398 Bachelorette party Part-2

Unexpectedly to him, Su Wan became the one who put this thought in Lee Xuiye's mind.

Mo Lingtan immediately shot an unhappy look at Li Yan, hinting at him to stop his wife from spouting nonsense.

The more Li Yan spent time with Su Wan, the more he got to know her that she wasn't just a cry baby but also a happy-go-lucky cheerful girl who liked to do a lot of crazy things.

However, he also didn't like the idea of a bachelorette party as she was pregnant now so she should be careful of her daily activities and what he worried about most was what if they invited some men to entertain them. Su Wan's hormones had been high nowadays that he and she didn't sleep without making love. So what if some other men would seduce his wife?

Thinking about this, his mind immediately shouted 'Hell no! He was not going to allow her to go to the bachelorette party!'

Li Yan was about to stop Su Wan but then he heard Lee Xuiye's excited voice "Ohhh...Yay! Why hasn't anyone suggested it to me, yet? And how could I forget about it? Of course, we will definitely have a bachelorette party!"

Then Li Yan shot a look to Mo Lingtan to hint him to stop his wife from holding those kinds of stupid bachelorette parties.

Mo Lingtan knew that since Lee Xuiye had become pregnant, his words had turned meaningless to her ears. So if he tried to stop Lee Xuiye from the bachelorette party now, she would definitely fight with him and stubbornly go for their bachelorette party idea. 

Whereas, Li Yan knew that it wouldn't sound good to stop Su Wan in front of Lee Xuiye and Mo Lingtan.

Thus both men tentatively stayed silent and planned to talk with their wives behind the door later.

Later, in the room at night.

"Bang!"

Lee Xuiye had just taken a shower. She walked towards the bed to sleep as she had already yawned quite a few times which clearly showed how sleepy she was feeling. But suddenly Mo Lingtan sneakily came to their room to have a proper talk with his wife about the bachelorette party before the trouble maker, Mo Reng, came to disrupt their serious conversation.

Lee Xuiye was startled for a moment but soon, she disregarded his presence in the thin air.

"You can't hold the bachelorette party!" Mo Lingtan said in an overbearing voice.

Of course, being his wife, Lee Xuiye understood his tone and clearly didn't like it "Why?" Lee Xuiye annoyingly asked.

"When did I say I would drink and dance? I know what I am doing and since when did you start worrying about my baby?" Lee Xuiye question back.

"What do you mean 'my baby'? It is my baby also!"

"Like you care for it!" A quick retort came from her.

"What do you mean? Of course, I care about my daughter!"

"Excuse me! Who said that it is a girl?" Lee Xuiye questioned him.

"Don't you always say that you want to give me a daughter, so it should be a girl!"

"That was way before but since I have become pregnant, I have been seeing that the baby is not important for you anymore like you don't want it. So I think it must be a boy who only needs his mama's love like Xiao Reng. And don't give me all the bullshit of drinking and dancing! I know you are worried that I would invite some male hosts to the party. Initially, I hadn't thought about it but now, I will definitely invite them!" Lee Xuiye challengingly said.

"You…" Mo Lingtan trembled in anger. Since Lee Xuiye became pregnant, she always liked to challenge his decisions but he controlled himself only on the words of Song Zhilian when she said that it was normal for a woman to have an unreasonable mood. Thus, he had been controlling himself.

But the more he had been controlling himself the more daring she was becoming. 

And, since when did he begin making her feel that his baby wasn't important to him? This baby was having his blood, how could Mo Lingtan not want it?

"This baby is mine also as much as it is yours but if you think that it is not important for me just because I have made some decisions to make you suffer less, then think whatever you want to and as far for the bachelorette party. Yes! I don't want you to invite the male hosts but I am also forbidden to hold the party because of your health, but if you still insist...then we will see what is going to happen!" With that, Mo Lingtan left the room in a huff with a huge sound of a bang of the door closing.

Lee Xuiye shivered at the sound of the bang which clearly showed that he was very angry, but his words made her feel guilty also. She knew that he always cared for her and always put her above anyone else which included their own baby. In this process, they fought many times, and in the end, she did as she seemed fit which made him angry but he controlled his anger.

She also knew that she had been wrong many times but because of her stubbornness or you could say because of her being extra sensitive, she didn't listen to him to the point that they didn't talk much. Now she felt that there was no love left in between them.
