Chapter 257 - You are the bestest.

Zhou Mingyu did not have any cash upon herself. She had used most of it for the expenses on the revenge movie, for hiring mister Ming, her tutor and for throwing expensive treats among her co-stars which was a big waste.

And not to forget, she had not received a single penny from the revenge till now. Qian Fan was the one who would be getting a share from the profits.

In short, she was literally broke with no money on herself.

"Argh!! From where the hell I am to collect sixty million?"

She asked her father who denied and instead gave her a big lecture. She asked Qian Fan who hung up the call at her with an excuse, he was busy. She also asked her mother for help who also did not help her. Her mother was very disappointed at her and was not ready to give her even a single penny.

In last, Zhou Mingyu sold a property purchased by her at half of its expected price. She could not let a simple video destroy her career, destroy whatever she had earned in the last four years.

By the next day, Wang Wei received sixty million in cash from Zhou Mingyu. She was so nervous that she did not ask Wang Wei about the copy of the video or anything. She simply gave him the money and ordered him to not release the video.

"Missus, I have brought the money." Wang Wei smiled proudly and placed the suitcase with cash in front of Xin Mei.

Eyes of Xin Mei became bright when she saw the cash. A huge grin appeared on her lips.

"Mei, you are acting as if sixty million is a big thing for you. Do not forget I am earning more than sixty million a day. If you want I can place worth sixty billion cash in front of you."

Xin Mei rolled her eyes when she heard Su Yuchen. "Now stop getting jealous of this cash. I am excited because I have received this cash from Zhou Mingyu. Hash, I had wasted so much money on her and today, finally, I got back my payment and that too with interest." She grinned and rub her hands.

She then looked at Wang Wei, "Wang Wei, why have you chosen bodyguard as your career? Look at your body and your acting skills. Try your hand in acting and I am sure you will become hit like Su Zixin in no time. You will become the chocolate boy of the film industry."

Wang Wei blushed when he heard Xin Mei where someone again gulped down vinegar.

"Mei, stop praising your guard if you don't want me to replace him." 

Su Yuchen wrapped his arms protectively around Xin Mei and pulled her close to his chest. Xin Mei chuckled and massaged his head.

Later that day, when Su Zixin returned home after giving his scene on the sets, he was given good news from Xin Mei.

"Su Zixin, here my debt and payment to you with full interest." Xin Mei passed the suitcase with sixty million to Su Zixin.

"It's a total of sixty million won. You can count it." 

"Sixty....?" He squealed in delight. "Are you giving me ten million as an interest?"

"I am." Xin Mei nodded to him.

Xin Mei had already decided that she would be using this money to pay off Su Zixin. He had given her, his share of twenty five million won from the commercial to plan Su Yuchen's birthday, twenty five million was what she had promised and ten million was the interest.

"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, Xin Mei, you are the best. No, you are the bestest, you are better than brother. Thank you so much for giving me this much money."

Su Zixin was thrilled to see so much money. What not was he going to do with this said money!

Su Yuchen looked at Su Zixin and rolled his eyes. He knew his brother and he knew this money would be spent within a week or two and that was what happened!!

One day after the day when Zhou Mingyu had paid sixty million won, Zhou Mingyu received the shock of her life. The video of her and little Jing was posted online!

Her blood froze in her veins when she saw the video which was going viral online. She called her management company in desperation to stop the video from spreading but she was too late and not only that, her management had already given up on Zhou Mingyu.

Soon enough, Zhou Mingyu started to get death threats from the underworld and her fans who were very angry with her. Some suggested her to kill herself instead of facing all this shame which she was bringing upon herself.

She had now washed her hands off all the contracts which she had signed before. Companies with whom she was in a long term contract had also sent notices to her. Now only what left with her was revenge.

For revenge also, the director had asked her to not show her face on the sets.

In his words, "we can film your scenes using a body double. You do not need to visit the sets. I don't want my artists to get hurt because of a vicious snake like you."

"What are you looking at, Mei?" Su Yuchen asked and leaned against Xin Mei. She was excitedly watching an article on her tablet.

"I am watching how Zhou Mingyu had finished herself in such a short period of time. I only hope her negative publicity will not affect the movie 'Revenge'."

"It will not, trust me." Su Yuchen smiled at her and pulled her in his arms. "This movie has Su Zixin and it is under the banner of Heritage. I am sure this is enough to suppress Zhou Mingyu and her negative publicity."

Xin Mei nodded to him and looked at another article about Zhou Mingyu.

'Mingyu, this is just a start. I will finish you!' she thought.
