Chapter 10：One Successful Martial Arts Skill Demonstration

"Damn, yet another pig-like charge." Yi Qiu used the pepper spray to spray the pangolin and then dodged the pangolin's charge. Truthfully, after clearing the pumpkin field map so many times, he was already used to dodging these brainless charges. Maybe due to the Monk's legacy and how mystical Ki was, although there wasn't a clear stats increase, Yi Qiu felt that he had understood ways of dodging attacks.

The Dog-Head Men were different from other underground beings. The candle that supported their lifeforce meant that they couldn't see in the dark. However, it was said that their sense of smell was not bad, however, the information didn't clearly lay that out. After all, the reason why they were called Dog-Head Man was because of their dog-like sounds.

After the pangolin smacked into the wall, it was pretty much paralyzed. Yi Qiu didn't bother with it and just tossed a javelin at the Sadistic Dog-Head Man.

Okay, the environment in the cave was just too bad. Especially after Yi Qiu wore his glasses, it was normal that the javelin missed. After all, he was not a professional.

The Sadistic Dog-Head Man didn't get affected by it and it didn't charge over. Instead, it stood at the spot and waited for its subordinates to recover. It was obvious that it had walked onto the evil path. Gandalf expressed disappointment toward it on behalf of all wizards.

Yi Qiu didn't dare to head over as his vision was too bad. However, it didn't seem right to just wait just like that. He thought about it and pulled out some quicklime.

The pepper spray didn't have long enough range. Like the current situation, Yi Qiu couldn't head forward and the range of the pepper spray wasn't long enough which made things really awkward. As they say, 'if the east isn't bright, the west will be bright'. At such a moment, the quicklime that was a backup resource had something to say about this. The quicklime was mixed with small bits of sand which was why its range was much greater than that of the pepper spray.

"Pu!" Yi Qiu tossed out a bag of quicksilver. The Sadistic Dog-Head Man actually exploded it with a whip! The quicklime and sand went everywhere! Yi Qiu took a few steps back and when he passed the pangolin, he tossed a javelin and ended its life.

"You killed pangolin, obtaining 10 Experience Points. "

"Wang! Wang! Wang!" The Dog-Head Men minions expressed that their eyes were injured. The Sadistic Dog-Head Man felt that the situation wasn't good. He waved his whip and viciously smacked those Dog-Head Men minions.

"Wang! Wang! Wang! Wang! Wang!" Along with a series of rushed and painful cries, the Dog-Head Man minions charged forward toward Yi Qiu aggressively like they had all taken drugs.

One of them was tripped by a stone on the ground and many of them charged by Yi Qiu's side toward an unknown target. The aggressive charging scenes instantly became a little amusing. However, due to the large number of minions, a few of them charged in front of Yi Qiu. Yi Qiu punched out and caused these weaklings with less than 7 Strength to fly away.

The failure of the minions' attacks forced the Sadistic Dog-Head Man to wave his whip and attack personally. Yi Qiu took out a javelin and tossed it forward. The Sadistic Dog-Head Man actually tried to use his whip to hit it away.

One had to say that the Sadistic Dog-Head Man's whip skills in the Hard difficulty mode were really good. Not only could it hit away quicklime, it could even hit the javelin that Yi Qiu tossed.

However, it was obvious that due to the Dog-Head Man's pitiful race power, it hadn't developed toward a fighting class. Although it hit the javelin, it couldn't deflect the momentum of the javelin that came from 12 points of Strength. The Sadistic Dog-Head Man whipped several times before he was out of energy. The javelin missed as expected. After all, this was a less than five-foot-tall Dog-Head Man and not the Brown Tooth Boar that was even taller than Yi Qiu.

Grasping the opportunity that the Dog-head Man seemed exhausted, Yi Qiu charged toward the Sadistic Dog-Head Man. Due to the stone on the ground and the poor visibility, Yi Qiu had to slow down. When he got close to the Sadistic Dog-Head Man he was even whipped.

Finally Yi Qiu got close to the Sadistic Dog-Head Man. He grabbed its hand that held the whip and blocked its next attack. Then, he landed a vicious punch on the Sadistic Dog-Head Man's face!

The Sadistic Dog-Head Man was stunned. As Yi Qiu grabbed its hand, it didn't fly backward. That didn't mean that it was lucky. Yi Qiu instantly used Zephyr Successive Strikes, his left leg which had Ki injected into it accelerated beyond the speed of the naked eye and kicked viciously at the Sadistic Dog-Head Man's chest.

"Ka!" Along with the sound of internal organs cracking, the Sadistic Dog-Head Man was on the verge of death. Yi Qiu released his right hand and then kicked the Sadistic Dog-Head Man away!

"You killed Sadistic Dog-Head Man, you obtained 20 Experience Points."

"You obtained Sadistic Dog-Head Man's old wooden box. "

"Although there weren't any Integrated Network Coins, it was a surprising number of Experience Points." Yi Qiu's eyes lit up. As compared to Integrated Network Coins, Experience Points gave him the biggest headache. He cleared dungeons for a week and didn't reach level 2. As such, one should know how difficult it was to level up.

Yi Qiu calculated. The notification said that due to the monsters he killed, he obtained 45 experience. However, that meant that he got 10 times overall! Thinking about that, Yi Qiu looked at the Dog-Head Man minions that had already disappeared and felt a little pained.

Yi Qiu started to consider a few evaluation differences. Once was an adventure, the reward was 100 Experience Points and 100 Integrated Network Coins, during the Barren Gold Mine Simple difficulty he got phenomenal leader killing, the reward was 150 Experience Points and 50 Integrated Network Coins. This time, it was a successful martial arts demonstration and he didn't get Integrated Network coins but got a full 450 experience.

So what caused the few difference? In the pumpkin field dungeon, he basically relied on pepper spray and quicklime to blind and then wear down the boar. In the Easy difficulty, he chased the pangolin away and directly killed the Sadistic Dog-Head Man. In the Hard difficulty, although he blinded it, he still suffered the attacks of the pangolin and the Dog-Head Man minions before killing the Sadistic Dog-Head Man.

So only by being rash would he get experience? Yi Qiu touched his bald head. Did he have to just charge in?
