8 Chapter 5.3

When Ai woke up in the morning, he saw Saoi sitting to the side, seeming to be gathering his things. "Oh, morning" he said with a smile. A bit dazed, Ai glanced at Dashi, who was still passed out. "When did you get up?" he asked as he rubbed his eyes, trying to rid the sleep from them.

"Not long, I need to head to my room so I can change before class." he said with a shrug, that he had to make sure he wasn't caught...

Ai nodded slightly as he moved to get up, he paused has he glanced down to realize some how his shirt had been pushed up, ah, he thought he didn't roll around much? Oh well.

Fixing his shirt, Ai gave a goodbye to Saoi before heading into the bathroom to wash up some and get ready for his own classes.

When Ai finished with his studying after his classes, he finally found some time to get back onto the game, the last few days he'd been busy hanging out with Saoi, and he really hadn't had the time to get on.

After logging in, Ai was surprised to see that Wang's name was lit up and that he'd messaged him. Tilting his head he pulled up the message and read it. Apparently, Wang was busy with some job he had to do, and that he finally had some free time. He had also found some cool secret quest that he wanted to do with him. Ai smiled as he sent a reply, asking what the message was about.

Instead of a message, Wang seemed to just appear before him. Blinking Ai looked up at him confused. "Sorry for not being on, I had some things I needed to attend to!" Wang said as if not wanting to explain how he just appeared there. To be honest, Wang was able to appear before Ai regardless of where he went, it was one of the perks of the binding they'd done.

Ai didn't seemed to annoyed as he just shifted to sit before the other. "No worries, I myself only played a bit at the start, then had to take a break myself." he said as he let his tails swish behind him. He was glad that he wasn't alone anymore!

Wang seemed to pause for a moment as he fiddled with his interface. "You seemed to have worked hard, you leveled quit a bit!" He said while seeming pleased. "We should focus on some other things though." he said, his gaze darkening slightly before he went to pick then little thing up.

When Wang bent down to pick up the fluffy ball, Ai struggled, swiping at his hand. "I can walk you know!" he said with his fur fluffing up. Like an angry kitten. Wang just laughed and scooped him up anyways. "I enjoy holding you so don't worry," he said as if it were natural.

With that, the two then went on another trip through the forest, Wang showing Ai some 'hidden' secrets to get better items to help him level his character. Though Ai hadn't realize his level was a bit odd, though it went up, and he was getting stronger. It seemed to progress at a rate that wasn't logical, and his strength didn't level up as one would think.

The two looked at each other as if both were lost, but Wang just shrugged. "Maybe we triggered it some how? Wanna go look?" He asked the other, who nodded seeming expectant. He had glanced at the time, and should of gotten off by now. But the idea of a hidden quest seemed more interesting then sleep!

When the little thing agreed, the larger male once again scooped him up into his arms, the fox no longer seeming as apposed to being carried by him now that its happened a few times.

Wang then sped off into the direction of this mysterious quest. After arriving, Wang looked around to make sure no one else was around before he pretended to look about. Ai seemed to also be looking to around, wondering what the quest was. It only gave the location!

It took the two a few moments before they found a strange symbol on one of the walls of the rock before them, it wasn't until Wang finished inspecting it that he activated the array that was on the stone wall before them. The rocks gave way and he hurried inside. Ai was looking around confused at first, then his eyes sparkled with glee as he saw the rocks move. "So cool!"

Wang laughed as he placed the fox down before leading him into the cave with a sly smile on his lips. Soon, they would be able to be together forever.
