Chapter 151 - First Victory!!

Xin Mei was done scrolling through the posts from the last night. She was grinning like a fool whenever she saw a slandering post of Zhou Mingyu.

She knew soon enough her PR team would take action and last night would be forgotten but still, it was the first victory of Xin Mei over Zhou Mingyu.

Soon, very soon Xin Mei would put an end to the career of Zhou Mingyu!

Xin Mei was lost in her thoughts when she received a call from Gu Nan.

"Girl, you have rocked the last night, huh. You have directly challenged Zhou Mingyu that next year she will not win the award. I am impressed." Gu Nan chuckled.

Gu Nan was delighted that Zhou Mingyu was slandered by the media. She had also sent her team to slander Zhou Mingyu. She would be personally leading the show on Zhou Mingyu.

"I cannot wait for your movie revenge to release. After that, I will not leave her." Gu Nan gritted her teeth.

Everyone was waiting for the release of movie Revenge. Xin Mei was afraid that if the reality of Zhou Mingyu was exposed before the release then it could  have a negative impact on the movie.

She did not want the movie to suffer due to her revenge. Besides, she first wanted to beat Zhou Mingyu with her acting skills. She wanted the critics and fans to praise her acting skills instead of Zhou Mingyu's.

"I know Gu Nan. I am also waiting for the revenge on Zhou Mingyu, but we have to wait until the release of the movie."

Gu Nan had already collected all the material, which she needed to expose Zhou Mingyu. She was sure once the material was online, everyone would start to hate Zhou Mingyu. She could not wait to expose that arrogant and cheating bi*ch.

It was also the same case for Su Yuchen. He also wanted to punish Zhou Mingyu who had troubled his girl so many times. He still remembered all the tricks, which Zhou Mingyu had played with Xin Mei during city B.

He was also waiting for the release of Revenge before finishing Zhou Mingyu and her family. He had a full-fledged plan in his mind which was waiting to be implemented.

"Wife, I will help you in getting your revenge from that Zhou Mingyu. Soon, everyone will forget about the existence of Zhou Mingyu. Everyone will know about my sweet and talented wife, Xin Mei."

Su Yuchen smiled and looked at the photo on his mobile. He gently caressed it with his thumb. He was again missing Xin Mei.

On the other side, Zhou Mingyu was pulling her hairs hard. Last night she was celebrating her victory for receiving an award, but now everything was over…..everything was over!

Never had she been slandered so badly before. She had always played so many tricks, but still she was always safe until now, one interview and one confession from Xin Mei had brought a tornado in her life.

Last night, when she returned home from the after-party Qian Fan was very angry with her. He was angry at her stupidity for what she spoke during the interview.

"Where was your mind Zhou Mingyu? How could you show that much attitude during the interview? You have proved with your own mouth, that it was Xin Mei who had always helped you in giving a simple interview."

Qian Fan yelled and looked at Zhou Mingyu with disappointment. He was continuously comparing Xin Mei with Zhou Mingyu. What did this Zhou Mingyu have? that he decided to cheat on Xin Mei? He again thought.

If only he had controlled his man then he was going to be standing beside Xin Mei instead of this stupid Zhou Mingyu who was stupid and idiot....and arrogant fool. She only knew how to play some stupid evil tricks.

"Bro Fan, please don't be angry with me. It was my first time that I answered without any assistant so I became a little nervous. You know every time it's Xin Mei, she had helped me to answer via Bluetooth but this time…please forgive your Mingyu."

Zhou Mingyu looked at Qian Fan with a sad smile. She walked toward him and wrapped her arms around his waist. She started to open his shirt buttons. Qian Fan tried to protest but Zhou Mingyu was aware of his weaknesses.

Soon, they both were making love in the room of Zhou Mingyu. Zhou Mingyu was enjoying her time with Qian fan unaware of her scandal.

Qian Fan who had made love with Zhou Mingyu looked at her with a bitter smile on his lips. That night, while making love to her he was remembering the beautiful face of Xin Mei. He again craved to possess her in his arms.

Looking at Zhou Mingyu, he loathed her. If she had not seduced him!

Qian Fan walked toward the bathroom. He closed his eyes and stood below the shower. He remembered the beautiful face of Xin Mei. Remembering her, he relieved himself. He yelled her name loudly when he finally came.

"Oh Xin Mei, what should I do? to make you mine again?" he whispered to himself.

Next day, Zhou Mingyu was woken up by the loud ringing of her phone. Her management company was in chaos after the scandal of Zhou Mingyu. They tried to suppress them but one after another article was being uploaded online.

Zhou Mingyu was shocked when she read the articles. She looked at her social media accounts, which had lost many followers. Many followers had sent a message to her asking if what Xin Mei had said was true or not.

Zhou Mingyu nervously bit her fingers when she saw all those slandering messages.

When she was about to left her home for Management Company, she was immediately surrounded by the media and fans of other stars who were protesting against her.

"Miss Zhou, what are your real views towards your juniors? Do you think they can never compete with you?"

"Miss Zhou, How can you say that managers do not play an important role?"

"Miss Zhou, was the claim of Miss Xin true?"

To fight against the slanders, the management team of Zhou Mingyu had decided to hold a press conference. Her mangers had warned her to not speak senselessly. She was given some answers to the questions, which could be asked during the press conference.

During the press conference, Zhou Mingyu lied that she gave a senseless interview because her father was sick. She was worried for him and was not in her right mind. Besides, she had not slept the night before, because of her father's condition. The sleepless night of his tension and irritation had led her to give that interview where she did not think twice before giving her answer.

When asked about the claim of Xin Mei, she again lied, "We both were best friends. Xin Mei likes to act like me. So during free time, she used to read my scripts and acted on the scenes according to her will. It is nothing like that, she had demonstrated the scenes to me. All the videos online are also about the same time where Xin Mei acted on the scenes for her time pass."

Many people were not ready to believe Zhou Mingyu but her blind, fool fans, easily trusted her. They again started to praise Zhou Mingyu and it did not take long before all the news of Zhou Mingyu were successfully suppressed.

It was not as if Zhou Mingyu had not suffered any blow from the scandal, she had, and that too a big one.

All the directors who had approached her during the after party of award show had now stepped back. They did not approach her new manager with any new script.

Not only that, all the directors who were still interested in her, wanted to take her auditioned before giving her role. They did not want to depend on her status of best actress. They wanted to see her acting skills.

On the other side, TingTing was overwhelmed with the number of scripts and calls she received within one day of the award show. It was as if everyone wanted to have Xin Mei in their movies.

She was feeling ecstatic when she was looking through the scripts. If she handled the scripts smartly then the schedule of Xin Mei was going to be very busy for the next few years.
