Chapter 171 - Esther In Dilemma

Ch-170

"It happens only on full moon day," Raudra Muk said in her dark voice as she heard Esther's thoughts.

"Why could you hear my thoughts While I couldn't?" Esther asked as she looked at her surprisingly.

"You unlocked this ability after you woke up from a long sleep but your other half locked it," she said with a smile.

Maybe due to the eeriness and the dark aura released by her, her smile looked creepy and scary.

"It's time…" Raudra Muki's voice could be heard in the silent and scary night.

Slowly the rays of moonlight peeked through the window. Soon, just like how a spotlight looks, the moonlight entered the room the way the spotlight glows, straightly falling in a straight line. Esther saw the scene in front of her with her wide eyes. If someone said this to her, she would have surely said 'don't joke,'. But now… just as the history books said the miracles happen. She noticed that the moment the moonlight entered the room, it lit with bright white light.

Esther saw the dark clouds spread out in the room. She understood that these were formed by the darkness exuded by Raudra Muki.

"This dark smoke includes your darkness too. The lightest part of the black smoke belongs to you. I have been living in this painting for more than two hundred years… as I waited for my rebirth. So…. Obviously, I have more dark energy," Raudra Muki cleared her doubts.

"Oh…" she responded. She turned her gaze towards the dried fountain only to find clear water flowing from it. The water shined under the pure white light making her eyes twinkle under the sight of it.

"You said it would turn into blood…." before she could say something. She saw the black clouds which were spread in the room gathered in a straight line and directly dove into the water that dived into the water fountain. The crystal clear water turned into blood-red as seconds passed. Esther felt like blood was flowing from the fountain.

"This is my secret room. The goddess sculpture is the thing for which I offer prayers and other things. The weapons you took off acted as a key to open the door. Your grandfather… is my confidant and elder. After I merge with you I will know what to do further. And this room would fly back with you. This is a mystery room that I created myself to hide after the wars. It would follow wherever you go. This thing could even fit in your pocket. As for their spells… you know them," Raudra Muki said.

Esther felt too shocked when she heard these things. She knew something unexpected would be there in this place but didn't expect it to be like this. God! She needs time to digest this fact!

But Esther's thoughts drifted towards the water fountain… wait… blood fountain. The color of red turned darker as the second passed and even the blood turned thicker. Gradually… it turned into a black and red shade.

"When will we merge?" Esther asked.

"When you say that you believe in me and your reincarnation. After that, it would turn into ink-black color. Then I would be merged with you. So… Do you believe in me and your past life?" She asked.

Esther was silent. She knew if she said yes that would only mean that… she was going to accept the coming unknown adventurous life and would be leaving this peaceful life. She was in a dilemma whether she should take this step ahead or not. In fact, Esther accepted this fact a long ago. But she kept denying it because of her future advances.

"Esther… Thousands of people and fourteen realms safety depends on your decision. And even if you refuse to enter your realm… the one who killed us in the last life… he already came out for you and found you too… Just wait… to be killed again. Our Son, Reggie, and Our families would be slaughtered again…" She said,

"Everyone may not be what they seem to be… There are already people who are protecting you from the time you got married by your real destiny. So… choose wisely," she added.

"What!?!" Esther exclaimed.

"You are lucky that you changed your fate once but it doesn't mean you would always do it…" she said.

Esther fell silent again. Does she need to pay that heavy price?

Reggie… He was her son. She almost lost him once she couldn't lose him again. But… was she taking the right decision?

"Thousands of people, 14 realms safety, your family safety, your son's safety, and your destiny… everything depends on you. If you chose to become a human… you would have to go through the process of rebirth again till you settle this thing. Everyone's life has a purpose… and we are somewhat similar to immortals. So… if we can't fulfill the task which we are born for then we have no right to live. After fulfilling the task… you may choose to end your life or live the way you want," She explained.

"I got it. But… Why me? I mean why us? What makes us special from others? Why do we have to go through all these things? Why is fate playing with us like this?" Esther asked.

Esther didn't understand why this thing was happening to her only out of so many living beings. Can't she make her own fate? Can't she live like a common person?

"Because we are the god blessed children. We are born to protect. And we have the ability to protect this mankind." She replied.

"You have only a little time left. The full moon would go away in a few more hours. Think and make a decision," Raudra Muki added.

"You mean we could only merge on a full moon day?" Esther asked her as she looked into her eyes.
