“Grandpa, I remember that Lu Qi mentioned some time ago that she wanted to get to know the directors and managers of the company. Should we take the opportunity to call her over and introduce her to the elders? She’s also your granddaughter. Let’s not make things so awkward!”

Lu Nuannuan pretended to be naive and innocent. She acted coquettishly and shook old master Lu’s arm, deliberately changing the topic to Lu Qi.

As the banquet for Enterprise Day was about to begin, the door of the top-floor banquet hall suddenly opened from the outside. The figures of a few financial bigwigs who rarely appeared in public appeared in everyone’s sight.

Old master Lu was so shocked that he quickly walked forward. He extended his hand and greeted with a smile on his face, “Mr. Qin? Mr. Ouyang, why are you here? This is simply the Lu family’s honor!”

Mo Chen’s tall and straight figure suddenly appeared in everyone’s sight. His gaze locked onto Lu Qi, and he immediately walked to her side.

“What’s wrong? You look unhappy!”

Mo Chen gently hugged her waist. The two of them affectionately walked in front of Mr. Qin and Mr. Ouyang, as Mo Chen introduced them, “This is my fiancée, Qiqi. This is Uncle Lu who is currently in charge of the Lu Enterprise’s operations. In the future, you guys can look for them if you have any projects!”

Because of Mo Chen’s appearance, Lu Han and Lu Qi instantly became the focus of the entire venue.

Mr. Qin sized up Lu Han and nodded, “The development of the Lu Enterprise has been stable recently. I can see that you are working hard to manage it. However, people in the business world can not be too gentle and conservative. Otherwise, they will not be able to hold onto what they have attained! Do you understand?”

Lu Han nodded humbly. Lu Qi frowned and turned her head to look at Mo Chen, trying to guess the purpose of his visit today.

Due to the arrival of Mr. Qin and Mr. Ouyang, all the partners who had gathered around Old master Lu ran to Lu Han’s side. Lu Nuannuan and Lu Wei stood to the side as if they were being ignored. “It looks like you’d have to prepare for your retirement in advance!” Lu Wei mocked him with jealousy. Old master Lu’s face turned green. Thinking of Lu Qi’s recent performance, he had a faint feeling that things were about to go out of control.
