“What did you say?” asked Shen Mochen.
Shui Miaomiao, “…”
She’d be asking for trouble if she challenged Shen Mochen in front of all her classmates!
This was a man who would reckon up every iota.
Shui Miaomiao smiled and sucked up to him, “I was saying, you are so wise and mighty, and one of a kind. You won’t possibly be too hard on me, a woman who has a child to raise on her own, right? It’s not easy for me, you know.”
Shen Mochen’s eyes bore into her.
His gaze sent a chill up Shui Miaomiao’s spine.
He turned to Gagtooth and said, “I’ll give you a chance, force-kiss the guy beside you.”
“Ugh, I don’t want to!” The guy sitting beside Gagtooth protested instantly.
The students burst out laughing.
A smile decorated Shen Mochen’s lips. He turned and wrote on the blackboard, “Discuss Professionalism in Acting.”
He turned to face the students again after he finished writing. His expression became solemn as he began teaching, “This is what I want to talk about during our first lesson.
A kiss scene is one of the somewhat awkward scenes for actors.
Two strangers will have to kiss as required by the storyline.
The actor you work with may be ugly. His height, stature, or gender is not to your liking. Or, perhaps, you have a jealous partner.
You need to be mentally strong, be responsible for the job, and have a professional attitude towards your acting career.
If you are not equipped with the aforementioned positive attitudes, I’d advise you not to take on this job …” Shen Mochen talked with confidence and composure.
Shui Miaomiao stared at him, who was standing on the platform.
He looked like a gentleman from a novel, knowledgeable, humorous, wise, and had very refined manners.
He was easy on the eyes when he was not poking fun at her.
The bell indicating the end of the lesson finally rang.
Shui Miaomiao massaged her sore legs. She had already been standing for two lessons without realizing it.
“Lastly, I would like to invite this student to give us her thoughts about the lectures today,” Shen Mochen shifted his gaze to Shui Miaomiao.
All eyes were on Shui Miaomiao, and everyone was looking in her direction, waiting for her conclusion.
A hot flush stained Shui Miaomiao’s cheek. She thought for a bit, then looked at Shen Mochen and asked politely, “Can I really speak my mind?”
Shen Mochen nodded gracefully.
Shui Miaomiao shot a glance at his pocket and said, “Can I have my phone back?”
Shen Mochen, “…”
“Pfft,” The classroom was filled with laughed again.
Shen Mochen’s eyes were locked on her when a meaningful smile tugged at his mouth, “Come with me to my office.”
After the two lessons in the afternoon, Shui Miaomiao was done for the day. She went back to her seat and took her backpack from the drawer, hauled it over her shoulders, then followed Shen Mochen reluctantly to his office.
He walked silently in front of her.
A teacher who passed by greeted him.
He nodded back politely.
Well-mannered but reserved.
Shui Miaomiao thought that following him to his office on her own was too menacing.
“Er… Professor Shen,” Shui Miaomiao, with her bag on her back, ran in front of Shen Mochen, wore her standard smile, and said, “I know it was my fault, I would never use my phone during your class again, can you please give me my phone back?”
Shen Mochen stared at her smile and innocent expression, “Get it yourself.”
“Ok,” Shui Miaomiao remembered that he put it in his pocket, she reached into his left pocket with her right hand.
Well, not there.
Shui Miaomiao smiled, and her left hand reached into his right pocket.
Eh, still no?
Shui Miaomiao frowned, would it be in his pants pocket?
Shui Miaomiao put both of her hands into his pockets.
She groped.
