Chapter 457 I Am Going To Be A Father

Zed was really happy. He felt as if he was the happiest person in the world as he saw the little thing on the ultrasound screen.

That was their baby. He and Jean were the ones who made this baby.

Zed's hands started shivering and the colour of his eyes changed to red.

When they walked out of the ultrasound room, Zed was shivering. But the big smile on his face could tell how excited he was.

Jean had never seen Zed get so emotional.

"Jean, we are having a baby! We are having our own baby," Zed cried out excitedly.

Then he wrapped his hands around her and was about to hold her up.

As she saw Zed acting abruptly, Jean covered her lower abdomen with her hands.

But then she loosened up quickly and smiled.

Zed was more careful than she had expected.

Although he was very excited, he made sure not to touch Jean's lower abdomen.

"I am so happy! I'm going to be a father! I'm so happy!"

Zed cried as he held Jean up and spun around happily.

Zed was acting like a child so Jean cried out. "Zed, let go of me. I feel dizzy!"

Zed heard what Jean said so he hurriedly stopped and apologized. "I'm sorry! I was over-excited. Do you feel uncomfortable?"

"No, I'm fine!" As Jean saw Zed was nervous, she sighed and said,"Zed, I'm not that fragile. Even though I have a baby in my womb, it's still tiny. Treat me like you did before. Don't overreact! You are making me nervous."

"I'm sorry!" Zed scratched his head as he was embarrassed. "I was really nervous. Besides, the doctor told me that you have to be extra careful in the first three months,

It all starts on that fateful night.

"Somewhere else?" Jean was puzzled as she looked at Zed.

"Zelda said that eating preserved plums would help ease your nausea. What else do you want to eat? We'll buy everything you want. This way you won't have to suffer,"

Zed said as he drove.

Jean looked at Zed and felt loved. "Well, let's go to the biggest supermarket in the H City. I'll buy plenty of things to eat."

"Yes, your majesty!" Zed took a U-turn and drove straight towards the city centre.

As Jean looked at the crowd, she smiled and felt overwhelmed.

She had lived a miserable life but her baby would grow up happily.
