Chapter 226 - Childhood Tales Of Esther.

"She is interesting," Henry commented after hearing Cyrus's words.

suddenly.... Henry felt his vision blurring. A woman with a big sword in a blue saree appeared in his brain. But he couldn't see her face. For the past few days, he was dreaming about this certain woman. Whenever he remembers that face, he feels a sensation in his heart. He can't say that clearly but he could feel his heart beating faster than usual. Who is that woman? Why was he seeing all the images? There were lots of questions in his mind but he couldn't ask them every one or show them everything. But if he says anything about this to anyone he would be called a mentally ill patient and he would be sent to the mental asylum.

"What happened?" Cyrus asked worriedly.

"The woman in the blue saree appeared in her brain. I can't see her face!" Henry said as he pulled his hair.

Cyrus was shocked to see Henry saying this. But Henry didn't seem to notice that. Cyrus knew very well who that woman in the blue saree was. His eyes blazed at the sight of him. Anger rose in his veins but he suppressed it. He was his brother-in-law. Dammit! He should cool down.

[So this is how it feels when your sister is eyed by someone. Ahhh! But.... he is so weak!?] Cyrus couldn't help but think.

Henry sat down in his place as he held his head in his hands, he waited till the pain subsided in his head. When the pain subsided he sat there in silence along with Cyrus.

Both men said nothing. Maybe they were waiting for the latter to speak first. Many thoughts were running through their minds but no one said anything. All their thoughts were focused on their sisters. They wanted both of their sisters to be happy and safe. They couldn't rest their minds at ease.

[Chill! Bhairav, he didn't meet her yet. And she didn't meet him. They might not even know the existence of each other. You just have to wait and find the best groom to marry off her. Don't overthink this.] He chided himself.

With his thoughts, he was at ease now. He loosened his body and leaned back on the backrest of the stone bench. He stared at the sky longingly missing his sister. He wanted to tell her that he got married to a woman he loved. But... he couldn't.

"She likes to wish when there is a falling star. She says that the falling star would hear her wishes and carry them to the persons who could make her wishes come true." Henry said suddenly when he saw a star was falling in the sky as he broke the silence between them. He closed his eyes and wished for the falling star. Henry didn't notice that Cyrus was also wishing for something.

[God… give all good things to my sister and bad things to me. She suffered enough. Give all the happiness to her and all the hardships to me.] Henry wished when he saw a falling star.

[God… I want to stay with my wife and live a happy life with her. I want her to have a happy life. My son, my sister, and my brothers let them find their happiness.] Cyrus wishes.

"She is still childish," Cyrus said with a faint smile.

"What did you wish for?" Cyrus asked.

"Nothing," he said

Cyrus smiled at him. He heard his wish. Generally, he doesn't listen to the thoughts of people when they are wishing but today he couldn't help but hear his thoughts.

He was such a loving man. Just to make his mother satisfied he was willing to take all the beating even at this age. He would beat a person without caring about the consequences for his sister. He was a good choice for a woman. But it's just that….

Sigh… this is a matter of another time.

"She knew nothing more than loving others with all hers. She would become an epitome of brainlessness when she is in love," Henry said with a sigh.

"Take care of her well. I can't see her cry or suffer," he added after a few seconds.

Cyrus stayed silent at his words. And indeed he was right. She was an idiot, who bore with the torture of Arthur for three years and got raped by him but still said nothing about him.

"I will take care of her," Cyrus assured him.

"Thank you," Henry said. In return, Cyrus smiled at him.

"That neem tree…" Henry pointed.

"Hmm?" Cyrus responded.

"Once there was a bird that used to live on that tree in its nest. During the rainy days, due to heavy winds, the nest fell. The birds became homeless. Esther had a habit of checking on them. She always gets some grains for them to eat. When she saw their nest break, she cried. Esther came to me crying that her birds had become homeless. No matter what I did she didn't stop crying. So, I made the nest for those birds and kept it in the same place where their nest was. Only then she stopped crying." Henry said with a chuckle as he reminisced about the past.

"She is kind," Cyrus commented.

"Yes…" Henry responded.

"She is fierce too," Henry added.

"That makes her more attractive," Cyrus said with a smile.

"Yeah… There was once a time. Maybe she was eleven years old at that time. At that time… she was waiting for the chauffeur to come to pick us up. While we were waiting, she heard a loud cry of a kid who was younger than her. It was then we saw… The little boy is being forced by a masked man. She took a big rock and threw it on the man's face. The rock hit that man's forehead tearing his skin. Blood started dripping from his face. He shouted saying the kid was his son and blah blah. But she never listened to him. She said she would call the police and asked him to say things to them. The man got scared and left. After that, she dropped the kid at his home in our car and warned his parents to take better care of him before leaving.

"She is such a cutie," Henry said in one of her adventurous stories.
