Moore couldn't say no to that point. He took a glance at his hospital clothes and helplessly told Jean,"There's no need for that. We can eat at a restaurant nearby. But..." He paused,"What would people say if they saw me hanging around in a hospital uniform. They would mistake me for a mental patient roaming free."
Jean burst into laughter on his words and glanced at his clothes. "You've got a point. Hey Moore, hold on a second. I'll be right back..."
And she hurriedly ran out.
"Jean..." Moore stared at her receding back as she left. He was dumbfounded.
Jean was looking for the top recommendations. Why had she ran out?
Jean felt a pang of guilt on hearing Moore say that he didn't have any other clothes.
Though he had been in the hospital for a long time now, she hadn't really done much to care for him.
Moore hadn't left the hospital since he had been admitted and
she had forgotten to buy any clothes for him.
His mention of clothes had reminded her that she had stored some cash in her old room, so she hurriedly pushed in, but
was completely taken aback when she entered inside.
There was someone else in the room. It had been only two days since she had left, and she hadn't even checked out.
Seeing her burst in, the patient in the room looked at her in surprise.
"Sorry, I want to go to the bathroom badly. Can I use the bathroom, please?" Jean asked in embarrassment.
The patient nodded and pointed in the direction of the bathroom.
Jean gave him a quick smile in gratitude and quickly ran to the bathroom.
Closing the door carefully behind her, Jean stood on tiptoe and held her hand forward.
As soon as her fingers felt the envelope, she immediately felt relieved.
She took it down, checked the amount of money inside and hurriedly hid it.
She deliberately washed her hands before she left.
"Thanks!" As she was leavin
“Who does she think she is? I won’t marry her even if she is the last woman on earth,” said Hiram Rong.
“Marry into a family with tens of billions of assets? How lucky I am! I won’t be so foolish as to break off the engagement. At worst, I can receive money as part of the divorce settlement,” said Rachel Ruan.

wardrobe and walked into the bathroom to change.
Jean glanced around in boredom. She had nothing to do, so she sat in a chair and gnawed her fingernails.
Soon the door of the bathroom opened and Moore walked out, completely refreshed now.
When Jean looked up and saw his new personality, she was dumbfounded.
She had known that he was tall and handsome with delicate facial features, but that he would look so handsome in a casual T-shirt and jeans was still news to her.
Seeing her stare at him with her mouth wide open, Moore slightly blushed and tidied up his clothes,"What? Do I look weird?"
Since he was in the hospital, he had lost much weight
and his old clothes were too big for him now.
"No, it is great. You look very handsome." Jean clapped and complimented him.
Hearing her be coy like that, Moore shook his head in disappointment. "Stop making fun of me now! You already have a real handsome man as a husband!"
"I mean it. I know Zed is handsome, and I have some other good-looking friends who can rival anyone in H City. But you, Moore, can rival them all."
Jean told him seriously.
"Okay, okay. I'll take your compliment into my heart." Moore knew that they had to stop arguing and wasting time. "Let's go now."
