392 Turn of events!

"Knife?" Li Yan looked at Ross who handed over a knife to him.

Thereafter, Li Yan and Lin Shashi walked towards Su Wan with a knife in his hand to kill his own child.

Su Wan really wished that whatever she had been seeing was a very terrible nightmare which would end soon as a part of her heart wasn't ready to believe that Li Yan was going to kill his own child. Everything happened in a fraction of seconds that everyone was left startled for a minute.

"Yan...You...You lied to me!" Lin Shashi stuttered in disbelief and anger.

"So what? Do you really think that I would come back to you? Never! I hate you, Lin Shashi. I would rather die than be with you!" Li Yan hissed as now he wasn't able to hide his feelings of disgust towards her.

"You hate me? No...No...this is not possible…" Lin Shashi murmured as she wasn't ready to accept the reality that Li Yan hated her.

She loved him so he should love her as well!

Then why was he saying that he hated her?

It must be because of this girl!

Lin Shashi's eyes snapped at Su Wan which clearly showed only hatred for her, "This is all because of you...You made him hate me...I will kill you!"

"Don't move otherwise, I won't be easy on you!" Li Yan immediately stopped Lin Shashi from dashing towards Su Wan.

"No… Ross, kill her...he wouldn't kill me, I was his fiancee, he cares for me...So kill her right now!" Lin Shashi snarled in anger as she was on the edge of losing her mind and didn't care about anything, let alone her own life.

"Wan, come behind me!" Li Yan softly said to her.

Su Wan, who was shocked seeing this turn of events, came back to her senses and immediately went up and hid behind Li Yan.

While Lin Shashi's men took out their guns to point at Li Yan and started walking towards him.

"Otherwise, what? Did I miss something?" A domineering voice came from behind.

Soon, an army of men came inside out of nowhere without creating any sound and pointed the guns at Lin Shashi's men.

"You are late!" Li Yan criticized Xiu Tao.

"Ohh...Come on man. I had to call my men first and then I had to trace your location. It requires time, but look, I am not that late, Okay? Now tell me what I have to do to these men." Xiu Tao started explaining his hustle for the day without any care in the world and especially of the situation in which they were right now. While his eyes were looking longingly at Lin Shashi's men as if a predator was looking at his prey.

Li Yan knew that no matter where he ran away, Lin Shashi wouldn't leave him knowing her craziness for him. Thus, Mo Lingtan had introduced Xiu Tao to him in case he ever needed some help. 

Sure enough, today, Lin Shashi displayed her craziness, and thankfully Xiu Tao was here to help Li Yan. However, the only regret Li Yan had that Su Wan had to suffer because of him.

He didn't want her to suffer for anything.

"Kill them!" Li Yan uttered the words and in the next second...

The sound of gunshots echoed. It was followed by all of Lin Shashi's men falling down one by one having the bullet wound at the center of their forehead.

"Done! Next?" Xiu Tao nonchalantly asked. He wasn't famed for just nothing, his men always efficiently did their work.

Li Yan's eyes then darted towards Lin Shashi who was shocked to see all her men turned into a pile of dead bodies within a blink of an eye.

"You were wrong! I was engaged with you because of my family, but you know what... now I don't care. I can kill you and I will…" In the next second, Li Yan mercilessly slid the knife under her neck and Lin Shashi fell down lifelessly in just a matter of a second.

"Pang!"

"Ohh...That was cruel…" Xia Tao tsked in sympathy looking at Lin Shashi's lifeless body.

"Deal with them!" Li Yan said while he swiftly took his coat and covered Su Wan's body who was hiding behind him.

He immediately pulled her in his embrace seeing that she was still shivering. "I am sorry, I made you suffer."

However, Su Wan didn't complain as she knew it wasn't his fault. In fact, she was happy that he didn't disappoint her and saved her. "Our baby…"

In her struggle, Su Wan was worried that she might have hurt her baby.

"We will go to the hospital!" Li Yan picked her up in his arms and strode outside while stepping over Lin Shashi's body without even looking at her. That woman had been crazily running after him for what seemed like a lifetime. The woman whose purpose of life was to marry him and only him, now she was lying dead and Li Yan didn't have a glimpse of sadness in his heart for her, for his fiancee, as if she wasn't related to him ever.

To the Hospital.

"Doctor, how is she?" As soon as the doctor came out of the room, Li Yan rushed towards her followed by Father Li and Mother Li.

En route to the hospital, Su Wan had lost her consciousness and passed out. Li Yan's heart jumped seeing her condition and dashed to the hospital without giving a damn about traffic rules.

Father Li and Mother Li were also rushed to hospital when Li Yan told them that he and Su Wan were alright and Lin Shashi was no more.

Obviously, Mother Li didn't give a damn about her, she was just concerned about her daughter-in-law but Father Li was having conflicting emotions in his heart which he didn't dare to reveal in case he would make Mother Li angry again.

Thus, he also came here with his wife.

"She and the child are alright but she seems to be in shock and giving into the oversensitiveness of her emotions, she lost her consciousness. Let's wait for her to wake up, then I will do other tests to get to know her full body status."
