Chapter 100 - Where Are We Going?

Ivy woke up early and stretched. She didn't remember falling asleep. Thomas must have carried her up and into bed. She sat up and rubbed her eyes, she had needed that long sleep after yesterday. She looked down and noticed that she was wearing Noah's T-shirt. Thomas wouldn't have changed her so maybe it was Noah who had carried her out of the car yesterday.

She went to the bathroom and showered. It was Saturday and she planned to take it easy today and go through some possible investment company's background on the dark web. There she could check the background of the company and their CEO.

Getting out of the shower she dried herself then wrapped herself in her white silk robe and rubbed her wet hair. She walked out into the living room and was shocked to see Noah, Aiden and Thomas all there.

"Morning. What's going on? You are not going to the company today?" Ivy walked to the kitchen and lifted the coffee pot and poured herself a cup. Blowing on it before taking a sip.

"Hey Ivy." Thomas smiled cheerfully at her.

"Morning Ivy." Aiden nodded ad he greeted her.

Noah furrowed his eyebrows at her wet hair and stood up and approached her, "Go dry your hair and get ready."

Ivy was gripped by her waist and pushed towards the bedroom, "Ready? Where are we going?" She looked up confused at her lover's demands.

"Just go get ready." Noah pushed her through the bedroom door and she sighed at him.

Ivy walked to her closet and took another sip of coffee as she looked for something to wear. She didn't even know where they were going. But seeing as she was accompanying Noah and he always wore a suit she picked out a sultry red bodycon dress and her red Kate Louboutin heels. She placed them on the bed as she then went to the bathroom.

Ivy applied light makeup and her signature winged eyeliner before she blew dry her hair and curled the ends. She then went back to her bedroom and wore her underwear, dress and she grabbed her large black Chanel leather bag.

Inside the bag, she kept her phone, laptop and earphones. She wasn't sure what they would be doing but if she got the chance she would try to do some work.

Lifting her shoes and bag she went back into the living room. She had wondered what had gotten into Noah not that she was complaining as she enjoyed spending time with him. It usually involved tasty food too.

Seeing that she was ready Noah strode towards her as he grabbed her jacket. He wrapped it around her body and then knelt down and put her shoes on for her. She was confused, what is up with Noah today?

Standing up again he put in his own long black coat and announced, "Let's go."

They all then got into one car and drove for over an hour. Ivy took out her laptop and worked and she noticed that Noah did the same. They were in sync, typing away. It was a peaceful silence as they then arrived at their destination.

Ivy saved her document and put away her laptop before getting out of the car. She saw Noah's private jet. She quirked an eyebrow, "Where are we going?"

Noah turned and pulled her towards him, "You will find out soon."

Ivy decides to go with the flow, if he wanted a surprise so be it. They all go on the plane and she sat next to Noah. While Thomas went to find his seat Aiden spoke with the captain.

She leaned back, relaxing against the plush seat and nearly moaned at the comfort.

This is bad, Ivy thought as she closed her eyes. She was already so used to luxury that she was seriously concerned that she might never be able to adjust if she had to fly commercial.

The stewardess brought them some drinks and told them they would be taking off soon. So Ivy put on her belt, seeing Noah not doing his own belt she did it for him.

Noah leaning in, "The bedroom is available if you want to undo my belt." He whispered.

Ivy felt her body heat up and her cheeks turned pink. She pushed Noah away, "Pervert." She mumbled before she looked out of the window.

As expected from a well-trained pilot, the take-off was smooth and before long, the plane was already cruising over the clouds. It wasn't going to be a long ride.

The conversation turned business and Ivy took the opportunity to take out her laptop and get to her own business. She assessed the stock market and made notes when she found an interesting investment opportunity. It took a mere hour to reach their destination. and before long, the pilot announced that they were ready to land.

Being a VIP was very convenient, so much so Ivy had almost forgotten how to exit immigration the normal way. From the minute the plane landed until he was safely inside Noah's Range Rover, it took them less than 10 minutes.

"Where are we going?" She was desperate to know their location now.

"Lausanne, Switzerland," Noah replied indifferently before buckling her seat belt and taking out his laptop again.

Knowing Noah would give no more away Ivy got comfortable. The Range Rover wasn't as spacious as Noah's usual cars but it was comfortable nonetheless. Ivy looked outside, amazed by the scenery. It was pure white everywhere, with lakes and fields covered with thick blankets of snow. As expected, it was gloomy to the point that it looked monotone but Ivy wasn't complaining.

There was something about winter that mesmerized her. But, no matter how you feel about the snow and ice, the best thing you can do is embrace it. There was beauty in the harsh and cold scenery. It would be nice to sit inside and watch the snowflakes fall.
