Chapter 36

Name:Come Here, Tyrant! Author:Park Mina
Annie and Carla blocked their ears.

But he didn’t shut up.

“There, My Lady, if you experience it once, you will come find this waterfall again! Now, let’s go!”

The man who poured out his words like an eloquent salesperson took Carla and Annie’s hands and headed for the waterfall.

“What are you doing! Let go of me!”

“Let go!”

Two embarrassed women shouted, but he acted like a deaf person.

No one could stop them after they stepped up to the no-access zone.

Even in the surroundings, there was a murmur about what was going on, but the man had no sign of stopping.

“Here it is! Dip your hand here!”

Eventually, Annie and Carla dipped both hands into the waterfall as if they were being pushed. Annie couldn’t even remove her handkerchief.

Annie and Carla frowned at the cold waterfall. No, what kind of rude behavior was this?

But at that moment, something amazing happened.

Carla, taking her hand out of the waterfall, opened her mouth.

“My Lady, I think God changed my hand!”

Her hands, which were rough and full of veins, shone with a youthful glow. It was like the hand of an aristocratic lady who’s never done a single thing by herself.

Annie also took off her handkerchief, and the wound on her hand was healed, and she felt a warmer body temperature than usual.

Her cold limbs were on the verge of getting better too.

“… What is this.”

The two people facing each other showed trembling expressions. Then the caretaker shouted, and escaped from the waterfall as if running away.

What?

The two looked at each other blankly.

“Uh… My Lady, this, well, um. I don’t think it’s bad?”

“… Yes.”

“Shall I wash my face too?”

“Let’s do it.”

There was no way they couldn’t wash their faces because even the caretaker encouraged them to actively participate. Moreover, they cannot miss this great opportunity.

Fine lines are the enemy of women. Even if you just put your hand in it for a while, you can see this effect, but your face will not become unusual.

Carla hastily untied Annie’s cap. When the two people washed their faces hard, there was a stir around them.

“Did this waterfall have such an effect?”

“I want to do it too!”

“I’ll do it!”

“Me too!”

The area around the waterfall became a mess.

Carla smiled while wiping the window with the hand mop. Lately, there haven’t been any cloudy days.

The blistering sun is bright today, and although it hurt, Carla hummed a tune.

On the polished window, Annie opened the ink lid at her desk.

‘Oh, what luck we have!’

Carla’s eyes turned into hearts. Her eczema disappeared, and her skin went back to before she gave birth.

“My Lady has so many blessings! You were even healed at Porcaus Falls.”

The relatively calm Annie pulled out a feather pen and tidied up her papers. As she focused on her own work, she became less and less conversational.

The master and the maid are opposites in that aspect.

Carla, who suddenly stopped wiping, groaned for the nth time that day.

“It was amazing! Is this a miracle that appears in a thousand years?  No matter how much I look at it, My Lady seems to have been blessed by God. You’re pretty, smart, nice, and lucky!”

She said that as a joke, but she was convinced of more than half of what she said. Her master must be a person of great fortune.

It was said that the healing effect is almost extinguished now, as the miracle of the waterfall was temporary, and it was a very strange thing.

Experts insisted that its efficacy was like holy water that can only be used by the Imperial family.

In the meantime, she tilted her head, wondering if anyone had sprinkled the holy water, but she concluded that this was a miracle.

Would some crazy wealthy man sprinkle expensive holy water in a waterfall?

No, even the most wealthy man’s hand trembled when he used even a single drop of holy water.

‘Anyway! It’s all thanks to Our Lady!’

She feels like she’s washed away the pain in her wrist, which she had suffered from for a long time on that trip.

Her skin was also shiny and firm, and even her husband asked what she had done. The maids with whom she worked were envious of her.

When Carla was truly happy, Annie smiled, too. She was more pleased with Carla’s joy than her much better skin.
