Kai Xin was barely out of the bedroom when she heard Old Madam Du shouting,

"CALL THAT WOMAN HERE NOW!"

The servants did not know what to do as they tried to stop Old Madam Du from going up the stairs. President Du had said that Old Madam Du was not allowed in the main house for a couple of days and that under no circumstances could she go up to his room.

With a file in his hand, Old Mo sighed as he watched the woman he served for years shouting her lungs off. In her anger, she seemed to have forgotten who she was.

He had tried to stop her earlier but she was unshakeable. After she received those messages sent by an anonymous sender, she forced him to bring her over. When he told her that he had to inform DX, she threw his phone out of the house and threatened him that she would drive herself if he continued to refuse her.

Left with no choice, Old Mo had to follow her orders.

"Head Butler Mo…"

The servants looked at him nervously as they waited for his instructions. However, he could only give them a wry glance as he murmured, "The Head Butler is powerless against Old Madam Du..."

When she heard him, Old Madam Du turned to glare at him as she snapped, "Whose side are you on!"

With his hands raised in defeat, Old Mo sighed, "Please calm down, Old Madam Du. I'm not picking sides but don't forget your promise to President Du."

"What is happening here?" asked An Qi Yan as she walked towards them. She was planning the meals for Kai Xin when she heard the shout.

Kai An came out from his room right after her with his hair still dripping wet. He was in the shower earlier when he heard Old Madam Du's voice. Afraid that she might be coming after his sister, he just did a quick rinse and rushed out immediately after putting on his pants.

After being alerted by one of the servants, Layla and Quinn came running out of their room as well.

"What's this? Why are they here?" asked Old Madam Du as she glared at An Qi Yan and Kai An.

"Old Madam Du, President Du brought them in. They are staying here temporarily," replied one of the servants.

As she turned away from the mother and son, Old Madam Du scoffed, "That idiot sent his sons away and brought strangers back? Ridiculous!"

"Old Madam Du, stop fighting it. You know that XiAn is adamant about this," said Layla as she folded her arms.

Old Madam Du pointed a finger at her as she snarled, "You stay out of this! Where is she?"

"I'm here!" said Kai Xin as she walked down the stairs. She was wearing what she usually wore at home; a pair of jeans and a T-shirt.

When she was standing right in front of Old Madam Du, she bowed slightly before saying, "Old Madam Du, are you looking for me?"

"Look what you've done!" snapped Old Madam Du while Old Mo took out a stack of photos from the file before handing it over to Kai Xin.

Kai Xin gave it a brief glance before asking politely, "So?"

"So?!" Old Madam Du was incredulous when she saw Kai Xin's indifferent attitude towards the matter. She pointed to the photos on Kai Xin's hands and said, "You've been sleeping around with men since you were young! How can my son fall for someone like you? My son is a good boy! You are not worthy to be with him!"

Kai An frowned. He did not like the tone that Old Madam Du was using when she was talking to his sister. With his sister's permission, he took the photos from her hands to take a good look at it.

When he saw who was in the photos, he frowned as he asked, "Isn't this Ki Hong?"

"It's him," said An Qi Yan as she took a quick look. She then turned to Old Madam Mo and asked, "This is a childhood friend of my children. What do you mean by sleeping around?"
