Shen Hong looked around and lowered her voice. “Early in the morning today, on the hospital forum, there was a message posted, saying that you are promiscuous and have a married sugar daddy. Even the address of the villa was published. People seem to have evidence, and now, rumors are all over the hospital.”

Lu Anran’s eyes were downcast, and she took out her phone to see for herself. As Shen Hong said, the anonymous message named her and included a photo of her when she came out of the villa in the morning.

Her first reaction was Director Huang, but after careful consideration, she didn’t think it was right. He couldn’t possibly know about her moving back to the villa.

Before she could think it through, she saw a nurse rushing over. “Doctor Lu, the dean wants you to come to his office.”

Everything happened too fast, but she didn’t have even the slightest panic on her face. Many things had transpired in the past three years. What could actually surprise her now?

She made the excuse that she was feeling unwell to ask Shen Hong to draw her blood for testing, and then went to the dean’s office with a calm expression on her face.

Inside, almost all the executives were there. All of them looked serious, especially the head of the Administrative Department. Upon seeing her come in, the Administrative Department head said, “Lu Anran, please explain the photos on the forum.”

Talking privately with a female subordinate who was plagued by scandals was taboo for male executives. When everyone thought he would definitely refuse, he nodded. “Okay, you guys can go out first. I will talk to Doctor Lu.”
