"Let me tell you a secret. I think the ever so bold Elizabeth is actually afraid of you when you get angry," Jean said, winking at Kirk.
Kirk was surprised at what Jean had said but realized something when Jean winked at him. "Do you mean..."
"Kirk," Jean stopped him. "Just keep that in mind. I think you can use that to your advantage if she's a little hard to handle sometimes."
"But won't it stop working if I do it too much?" Kirk asked with uncertainty.
"Kirk," Jean heaved a sigh, sounding resigned. "I told you to take advantage of it. That doesn't mean that you should do it all the time."
Staring at Jean thoughtfully, Kirk nodded his head and said, "I see. But you have to promise me that you won't tell Zed, because this is just our secret."
"Ok, I promise," Jean said, thinking how funny the whole thing was. Then she waved to Kirk and then signaled to Tony.
Kirk watched Jean leave before he turned around and went back to the car.
As soon as he got in, Elizabeth blurted, "What did Jean say to you?"
Kirk paused and stared at Elizabeth before shaking his head. "Nothing. She just told me she's not free tomorrow."
"Thank God she won't be there," Elizabeth murmured.
Her plan was to ask Kirk to invite Jean to come so she would embarrass her.
But that plan obviously wouldn't work out now. What was worse was that Kirk was mad at her.
'It doesn't matter if she's not coming tomorrow. I have a lot of other chances to talk to her.
But I should remember to control myself when Kirk is around.
That woman has a way with words.
She might trick me into something if I'm not careful, ' Elizabeth thought to herself.
They drove slowly back to the Qi family residence.
The moment Jean stepped out the car, Zed was already hurrying towards her looking concerned.
Jean found his expression to be funny and a bi
"Do you know what you did wrong? It's alright if you just wanted to own me. But you should not have helped Molly leave me!"
When Brian learns the truth, there is no chance for Hannah to win his heart.
Molly, who wants to run away from Brian, seems to be the only one to blame for Hannah's misfortune...
when Zed just nodded and said, "Let's go inside. Mother has made dinner."
Both Kirk and Elizabeth were startled, and they looked at Zed in confusion. "Okay," they said.
Jean sighed, 'Why are they being so obvious?'
Jean did her part by pretending nothing had happened. That was the way to keep Zed from finding out.
However, Kirk and Elizabeth gave themselves away the moment they showed up.
As Zed watched Kirk and Elizabeth hurry back inside, he turned to Jean and asked, "Is there something you need to tell me?"
"Nope," Jean answered, shaking her head and smiling at him.
Zed sighed, "Why did Kirk act like that when he saw me? Did Elizabeth try to start a fight with you this afternoon?"
Zed's voice was inquisitive but he looked certain.
Jean winked at Zed before nodding her head.
"What a crazy woman! How dare she fight you! Did she really think I was going to let her get away with that? I'm going to make her pay!" Zed said, fuming.
Jean grabbed his arm and stopped him.
"Why are you stopping me? I'm going to make her pay!" Zed said angrily.
"Do you think it's a good idea for you to go into the living room and make a scene in front of grandpa, Uncle Simon, mom and dad?" Jean asked seriously.
