Chapter 321 - HE IS NOT HER BROTHER

Lu Jiaosheng curled up a smile. If this doctor only knew that Tan Ja Nin was his patient's girlfriend, will he still brave enough to tell him that he got a crush on her? 

"So what would happen next after he gone through the X-Ray?" He asked, trying to divert the topic.

"His orthopedic doctoc will advise him if he needs to stay here after the result. Meanwhile we will be transferring him into a private suite." 

Lu Jiaosheng nodded. 

"Where's Tan Ja Nin? Is she going to stay here for her brother?" 

Lu Jiaosheng knitted his brows.

"He is not her brother"

"..."

"I'm his bestfriend and I'm going to take good care of him while he stays here"

"Where is his family?"

Family? How could he tell her family that Lee Jin Ho was in the hospital. That will only create chaos, especially if his parents knew that it was Tan Ji Nan and Yan Mor Tee's doing why their son was here.

But....

He can tell it to Lee Chin Mei...

If Lee Chin Mei will be staying in the hospital to take good care of her brother then he could see her more often...

Lu Jiaosheng called Tan Ji Nan after his conversation with the attending physician. He was already walking to the X-Ray room direction.

"Jin Ho is concious now. They brought him into the X-Ray room and will transfer to the private room while waiting for the result. I would suggest you to bring Ja Nin back home because she seems emotionally tired and need some rest." He said when Tan Ji Nan answered the call.

"Who's going to look after Jin Ho?" He asked. Even if he was still mad at him, he could not help but felt worried. 

"I'll stay. I'll probably inform Chin Mei tomorrow so she can look after her brother too." 

"Are you going to inform his parents too?"

"No. They might take the situation differently."

"But what if his sister tell his parents about his condition." 

"I'll talk to her."

"She's too young and might not understand the situation yet." 

Too young. 

Lu Jiaosheng sighed.

Tan Ji Nan tried to convince Tan Ja Nin to go home first and take a rest but the latter insist to stay in the hospital. 

While she was walking at the hospital corridor, people kept on looking at her.

'Isn't she Tan Ja Nin?'

'Yeah. I think so. But why she's here?'

'She might have a shoot here?'

'But it doesn't look like she's here to shoot a scene and is she crying?'

'Yeah, she is, and she's beautiful even while she cries.'

'But why is she crying?'

'Her love ones might be rushed here. Her boyfriend may be?'

'But she doesn't have a boyfriend?'

Tan Ja Nin heard those whispers but she did not mind it. She went straight to where Lee Jin Ho was at. When Lee Jin Ho came out from the X-Ray room while lying at the transfer stretcher. The first person he saw was Tan Ja Nin.

She was about to come rush into him but someone grabbed her wrist. 

"It is not a good idea if people will see you on this state and if they see you crying like this. This may create a lot of gossips which I'm sure you don't want to have." 

Tan Ja Nin looked at Lu Jiaosheng and weighed his words. 

It makes sense.

"Let me take good care of Jin Ho as they transfer him to his private suite. I'll call you later once he was already in his private room. Go home now and regain your energy so you can watch him over tomorrow."

Lee Jin Ho was already transferred to a private room when Lu Jiaosheng was able to talk to him about what happened.

"Aren't you afraid of losing your life?" He asked. 

Lee Jin Ho did not answer. 

"Where's Ja Nin?" He asked in a weak voice. 

"She's home now."

Lee Jin Ho nodded. 

He also doesn't want Tan Ja Nin to be in the hospital because people might recognize her. 

"She doesn't want to go home. She only did when I told her that I will let her stay here with you tomorrow." 

"Don't" Lee Jin Ho said. "Don't let her stay here. People might recognize her."

"She was already recognized." He wanted to add that the attending physician has recognized her and was talkative enough to tell him how he admires Ja Nin. But of course, he won't say it.

He was also a man and he knew how petty they can get when it comes to their woman. He doesn't want to hear other man was interested on his woman. This stressed him out. So he wouldn't tell Jin Ho because he doesn't want to give him more stress. 

"Take a good rest now. I'll call Lee Chin Mei and will ask her to look after you tomorrow." 

"Do you know her number?" Lee Jin Ho was surprised.

Lu Jiaosheng was caught off guard. "Of course I didn't know. I was about to ask you her number." 

Lee Jin Ho looked at him suspiciously. Then said. "Let me call her instead."

Lu Jiaosheng cursed him. This man even on his hospital bed would not give Lee Chin Mei number to her. 

"You can go home now too. I will ask the nurse assistance if I need help"

He cursed him again. 

If he go home now, how could he see Lee Chin Mei?

"I can stay here. There is a spare bed so I can rest here." He said.

He was determined to see Lee Chin Mei again. 

"Aren't you going to work tomorrow?" Lee Jin Ho asked him.

"I can work from the hospital." 

"So I'm not going to call Lee Chin Mei now. Why bother her if you are here to take good care of me."Lee Jin Ho said. 

Lu Jiaosheng gritted his teeth. 

He cursed him again.
