Chapter 28 - Aria Little Scheme

In her office, Fidelia, who was managing Alex's official Whatlife account, could not believe how Aria was trying to use Ethan to bring Alex down, the girl has been just too shameless. Looking at the comments, she noticed that one account, in particular, was really responding to Alex's bashing, it was also the same account that brought the ring topic into the discussions, and more importantly, it was the account that had posted the pictures. 

She kind of knew exactly what was happening there, she knew it was an account that was intentionally created just to bash Alex. So she called the company's cyber department and asked them to trace the IP address of that account immediately.

Soon she got some information about the owner of that account, and as she had thought it was Aria, the information she got showed that the IP address was also linked to her private social media account.

Fidelia just smirked, thinking that it was surely Aria's way of getting back at Alex to what had happened last time at the shop CANDIDE. 

By the time she got home that night, Alex already knew about the scandal because Eliott had called her earlier to let her know that her beloved sister was trying to make her life miserable. 

"Have you seen the post? Your little sister is really spoiled" Fidelia drank water languidly 

"Yeah, she went out of her way to make it look real" Alex's eyes were glued to the TV watching one of Ethan's movies.

"Faking a hug is one of the easiest things to do, but the picture has to be taken at the right angle."

"I wonder how people could not see that Ethan's hands were always in his trouser pocket." Alex smiled sweetly, knowing her boyfriend had not touched the trash.

Fidelia shook her head "it does not matter, the important thing for the fans was to know who the girl was in the picture, even if they were just standing next to each other it will have the same effect. I guess it's her who posted the picture too, that's too pathetic." 

"I think the scheme is the Porter family's way of doing things. " Alex was disappointed with the Porter family one more time.

"You are asking me to let you handle this. So, how do you want to end this? She's getting on my nerves already."

"To tell you the truth, it's not that big of a problem, I know you can take care of it, but she's touching a sensitive spot, so I should let her know that I am not someone to be toyed with. Don't you think?" Alex's eyes flickered as she spoke, you could see her eyes instantly turn ice blue, it was clear she was pissed.

" Is it because of your ring? "

" She dares to reproduce it! That ring was the last thing my grandfather made for me. I can't tolerate anyone from that Porter family using it or claiming it as theirs. They have already taken everything he had!" She smiled icily! That was her conclusion.

"So, what's the plan? " Fidelia knew it was going to get messy for Aria, and she was anxious to see it.

"Just you wait, you'll see!" Alex gave her a sweet smile before looking back at her movie.

Sometime later, she received a text from Eliott asking her to go out to her balcony, and like every time, she was delighted. When she opened the door to get there, he was already standing on the balcony, in comfortable clothes, always looking too good for his own good. 

"Hello, boyfriend!" Alex greeted him with a wide smile, her blue eyes sparkling, she had instantly forgotten the anger she felt at the thought of Aria.

"Hello, girlfriend!" Eliott was also happy to see Alex, it had been so long since he had felt this good, and it was only because of her smile.

"I saw you hugging another girl! Are you cheating on me already?" Alex teased 

"Are you controlling me already, that's cool, you must really love me. " Eliott replied back, which made her blush.

"Do not try to avoid the subject! " Alex tried to control her blushing cheeks desperately.

"I am not, a crazy woman tried to hug me but I did not even touch her, you know, I am just in love with a certain amazing ocean-eyed woman," Eliott teased, pleased to see Alex's cheeks turn even redder.

"You should be! " Alex looked away to hide her embarrassment, Eliott's flirting with her would get the best of her, she thought.

"She dared to touch your man! Do you know how you are going to deal with her?" 

Alex stroked out a sinister smile, "Do not worry, I have my way! "

Seeing that sinister smile, Eliott was even more curious to see what his future wife would do to this crazy girl. 

That same night, Aria took advantage of her fans' comments and posted a little message on her Whatlife account to play the victim even more.

"Some people are willing to go very far to be famous, some go so far to wear the same accessories to look like other people; What a shame! ". This post earned her a lot of sympathy from viewers. Her fans attacked Alex and her fans, even more, calling her an imposter and all sorts of disgusting words. 

In his office, Clyde watched the company's stock rise thanks to his little sister's scandal, after all, she was supposed to be dating Ethan; who, even though he had only been an actor for two years, was already the highest-paid actor of the moment. Besides, he had a good reputation. 

So this little scandal was a bit of a boost for the company, which had not been doing well in recent days. 

He had no idea what backlash this little stunt, set up by his little sister, might cause though, but he didn't care. To his knowledge, ROYALSTAR generally paid no attention to the scandal surrounding Ethan's love life. When this kind of scandal happened, they preferred to let the problem solve itself by relying on time, since they were always false rumors. Thus, after a few days, these rumors disappeared just as they had appeared. So there was no reason why it should not go the same way this time. 

If others could use Ethan to increase their fame, why not them. Therefore, he happily returned home to announce to his father the increase in their company's stock price. 

For his part, Alan Porter did not even want to know how his son had managed to increase their company's stock price, even if it was only by a little. All that mattered to him was his company. 

At the same time, Fidelia, who was on Alex's Whatlife account to reassure fans, saw Aria's new post. She could not believe she dared to not only feel sorry for herself, but also make it seem like Alex was the one copying the ring she was wearing. Her insolence angered her even more. She really wanted to teach her a lesson.

She stormed into Alex's room without even knocking. When she entered, she saw Alex on her balcony and rushed towards her, calling out

"I can't tolerate this little shit's nastiness any longer, look what she just posted!!!! You really need to tell me what you are up to! Or I'll take care of it myself!"
