Chapter 391 - Wang Ling's decision

If the cultivation of this realm was still the same as before Wang Ling would not have worried over the Mortality of his family because he knows they'll still be alive.

His parents and siblings were all very talented and he knows they'll be able to reach Immortality and Godhood in a very short amount of time.

However, with this current situation of cultivation, he doesn't even know if they're still alive.

Cultivation of this Era was ranked from Rank 1 to 9 each of them having a different name.

Rank 2 Qi Cloaking Realm – a stage of cultivation that begins in letting out the qi from one's body through their open pores. It is meant on strengthening the skin and even the hair of the body. Life Span ( 151 – 400 Years)

Rank 3 Qi Refinement Realm – cultivating in this realm leads to the strengthening of the entire body by refining them one by one. Starting from the organs and the veins, then the skin and outer body, and finally the blood and the veins. After this is achieved one will be able to let their qi flow into other objects outside the body like a weapon or clothes. Life Span (401 – 600)

Rank 4 Worldly Manifestation – in this realm one will be able to control the elements of the world. One can control lightning, fire, or any of the natural elements of the world and sometimes unnatural like the souls of others. The path of Alchemy blacksmithing and many other professions begins in this realm of cultivation. Life Span (601 – 800)

Rank 5 Mortality Severance – in this realm the cultivator shall rid themselves of the taint that is their mortality. They will reforge their souls and then begin the reformation of their meridians and create a direct line beyond the normally (Impure Qi) of the current universe then tapping into several refined qis of the upper Universal Realms. Life Span (801 – 1000)

The information to Rank 6 and above is no longer provided. When Wang Ling asked Jiru why this was so, he answered that the information is no longer provided to the public and is kept to those who have the capability to go past and beyond Mortal Severance Realm. This way there will be a way for them to get motivated at. There's also the fact that most of the information Wang Ling just read was the barest of minimums! Many of what he had yet to understand still remained at one of the Seven Towers of the Great Universe.

"The only Tower that doc.u.ments everything from the Past Era to this one is at the Eternal Library Tower found in the Origin World. But the only way for one to enter it would be to join the cause of the Eternal Library Tower or any of the other Seven Towers. But to join any of the Towers you must still specialize in other ways. However, I know Master can create Pills so I can recommend you to the Alchemist Tower, however, if I do Master will have to give up on destroying the Star Seeking Sect."

"Why?" Wang Ling cannot understand why decimating a Sect would make him no longer eligible from joining an organization. If anything, it would only make his qualifications skyrocket.

"It is not to say that Master's is not righteous in destroying the Star Seeking Sect who had done you wrong, but the Alchemist Tower values order at all cost. If someone who had destroyed a Sect out of pure revenge before getting accepted by the Tower would result in a lifetime ban."

"Then I cannot do that, I must eradicate the Star Seeking Sect else I will not feel at peace regarding Lucius' death. However, I will find other Towers to join in order to enter said Tower."

Jiru was reluctant to nod, but in the end, he had to because that's the truth, "About seven thousand years ago it was implemented. The Alchemist Tower was the largest then because of its trustworthiness from the very beginning. Now the Heaven and Hell Sword Tower, the Tower that directly fights against the Abyssal Demons is the biggest. It is the biggest of all seven towers."

Wang Ling was having a headache at all this bullshit.

Wang Ling wanted to say that seeing how Jiru seemed to believe that, he reckoned that the simple fact that the thing ruling over all of the lives protecting them was an organization built upon righteousness gives them hope.

"But the fact still remains that I need to go to the Eternal Library Tower. Is there a way for me to go there without entering a tower?"

"There's a way, two ways actually."

"What are they?"

"Become a Member of the Nine Great Celestial Families or receive a recommendation from one of the Four Invincible Champions of the Universe."

"What the hell is with those names? Nine Great Celestial Families? Four Invincible Champions of the Universe? Who even are those and aren't they a little pretentious?"

"No one knows of their real identity and other than the Sword God who just wanders from the battlefield to battlefield, the other three are all complete mysteries."

Wang Ling sighed, he looked up and just said aloud, "Should I just postpone this thing at least after I know everything that I need?"

Wang Ling was seriously considering it but three days later he would wage war against the Star Seeking Sect
