Chapter 269 - WHAT’S WRONG WITH LU JIOASHENG?

The following day, most of them have their own agenda for the day but decided to get together for early lunch before they check out from the resort. All of them had a good chat with one another. After lunch, they went to souvenir shops to buy something for people they love back home. 

Song Dei Si bought a pair of straw hats for Master and Madam Yan and bought some t-shirts for their helpers. While Tan Ja Nin bought something for Manager Mo. Lee Jin Ho was looking for something to buy for his parents and sister back home when Lu Jiaosheng approached him. 

"What are you planning to buy? I'm not good of this and don't usually have an idea what to buy for my parents back home. I don't know what they like." Said Lu Jiaosheng helplessly.

"What kind of son are you? That you didn't know what makes your parents happy?" Said Lee Jin Ho trying to chide his bestfriend. 

Lu Jioasheng mouth twitched. "I didn't spend much time with them because I moved out since I was 20, so I don't have any idea what they really like now..." 

Lee Jin Ho hissed. "How sad it is for your parents that their only son barely have time to spend with them" 

"Stop chiding me. I'll just buy the same thing that you're going to buy for your parents." 

"You should give them a grandchildren soon to compensate the loneliness you've giving to them." 

said Lee Jin Ho as he picked a pair of hand made slippers which has flowers beads on the straps.

Lu Jiaosheng noticed it. "Are you going to buy that for your girlfriend back home?" He curiously asked.

Girlfriend? Why would he picked something for his girlfriend, if Tan Ja Nin can freely choose what she likes now. 

"Na-ah! This is for my younger sister back home." Said Lee Jin Ho. 

"That's pretty nice." Said Lu Jiaosheng. "I remember you're very close with your sister." 

"Na-ah. She's a nuisance before and still a nuisance in my life until now!" 

Lu Jiaosheng laughed "Why? Did she annoys you?" 

"She always went to my pad without prior notice and  even stayed the whole day!" 

"What's wrong with that? Aren't you glad that you have that kind of bonding with her." 

"That should be okay if my girlfriend weren't in my pad!" 

"Oh, so you're girlfriend really spent time in your pad huh?" Lu Jiaosheng moved closer to her and murmured something "Did she stay overnight too?" 

"Who?" Lee Jin Ho asked

"You're girlfriend! What's the name of your girlfriend, by the way?" 

Lee Jin Ho curled up his lips. "That's for you to find out and for me to know." 

Lu Jiaosheng scoffed. "Do you really have a girlfriend, or you're just bluffing us? I won't believe you unless I met her in person." 

Lee Jin Ho laughed "You're envious!"

Lu Jioasheng hissed "Why should I? I have a lot of girls!"

"Girls that are gone the next day after the one night stand." Lee Jin Ho snorted.

Lu Jiaosheng suddenly fell silent. 

"Does it hit the nerves?" Lee Jin Ho asked mockingly when he noticed Lu Jioasheng sudden reverie. 

"I haven't had a one night stand again after that night with that girl in Hong Kong..." 

"She's your karma!" Lee Jin Ho snorted. 

Lu Jiaosheng did not retort back. "I thought so too. I was never been interested to any woman after her!" 

Lee Jin Ho laughed "You've never interested into any woman because your preference has changed to a younger ones who's body hasn't fully transformed into a woman form." 

"What do you think of me? A pedophile?" Lu Jiaosheng snorted angrily. 

Lee Jin Ho laughed. "My sister is about the same age of that girl by the way she looks...Imagine you having s.e.x with a 17 years old? Isn't that corruption of minor?" 

"Is your sister just only 17?" Lu Jiaosheng asked all of a sudden.

"Na-ah! She's 18 now!" 

"That girl in Hong Kong is 18 years old too. So she's already at the right age and no longer a minor when I had her!" Lu Jiaosheng snorted. 

"You're trying to defend yourself on something that you've done shamelessly!" 

Lu Jiaosheng had enough of Lee Jin Ho chiding! So he left him with so much fury! He saw Tan Ja Nin! He grabbed her arms.

"Hey!" Tan Ja Nin was surprised when someone grabbed her arms and knitted her brows when she saw Lu Jiaosheng with such a furious look. 

"Who's your enemy? Did you fight with someone?" Tan Ja Nin asked. 

"Lee Jin Ho, that guy was gone overboard!" 

"What did he do?" Said Tan Ja Nin, she looked at Lee Jin Ho's direction and he was looking at them too.

Their eyes met. 

"He keeps on chiding me about the thing that happened in Hong Kong!" Said Lu Jioasheng, acting like a child who complains to his mother. 

"What about it?" Tan Ja Nin asked.

Lu Jiaosheng looked at Tan Ja Nin and shyly answered her. "You know the girl I brought in our hotel room that night." 

"The teenager that you slept with?" 

Lu Jioasheng mouth twitched. Why does all his friends were highlighting the fact that he slept with a teenager. He was already aware of that and felt guilty about it, alright?! 

"Forget it!" He said "Just help me buy a gift for my parents" 

"Ohh...ka.." Tan Ja Nin wasn't able to finish what she was about to say when Lee Jin Ho suddenly gave a pair of t-shirts to Lu Jioasheng. "Didn't you say that you'll buy the same thing I will buy for my parents. Why ask for someone else suggestions. There!" 

Lu Jiaosheng was stunned. Was Lee Jin Ho angry at him? Why would he? But he really felt the annoyance on his voice.

Tan Ja Nin could not help but smile. 

Her boyfriend was so cute when he was jealous. 

She picked a cute pink straw hat. "Isn't it cute?" She asked the two guys.

"Are you going to buy that for yourself?" Lu Jiaosheng asked "It's too girly, not suited for a 26 years old maiden like you." 

What's wrong with Lu Jioasheng? 

Why he was not on his goofy self?

"Na-ah, I'll buy it for my boyfriend's younger sister..." Tan Ja Nin shyly answered and lowered her head. 

Lu Jioasheng snorted "Another pretensious one. I won't vye that unless I met your boyfriend in person too!" 

"If you're a woman, I could say that you're on your period. What's wrong with you today, Lu Jiaosheng?" Tan Ja Nin asked. 

'I'm envious!'

'Why all of you are in a relationship now?'

Those are the things that Lu Jiaosheng wanted to say. But of course, he could not blurted that out. He went to the cashier and paid the pair of t-shirts for his parents. 

While at the cashier counter. Lu Jiaosheng looked back on where Tan Ja Nin and Lee Jin Ho stood and saw that they were discussing about the straw hat that Tan Ja Nin was holding. He looked at the straw hat and it seems pretty nice especially if that will be worn by that girl that he met in Hong Kong. 

He sighed. Did that girl cast a spell on him?

He had not forgotten her face and always saw it on his imagination everytime he closes his eyes before he slept at night and the moment he opens his eyes when he woke up. He always imagined that face that bewitched him. 

When will he ever see her again? 

"Lu Jiaosheng!" Song Dei Si called him and that made him came back into reality again. She was carrying a basket loads of different souvenirs items. She was about to pay for those too. 

"You seems caught in a reverie earlier!" Said Song Dei Si and looked at the direction where Lu Jioasheng eyes had travelled earlier and saw Tan Ja Nin and Lee Jin Ho causally having a conversation. 

She suddenly remember the photo that she has taken yesterday. 

These two were kissing on that photo. 

But when she looks at them right now, they were just talking like a normal friends and you wouldn't have any idea that there was something going on between them if you will just based it on how they treated each other casually at that moment. 

Hmmm...

Lu Jioasheng looked at Song Dei Si. "Hey Dei Si, I'm done. Are you going to pay for that items now?" 

Song Dei Si looked at Lu Jioasheng and smiled at him. 

"Thanks Jioasheng!" 

Lu Jioasheng smiled back at her. "Why are you paying for that items? That should be paid for by your husband!"

"Na-ah! I'll always pay for gifts that I am giving to my love ones." 

"Why?" Lu Jiaosheng asked.

"I just felt like the gift didn't come from me if it was paid by somebody else." 

"I see"  Said Lu Jioasheng. "Where's your husband?" 

"He was talking with Ji Nan and Min Lin earlier." 

"Okay! I get going now..." said Lu Jioasheng. 

"Why don't you just wait for Lee Jin Ho so that the cart won't make several trips just to send you back to your villa?" 

"Why would I wait for him? I will only wait for my girlfriend." Said Lu Jiaosheng with a hint of annoyance on his voice. 

Song Dei Si chuckled "Okay! See you later then.." 

After Lu Jioasheng left, she paid for the items and looked at Tan Ja Nin and Lee Jin Ho again. This time she caught Lee Jin Ho held her hands but Tan Ja Nin immediately swept it away. 

Hmmm....

She needs to talk to Tan Ja Nin about the photo...
