Khal and the two on his side waited patiently atop the pillar in silence and just as the sun was about to vanish on the horizon a gentle breeze hit Khal's face and a figure emerged before them, floating in thin air.
"So? How did it go?" Madam Rose asked with a smile even though she has guessed the answer from Khal's expression.
"I successfully broke through," Khal said.
"I see, congratulations." Madam Rose congratulated Khal before she glanced at Deva and Baylie and said, "As for the two of you, great work. It must have been hard for you to fight non-stop."
"No, not at all! Although there were a few close calls where I thought we will die, everything went smoothly thanks to the Young Master!" Baylie said, making Deva on his side nod with agreement.
"Oh? I can't wait to hear what happened, but first, let's head back, shall we?" Madam Rose suppressing her curiosity waved her hand and without any hesitation made the three before her float into the air before descending toward the ground.
Once they were back on solid ground, the four were escorted back to the mansion where Miss Mary waited for them next to a huge table filled with different foods and drinks that looked luxuriously expensive but delicious!
"Welcome back. I bet you all are hungry so eat as much as you want. You deserve it." Miss Mary said with a warm smile.
Khal and the two on his side watching the food before them looked shocked, but soon felt as their saliva amasses in their mouth thus couldn't help it but sit down and start eating with joy.
"Ah~! This is just simply delicious! Eating Madam Mary's cooking after such a long time again makes me almost cry with joy!" Baylie exclaimed his thoughts as he stuffed his mouth full of different kinds of meat.
"Yeah, the seasoning, the flavor, the harmony... Everything is simply otherworldly!" Deva nodded as she too eat crazily, but with more grace than Baylie of course.
"Haha, I am glad to hear that. Eat as much as you want, sith you were fighting with beasts for almost three days straight." laughed Miss Mary.
"Three days?" Khal who was also enjoying the meal stopped moving and frowned.
"We were really inside that dungeon for three days? It's quite hard to believe."
Miss Mary and Madam Rose nodded and began to explain, "I know, we too thought something must have happened in there, that is why we were ready to send a rescue team after you but luckily we didn't have to."
After Miss Mary said that she took a sip from her glass which was filled with red wine and asked, "So? Can you tell us what happened? I am dying to know!"
Khal nodded and after swallowing down the portion in his mouth he wiped his lips and started to recall everything that happened with them.
From start to finish, Miss Mary and Madam Rose remained silent but once Khal reached his story where they killed the World Devourer they looked shocked and their complexion became even more stunned as he continued talking.
Once he finished talking, the two women glanced at Deva and Baylie and asked, "Is this... Really true?"
"Yeah. Everything he just said is one hundred percent accurate." Baylie responded without looking up as he still stuffed food into his mouth.
"Unbelievable..." even the butler who stood in silence all this time on the side looked speechless, hardly believing the three really just accomplished such an impossible feat.
Khal just smiled seeing the two women's and the butler's complexion and continued to eat as he didn't have the chance while he was eating.
After he finished eating, completely satisfied, Khal chatted with the five a little while longer before saying his goodbye to get some good rest as he didn't sleep properly for God knows how long.
After he was shown to his room, Khal thanked the butler and entered. And to his not-so-surprise, the room was just as luxurious and spacious as he imagined, with a huge bathroom on the side and an even bigger bed in the middle.
Glancing around with awe, Khal went to take a quick bath before jumping atop his bed, which was at least four meters wide, and closed his eyes, falling into a deep sleep under seconds.
The next morning, Khal woke up refreshed but almost after noon, thus he quickly dressed up and went down to get his late breakfast.
Filling his stomach with freshly made eggs, bacon, and bread, Khal went to find Miss Mary, but to his great surprise, he didn't have to as she found him first.
"Ready to go?"
"Yeah... Unfortunately, it is time for me to go back, so..." Khal was hesitant to say his goodbye to Miss Mary as he wished to stay at least a few more days.
But alas, as he knew that the Ourvi Family was still searching for him and Liza could get into trouble at any given time, he had no choice but to head back.
"I see, then it can't be helped." Miss Mary nodded, not even sad in the slightest. As a matter of fact, she even smiled and waved her hand, surprising and confusing Khal deeply.
"Ma'am, everything is prepared. We can leave anytime you wish." the butler bowed at Miss Mary.
Miss Mary nodded and turned to look at Khal, who still looked confused, and smiled, "Let's go. I can't wait to see that silly girl again!"
'...'
"Huh?"

Back on the Southern Continent, inside Moon City, a pretty girl with a crimson beast on her shoulder walked out of a restaurant and was ready to leave before a man in a black suit stepped before her and bowed.
"Young Miss, I hope you can reconsider our off-"
"I already gave you my reply, and not once. So leave me alone already!" Liza said with an annoyed expression and without saying anything else she walked around the man.
Ever since Khal left the city, she was stopped by several people from the Ourvi Family as they tried to persuade her to join their family.
They said they needed a cultivated just like her, and they will give her anything, including an almost infinite amount of resources if she decides to join them. They even went all the way where they entered Moon Academy through unknown means, trying to convince her when her master, Jane was not around.
This only angered Liza and reported them, which as a result prohibited the Ourvi Family to enter Moon Academy without proper permission. But as Liza occasionally went to eat outside the Academy, it was simply impossible to avoid these people.
The man hearing the answer grimaced at Liza's answer but quickly smiled again and stepped to the side to halt her once again.
"Please, consider our offer once again. If it were anyone else, I am sure they would accept such a once-in-a-lifetime offer without a second thought, sow-"
"Yeah, if it were anyone else, but I am not them and my answer won't change no matter what you say. Now step to the side or don't blame me for being rude." Liza's face this time looked dark, seemingly fed up and irritated by the happenings.
However, the man remained motionless with a slight smug on his face, confident that Liza won't attack him or else she has to bear the consequences.
"I see. I warned you." Liza smiled coldly seeing as the man didn't move and raised her hand, ready to strike, but just as she was about to do so, a figure emerged before her, halting her movement just in time.
"Khal?" Liza was surprised, but soon became happy and said, "You are finally back!"
However, Khal didn't respond and instead looked coldly at the man before him, who simply frowned and asked, "Who the hell are you, brat? If you don't need anything then scram off!"
