The humans on Planet Rumina were divided into five factions.
The Barbarian kingdom in the east, The Norlandian kingdom in the north, The Valerian kingdom to the west, The Somalian kingdom to the south and the Roman kingdom in the centre.
Sharing boundaries with all the other four kingdoms, Roman kingdom became the trade centre of Planet Rumina. It had the best resources out of the five kingdoms and was the most prosperous kingdom.
Being prosperous, it did not lack in strength. In fact, the strongest human on planet Rumina was the king of Roman kingdom.
One must know that the Roman King was the only level 7 human warrior on the whole planet, but even he would not be able to kill the level 6 Goblin Mage if the Goblin decided to wholly escape.
So Feng Xue'er feeling shocked was completely understandable.
As Hei Wang mentioned, the level 6 Goblin Mage would be able to massacre a whole town without trying to make an effort.
"But why? They had never left their Dungeons until now! Why have they suddenly decided to massacre our people?" Feng Xue'er for once willing held Hei Wang's hands like a little girl. Her eyes were filled with helplessness and doubt!
Hei Wang could understand her current emotions. After all, he had gone through the same emotions in his previous life.
He stroked her chin gently and replied. "The monsters on planet Rumina could feel the changes on the world before us. They can already feel the Spirit World."
"The monsters are scared of the Spirit World's Aura, so they are going to do everything in their hands to become stronger." His tone was extremely soft, it was as if he was describing a love story, but Feng Xue'er was not able to make sense of these words.
"Spirit World? Is it another planet like Rumina?" She asked naively.
Hei Wang laughed at her comparison. "It is a World much better than Planet Rumina!"
"Better? Hump! As if I will believe you! Bah!" She stuck her tongue out and mocked him. But her cheerfulness vanished immediately as she remembered the target town of the Goblins.
"Can we save them?" She was only 16 years old. She had not experienced the dreadfulness of society yet and still held some hope.
To her, Hei Wang was a mystery. He could even enslave others without knowing their True Names! Since Hei Wang knew that the goblins were going to attack the town, he must have a way to save the town, or at least she wanted to believe in him.
Sure he was a hateful fellow, but knowledge was not related to character.
Seeing her expectant look, Hei Wang could not help but tease her. "If you promise to give birth to my babies, I will save that town! So what's it going to be, promise, or no promise?"
"..."
Feng Xue'er might be a child, but she was no fool. She shut her mouth and followed him into the spacious cave.
With most of the goblins away, the cave was at its weakest state. Feng Xue'er followed Hei Wang's orders and shot her arrows blindly into the distance but her every arrow took a goblin's life away. Sometime she would even kill two goblins with a single arrow.
The first time this happened Feng Xue'er had brushed it off as luck, but seeing it a second time followed by a third she was forced to accept the fact that Hei Wang could guide her extremely well.
Also, Hei Wang's orders became stricter and stricter as they advanced as their opponent's levels increased. Before, he would only tell her to shoot at a particular range but as they advanced he wanted her to shoot at particular locations now.
If it wasn't for the newly equipped Moonlight Gem, Feng Xue'er wouldn't have been able to maintain her concentration as all her shots demanded a lot of energy at the later parts.
The pair advanced slowly, but no goblin that came across them was left alive. Hei Wang was ruthless to both the goblins and Feng Xue'er.
He did not let her rest for a single minute and forcefully advanced towards the goblin's treasure room.
Suddenly, a bright light covered Feng Xue'er leaving her both shocked and excited. She had been waiting for this light her whole life, how could she not be excited?!
She immediately closed her eyes and sensed the new power rising in her body. Hei Wang just smiled and waited.
[ Morpheus's Blessing:
Morpheus's Acknowledgement: The God of Archery is pleased with your skills.
All arrows shot by you will have a small probability to be blessed by the God of Archery thus 'unconditionally' hitting the target and dealing a 'Fatal' blow.
+10 Affinity with Morpheus.
You are now eligible to buy things from the Archery store.]
Feng Xue'er grinned foolishly as she looked at the effects of the Blessing. She was so happy that she would not mind it if Hei Wang kissed her at the moment.
Once she calmed down, Feng Xue'er bowed deeply to Hei Wang. She was able to earn Morpheus's acknowledgement only because of Hei Wang's guidance. She also understood why Hei Wang had refused to let her rest even when she was dead tired. It was all for this blessing.
But before she could thank him. Hei Wang pulled her up and dragged her into an intimate posture. "Don't misunderstand! I only helped you because I needed an item from the Archery store."
Feng Xue'er did not struggle away, neither did she reply. She calmly looked into his emotionless eyes and nodded.
She then spent the 10 affinity she had gained with the God of Archery to purchase a 'Rare rated arrow' from the Archery store.
Hei Wang had great use for this arrow which could bypass higher levels to kill Hei Wang's opponents.
He took the arrow and released her gently. His emotionless eyes saddened as his back faced his girl.
'Endure. You must Endure Hei Wang! As the sole Dark King of the 13 middle worlds, you must not let a single woman waver your determination!'
He turned back with a smile and entered the goblin's treasure room.
