Chapter 280 - First love!

"Who is this Da Chun girl?" Su Yuchen asked Xin Mei with curiosity in his voice.

"She is childhood crush of gege," Xin Mei informed him. "Gege had met her when he was five year old and from what I know, gege fell badly for her at the first sight itself. He used to take a flower for her daily. He was hell over heal in love with him. He..."

Five-year-old Xin Yan had fallen hard for five-year-old Da Chun. He was ready to do anything for her. Their love story ended for only one year because the Xin family shifted to some other city.

Later, Xin Yan again met Da Chun in the City A when they were sixteen-year-old. He again fell for her. He was confident that he would be able to pursue her this time but he failed badly and ended up with a slap on his cheek.

"Gege, I don't get it, Da Chun hated you with her guts then how did you and she ended together? As far as remember, you were like a serious desease for her."

"She joined Xin corporation and this time, I used this opportunity with smartness. I helped her with her family problems and personal problems and here we are…" Xin Yan shrugged with a happy smile on his lips.

"Congratulations man, you are really lucky. Finally got your lady love."

The direction of their conversation shifted to congratulations to Xin Yan. He was feeling slightly shy and nervous. He still was not sure about how long his and Da Chun's relationship will be.

After dinner and chatting, they made their way towards the games room. Xin Yan, He Ye, Xin Mei, and Su Zixin loved to play video games. So, they took controllers in their hands and started to play the games.

They were again impressed with the games room of Su Yuchen which fully equipped with all the latest games and games equipment.

Gu Nan and Su Yuchen both were not big fans of video games. So, they decided to play a round or two of carom.

"Su Yuchen, do you love Xin Mei?" Gu Nan inquired.

"Yes, I do. Do you have any doubt about it?"

"No, I don't but still I want to confirm the same from your mouth. You must be aware about how badly Xin Mei had suffered because of her first love. I don't want the history to repeat itself." Gu Nan looked at Xin Mei with concern.

"Gu Nan don't compare me to that jerk. I promise that I am nothing like him. I am and will always true to my Xin Mei."

Gu Nan sighed when she heard the words of Su Yuchen. "I hope you will stand on your words, Su Yuchen. Otherwise, I will cascade you. Don't take my warning lightly."

Su Yuchen smiled when he heard her. "I promise Gu Nan, I will be always true to Xin Mei. If not, you are free to do anything with me."

Gu Nan humped with satisfaction when she heard him. She looked at Su Yuchen and he was looking at her with love in his eyes.

Gu Nan felt happy to see that look on his face. This expression was the same one which He Ye had on his face whenever he saw her.

"I wish you a long and happy married life with MeiMei. I also hope to become aunt of many cute nephews and nieces."

Xin Mei and her group played games till late at night before leaving for their respective homes. It was late and Xin Mei tried to stop them but they wanted to leave the couple alone, except for Su Zixin who was like their adopted pet.

After three days, Xin Mei went to the studio, the address was given to her by director Zhang. There she tried various costumes of her movie. They all were perfect on her. She also tried various looks for the movie.

From the next day, Xin Mei started her training under an expert. She was taught the basics of real airplane by an expert.

Xin Mei also met with the mother of Director Zhang. She was quite happy and excited to meet her. His mother, Han Si was very good in nature. She gave Xin Mei many advices and tips. She also told her about the real situation, what she was feeling when the airplane was going down and many other things.

Xin Mei also studied Han Si properly to learn her body postures and body movements. Xin Mei spent her two weeks to prepare herself for the movie.

She also read and reread her scripts multiple times to prepare herself completely for the movie.

A day before the official start of the filming of 'The flying women', heritage entertainment and director Zhang organized a press conference.

Director Zhang wanted to give everyone the idea that he was going to bring the story of his mother onscreen. Heritage entertainment wanted to announce their next project which was 'the flying women.'

Xin Mei was also introduced to everyone as the main cast of the movie. Her interviews were taken and she was given good luck. 

"Director, who is my male lead?" Xin Mei asked the director with excitement.

"You will know soon. He will join the filming within three days." Director Zhang teased her.

"Director," Xin Mei groaned. "You love to tease me. Don't you? Why can't you disclose about him to me? I am sure, you have chosen some big star to play the role opposite to me. Why don't you tell me his name so I can mentally prepare myself?"

"Mentally prepare? Do you need to mentally prepare yourself even after playing a role opposite to Chen Bai?" director Zhang chuckled.

Xin Mei tried her best to make director Zhang speak out the name of her male lead but he was not ready to disclose about him. He loved to see his favourite star so curious to know about the identity of her male lead.
