"Of course, you are but don't you want a little brother or sister to play with you?" Mo Lingtan replied while hiding the real reason behind the desire of a new baby.

Obviously, Mo Reng became happy to hear his new parents were still concerned for him. "Of course, I want one! But does everyone have to drink this medicine?"

If yes, then Xia Xiulan also drank those medicines to give birth to him. Mo Reng was having conflicting emotions for his biological mother if she also drank medicine for him.

"Not everyone."

"Then why is Mother drinking this?" Mo Reng again asked.

Mo Lingtan rubbed his temple hearing the curious question of this little guy but luckily, Lee Xuiye came towards them and ended this Q\u0026A session.

"Here! This is your medicine. Drink this!" Lee Xuiye passed a bowl to Mo Lingtan.

"Do I have to drink this medicine?" Mo Lingtan unhappily asked.

Wasn't it enough for him to smell this bitter medicine fragrance daily?

"Of course. If we want the result in three months, then you have to drink this medicine as well." Lee Xuiye replied.

Now he understood, Lee Xuiye wanted to torture him that so that he would give up on his three months' condition.

"Good! C'mon, let's have a shower!" Mo Lingtan swiftly held Mo Reng up in his arms and took him to the bathroom because Mo Reng started asking the difficult questions again.

All of sudden, Mo Lingtan felt that Mo Reng's questions were more difficult than his billion dollars projects but he liked it.

Whereas, Mo Lingtan didn't know that his little action of holding Mo Reng up in his arms and taking a shower with him, would cause a huge effect on Mo Reng.

Mo Reng didn't know what it felt like having a father. As before either a female caretaker or Yue Wanwan had taken care of him but now it was Lee Xuiye and Mo Lingtan and Mo Reng especially liked being with Mo Lingtan more.

It was not that Lee Xuiye didn't take care of him but Mo Reng was having a different feeling with Mo Lingtan as a fatherly feeling was new to him.

However, later Mo Reng became disheartened when Mo Lingtan asked him to sleep in his room alone.

"Why can't I sleep with both of you?" Mo Reng sadly asked.

"Because you are 10, a big boy. So you should learn to sleep alone." Mo Lingtan strictly spoke.

"Why don't we let him sleep with us for this week? He could sleep alone from next week on once his school opens." Unknowingly Lee Xuiye's motherly love came up and she couldn't see Mo Reng's sad face.

Mo Reng instantly became happy hearing Lee Xuiye's idea but his happiness was dashed in the next second when Mo Lingtan rejected Lee Xuiye's idea as well. "No! He should sleep alone from tonight on and get used to it. Otherwise, it would be difficult for him later and his studies will be affected because of lack of sleep. I won't want any more discussion. Now go back to bed."

Well, in front of his father's order, what else he could say other than going to bed obligingly. Mo Reng got down from his chair "Okay, Goodnight Father. Goodnight Mother."

Mo Reng slowly walked towards his room in hope that someone would call him. At least, Lee Xuiye as she took his side, but in the end, no one had stopped him and he dishearteningly went back to sleep.

"I know what I am doing and I thought you don't like him to sleep with us!"

"When did I say that?" Lee Xuiye instantly overlooked her earlier morning sad look after spending a day with Mo Reng. 

Mo Lingtan didn't know if he should be happy or angry.
