As they approached the second floor, Henry tilted her back so she could turn around and type in the code for the security monitor. There was so much dress that was in the way that Henry wondered why a crimiline had been necessary. There was enough tulle to clothe a full troupe of ballerina here. It was a shame really, but it was enough if it made her feel the way she always should
As his lover was occupied Henry took a moment to catch his breath as he drank in the sight of her arched form. Her brėȧsts heaved as he could see the sweat beading from the stretch. Even in this position there were as always beautiful. As she curved herself back towards him, the door opened inwards. Her smile was infectious. Her body a real trap for him. Ellie's warm eyes beckoned him to take her already. It was such a dichotomy that someone could have so much versatility to be everything he'd always wanted. Here. Now. He was holding onto his dreams.
She looked chaise as an angel as if she was haloed on the holy glass ceiling of a church. Did heaven miss her? She was no young chaise maiden, he reminded himself, as the soft sweetheart of her neckline dipped down so he could see the hollow between down to where she was wearing something to hold her ċhėst in place. The two gloves were his to touch, but he hesitated, swallowing his feeling. She was ethereal and pure. He wished that he did have the patience to wait until he deserve to touch there. But he was not . . . he wanted her now.
Of course he was woefully so far away from being a priest that he felt a pressure in his throat as he wondered really if this was something he should be doing. Why did it feel so heavy? His whole life he had worked to be worthy of the wife who would be chosen for him. He had expected a marriage alliance between the daughter of some conglomerate and himself. But the parent who would have chosen was dead before that choice had been finalized. The girl had gone off to better pastures than his bleak company. People had gossiped that Henry eyes had always wandered. Now they had been still on one for so long, did it make sense to have her?
Ellie looked at him curiously now that her task was completed. Her hopes were always for the best. Her deepest dėsɨrė was that he would choose her in his heart over any other. She wished she could broach it openly and make it clear, but she had always known that such an act would put him away. Quietly she had wagged her war to get him to look at her. Only her and she had seemingly won, but the victory felt hollow. Why?
She felt something catching at her as if this was not quite the right moment. It was a chance which seemed like half broken looking glass. Her reflection was there normally, but his was twisted broken fragmented where she could not tell what was brewing there in his mind. Why would you do so much for someone you did not love? Was she being fooled by all the money he was throwing to distract her? But all the details were specific to her? A man not committed would be unaware of those things. His efforts had been immense and personal to her. It was so perfect yet, why did it not feel so?
She didn't want his own fears to cloud this pivotal decision. It could destroy everything they had strove to build together. The wrong brick out and the whole tower would crumble. Ellie put her hands back against the door as she considered she could slip inside without him if she was quick enough. Just as he let her stand on her own, she could trick him.
Instantly she felt her own disgust at her conflicted thoughts. Why would she even think of that? Husband was here. He would never hurt her. It wasn't in his nature to be cruel or use this type of a tactic to hurt her. She turned to Henry with a soft wish of clarity which was apparent as she spoke. "I've thought about this a lot and I've wanted this for so long that I just can't let it happen the wrong way. I know this is something I don't want to regret, Henry. If you're not ready, we don't have to start yet. I'm not offended if you still need time to think things over. I don't want you to regret it if you're unsure later, Henry."
"No."
"Henry, really it's ok. I understand if you need to postpone, we've had a lot of wine—-"
"No, I'll never regret doing anything with you. You're a prize that I'll spend the rest of my life proving that I'm worthy to hold." He looked at her with wilderness brewing in his expression as he unbuttoned his shirt and threw it in the direction of his door. The collar landed on his door knob to solidify that he did not intend to return to his own room. His nose ran up the side of her neck as Ellie sighed. Henry whispered into her ear. "Do you feel this is too sudden, my love? Ellie, am I frightening you? I can dial it down. I'll never force you to do anything you don't want."
"Sudden? I've wanted you to touch me like this since—-I can't even remember. It's been too long. I want all of this. But, I'll wait if you need me for as long as--"
"Forget the wait, I want to touch all of you right now." Henry said intently.
Henry was illuminated by the stream of moonlight behind him as the outline of musculature was bathed in shades of blue. As he wore looser clothing, Ellie hadn't known he had much muscle. He definitely was not slight as his suits made him seen. He looked like the cover of a ėrȯtɨċ vampire novel that had been left by the supermarket check out line. The visage was not disturbed by the pants he still had on. Her eyes were focused down there as changes were the most apparently happening there.
The way she was looking at him . . . just him--made Henry want her more. There's nothing more attractive, he mused as he drew her to him, as someone you like looking at you and liking what they see. If this was acting, Henry hoped she would put on the performance of a lifetime as his lips locked onto hers. God, let me stay duped for as long as this can be possible.
Of course she was perfect as her tongue slowly worked into the kiss. She unwrapped her arms around him as he pulled back to figure out the complexities of the dress she had been dipped in. Finally he found the zipper at her back and pulled it down. He was so hasty that it kept running onto the sides of the fabric which were holding it together. There was too much fabric to pull over her head so he pushed it down her body as there were no sleeves. Underneath she had on a linen tube dress which was so tight he could feel everything underneath it as he kissed her body every few inches as the dress was lowered. His hands touched everything as he felt relevance to the angel that had been patient with him.
As he moved south, her hands roved on the muscles of his back. Her soft nails tracing his own contours spurring his own heady rush to touch her rougher. He pulled himself back up as he pulled her into his arms. Ellie deftly pushed the door open as she continued to kiss him. Henry kicked the door shut behind him as she made a face. He paused. "What? Did I do something wrong?"
She kissed him softly. "No, but our clothes are in the hallway. Everyone when they wake up are going to know what we did. It's--"
Henry couldn't stop the instant eye roll. "You're my goddamned wife. This is our house. If anyone complains, we'll get some new staff."
"What about the dress? I'll never get the wrinkles out."
"I'll buy you the whole store if you like it. She can order another one. My dear lady, I didn't destroy it. I'll get it dry cleaned. Knowing my excellent staff, it's probably already hung up."
Ellie sighed as she resummed the kiss. Henry bit her lip as she continued to push herself against him. The feeling heightened as he felt himself start to react. He felt the bottom of her bed against his legs so he leaned down so she could get onto the bed. She started to arrange the covers so he took the opportunity to fold his pants on the dresser before joining her under the covers.
