yeah. I know. But there is a lot of work with the Jayadeva. You probably heard already, didn't you?

- Yes. I'll probably be supervising that very soon.

- Good.

- Hatta actually wants to put me in charge of a club similar to Velvet Lotus. That's only in plans for now, though. He told me that you know about those plans.

- I do.

- So... When can I expect you again?

- I think around two weeks. Will and the rest should be coming back around that time, and I want to hear how it all went. Besides, I should have enough crystals by then, and maybe there will be a period of a break after. At least I hope it will.

She suddenly stopped, then came closer to kiss me.

- Come - she said, grabbed my hand, and started to pull me.
