285 Don't trust him!

"You never care about me. How do you think I would feel? You never thought about it?" Mo Lingtan disheartedly said with a hint of anger.

"It's not like that! It is in the past! I am planning to leave Xiu Tao's side!" "Brother Lingtan...Listen to me! Ahhh!!!" Lee Xuiye moved to stop him, but her unbearable pain acted up and she cried out. However, she wasn't able to stop him.

Then Lee Xuiye understood why Long Xue didn't show up in front of her despite being her assistant.

It was shocking for Lee Xuiye that Mo Lingtan kidnapped Long Xue's family and threatened to kill them if Long Xue wouldn't have opened her mouth only because of Lee Xuiye. While Lee Xuiye knew that Mo Lingtan never liked to do these kinds of illegal things. He could have used his power to make things difficult for the Long Family but he chose an illegal path just for her.

Xiu Tao told Lee Xuiye that it was Zhou Ziyao who tried to kill her. Xiu Tao also told her that Mo Lingtan made a deal with him to kill Zhou Ziyao like she wanted to kill Lee Xuiye and in exchange for Mo Lingtan was ready to help Xiu Tao in his illegal work.

Xiu Tao also told Lee Xuiye that she didn't have to do his jobs in exchange for information about the Huan Family which he had got for her because Mo Lingtan had already done it on her behalf.

Mo Lingtan had done all her work which could have risked her life but he hadn't shown up once in the hospital after their fight.

Lee Xuiye's pain subsided now so she wanted to go and meet him. She knew that she had hurt him. She loved him so how could she hurt him?

However, a nurse always presented herself beside her and she didn't allow Lee Xuiye to go out of the ward. Even if Lee Xuiye fought with the nurse sometimes, she couldn't fight with the army of bodyguards to whom the nurse always called when Lee Xuiye threw a tantrum in front of the nurse.

Now Lee Xuiye couldn't have an eye out with this nurse but what could she do?
