Chapter 478 - Abnormal

Name:Celestial Peak Author:Simple_Dynasty
The Origin World was there at the start of the Universe, and when it was hidden away, only Wang Ling managed to open the land that was frozen in time. of course, only the cultivators of the original Celestial Spirit Realm managed to reap off what he had accomplished.

But as he sat aboard a ship to the Origin World Wang Ling could feel that what he previously believed was wrong. Indeed, he was unable to cross the worlds for so long, and let so many steals what he opened, but he accomplished something beyond what he could recognize.

[The Power to command everything.] the Origin World, a realm that's beyond comprehension, a world that was outside the Cosmos hidden in the folds of space. It was a realm that used a world to lock its location.

Wang Ling, however, opened this lock upon the unchaining of the Celestial Spirit Realm. He received nothing for this endeavor, or so he thought at first, when in truth he gained the greatest treasure in all of the Universe, the chance to enter the Void, the start of everything.

In the realm, he felt nothing, he felt no soul, but there he gained the right to escape death and that eventually led to him becoming who he was now. And understanding allowed him to comprehend that… he was the being of the beginning. He had become the All-Father.

And understanding that brought forth enlightenment. When he died for the second time, he found the value of life and family, when in the void he found the value of everything, and at this life he found the responsibilities of being the incarnation of the All-Father.

But with responsibilities came power beyond his imagination. As he sat there awaiting the time he would exit the portal, Wang Ling could feel it, the power left behind by the All-Father, left behind by his predecessor as though he was anticipating his arrival at this time.

Wang Ling smiled, currently, he was in a state between being in a trance and being completely conscious, "The All-Father… he planted something within me. Not just the chance to reincarnate, but… something else."

The blue patch melded with his soul, which was a kind of trigger that gave Wang Ling information he did not have before. Before a portal even opened Wang Ling already resonated with the thin line of the Origin World.

But the moment the portal opened was when Wang Ling finally moved on his own. His mind devoured new information he did not know, the law of space was fed to him, like a sponged he absorb every bit of information he could.

Never had Wang Ling been a master of space. Not in the previous era neither was the first life, he was never a master of that path thus even for him it was weird. Yet the moment he touched the portal, he understood its principles. How one insignificant fluctuation could ruin it, and how to harness its properties.

Space was foreign to him, but it was not otherworldly either. Wang Ling waved his hand and moved his hand in the air, a resistance that was not air appeared, he looked around and the portal did not react.

[It doesn't seem like it affects the portal.] Wang Ling took a deep breath and began unfolding the information he received, [Space is everything, I am in space and everything else is in space. Only Immortals or ascendents could control them, but without mastery of it they endanger themselves. Creating a rift is easy, but using it for anything else is not. A medium must use for it to become versatile, runes, swords, anything, but… for me… it's as easy as breathing. I am the medium.]

Wang Ling was brought inside his mindscape, where he created his own space. Wang Ling began clawing space, it opened but the next moment his qi density failed to properly manifest space control and a part of it disappeared, everything went awry and before Wang Ling could notice, his entire being was s.u.c.k.e.d awaye!

[AH!] He opened his eyes, his back damp with cold sweat his face filled with beads of sweat, he laughed silently, [I died. Space is indeed dangerous to manipulate… but I did it without any medium. It is useable for combat.]

Wang Ling's grin was broad; a new advent of sword skills finally showed its head. A sword skill that could slice space itself, balls of space that could devour everything, his mind was filled with thoughts that could destroy a being.

This was a technique only those who could manipulate space in its entirety could do. Gods nor Immortal could have such power due to their imperfectness, but Wang Ling, though imperfect physically and cultivation-wise, his soul resonated inside the Origin World. This was the harvest Wang Ling got from opening the Origin World.

"Seems like Sir Wang Ling is happy."

"!!!!"

Qinyang suddenly spoke from beside Wang Ling taking him by surprise. Quickly, Wang Ling turned to her, and asked, "What is the problem?"

"We are nearing the end of the Portal, I thought you would want to see for yourself, the world that started it all?"

"Wait, I thought the travel between our Universe and the Dimension where the Origin World was kept would take an entire day? It hasn't even been an hour."

"It would appear that you have been into cultivation too much, Sir Wang Ling. It had been more than 24 hours; we are arriving at our destination." Qinyang stared at Wang Ling's surprised expression, she showed him a mischievous smile, "Shishishi, it seems like even the great Wang Ling is not perfect."

Wang Ling paused and raised his brows listening to Qinyang's laughter. He wanted to say something but shook his head, placing his hands on Qinyang's head, "Thanks for waking me up then."

"Of course." Qinyang's smile brightened and then left for the twins.

Wang Ling stretched his body, [After all this bullshit is done and I confirmed my family's safety. I'm going to search for Xue…]

Wang Ling's thoughts filled his mind as he walked over to the stern. It was just in time for light to fill his view, Wang Ling's eyes widened, the blue patch in his soul jumped and he smiled.

The light dissipated as the Sailer crossed the other end of the Portal. The Sailer appeared in mid-air, but that didn't bother Wang Ling.

From afar he could see Hundreds of Sailers crossing a path of light. Cosmic Roads were inside a World.

As far as the eye could see he saw mountain ranges glistening with the aura of qi. Wang Ling's eyes reflected the world in a different light and as he appeared inside the Origin World, the blue patch in his soul exploded and qi entered his body.

From his two eyes and mouth, blue light escaped, and as she stood there, the air vibrated. Wang Ling closed his eyes and from within his body, a natural flow began.

The Overlord Meridians gathered at his lower abdomen and began forming a figure and with the help of the natural forces of the Origin World the time it took to finalize the form of this figure drastically dwindled.

Wang Ling's eyes began to burn. Images of moving people appeared in his eyes, he did not know what they were, but they soon disappeared with the burning sensation.

In a few seconds, as Wang Ling slowly opened his eyes, he saw Butler Sun in front of him, asking him, "Young Master, what happened to you!?"

Wang Ling breathed out, "I have formed an Immortal Soul… I have reached the First Step of Ascension—Immortal Nirvana."

Wang Ling outstretched his hands, "I have returned."

Upon his return, the World welcomed him by helping him ascend to reach the realm of Immortals.
