Princess Cyrena removed her hood, with her head up high, looked at the man beneath her gaze.

Sure, he was as they described him and might just be the one she is looking for. "Since you already know who I am, I guess it would be useless for pleasantries," she said as she curled her lips up into a small smile.

"I like you, easy and straightforward."

"Then I won't waste much of your time. You are well aware of the theft incidence that happened days ago?" She arched her brow at him questioningly, awaiting his reply but he only gave a nod.

"Well everyone present has been interrogate, all except one person. You!"

He squinted his eyes as he stared at her with unmoving posture. "Get to the point."

"No rush... I would arrive at the point in no time, but first let me tell you a brief and summarized story."

Mr Irving stared at the princess in bewilderment. He wasn't so sure as to what she was going to do, but he was definitely glad he could watch it all play out.

"From what my brother, the prince found out, they confronted a skilled fighter who escaped through the course of the brief battle, leaving behind a clue. That clue of course led them to the house of Mr Greg and he was caught with the money and stolen things."

"Why are you telling me this?"

Ignoring his obvious question, she continued her story, or rather asked a question. "Now I wonder, do you thing Mr Greg, such weak and dibble middle aged man is capable of doing such thing? Committing such theft in a few days and escaping the prince and his men?"

The Void didn't utter a word. He still looked at her intensely, I mean where was she going with this? He wasn't so sure himself. There was no way she could have figured him out right?

"Or was that a careless thing to do, Mr Void?" She asked.

"What are you implying?" He suddenly snapped at her question.

"Don't be feisty, Void. I only told a story and would want your opinion."

"State your business and leave princess. I have urgent things to do."

"Really now? Okay I didn't want to but... Let's do this."

She moved a chair at one corner of his desk and sat down elegantly in front of him, then began.

"Don't you find it brave and nice. I mean Mr Greg lost all his money but I think someone stole those money and returned it to him. I do not know why, but I find something not right."

"Escaping such a situation, wasn't the thief foolish to rush back to Mr Greg's that night?"

The Void tightened his fist with her every word. They felt like knives stabbing into his flesh. He knew he made a mistake and for the first time he didn't think things through and caused so much trouble than the mess he tried to fix.

That was the straw that broke the carmel's back. He stood from his chair and slammed his fist into the table.

CRACK!!

A cracking sound was heard and the table let from where he hit broke. The table fell a bit to the broken side. He was breathing heavily, his ears flushed red from anger ad his pupils darkened. He towered above her from this angle.

From that punch on the table, the young boy at a corner of the room trembled, while Mr Irving stood there in shock.

That was the Void. He was no respecter of any body, be it royalty or not. The shocked expression on Mr Irving's face was quickly replaced with awe when his gaze landed on the pretty princess from his side.

She remained unflinching, not disturbed one bit by his outburst. He secretly gave her a thumbs up from the way she handle the situation, she was worthy of her title as Princess.

"Damn it she k how's, but how?" The Void thought.

"What use is an outburst?" she slowly rose from her seat and placed a hand on the broken desk and said. "I pity Mr and Mrs Greg." She looked up at him, eyes peering deep into the other and said, "If you are angry, fix the problem."

He lightly chuckled after a minute and a huge smile graced his face. Speaking of which, with her face inched close, she could see the distinctive features of his handsome face...

His light blue eyes, pointed nose, high chin, perfect jawline and sexy lips. For a moment there, she felt drawn in by this man's charm and wondered if he really was the culprit.

It was not until her eyes caught sight of a scar at the nape of his neck, that her earlier thought of him being the one came back. The scar extended past his shoulder to his back, so she couldn't see or tell how deep and how far the scar went.
