Tang Xinluo swallowed her saliva and answered honestly under Lu Yuchen’s imposing manner. “It’s… Mommy raised the dog…”

There was danger in the man’s sharp eyes. Was she treating him like an idiot?

There was no need to continue saying as the meaning was clear.

There was a light in Lu Yuchen’s dark eyes, and as he saw the woman’s nose turn red, he suddenly wanted to get close to her.

He used one hand to support his entire body, and after he backed off, Tang Xinluo was released from the blanket.

Tang Xinluo just woke up and totally forgot that she slept naked. When she was dragged out of bed by Lu Yuchen, she felt coldness on her body.

She used her hands to cover her chest.

“You… turn your head away…” She wanted to pull the blanket up but was stopped by a large hand.

“It’s not my first time seeing it. What are you afraid of?” The big palm held her small hands, and there was coarseness in his voice. This was a sign of his will wavering.

“Lu Yuchen… it’s day time now. Don’t do this…” Tang Xinluo tried to persuade him gently, but she did not know that her gentle mannerism would cause the man to be unable to resist.

He lowered his head, and his lips curved up. “It’s already night time…”

Tang Xinluo then realized that the light was turned on. The window that allowed light to enter initially was pitch black now.

“Furthermore…” Lu Yuchen kissed her lips gently and lowered his voice. “You slept on the bed like this first to seduce me.”

“I didn’t…”

It was fine if he did not talk about it, but once he did, it made Tang Xinluo feel uncomfortable.

Her good-looking peach eyes stared at him with grumbles. “If you didn’t ask people to send me that type of clothes, why would I… not have any clothes to wear?”

After she finished talking, she turned her head and did not look at him.

Originally, she was still wearing a bathrobe when she came out of the shower, but the bathrobe was long drenched, and there were no suitable clothes for her to change into.

She did not want to wear the transparent and embarrassing thing so she could only hide under the blanket.

“Why? Are you angry now?” The rough hand caressed her chin gently.

Tang Xinluo was tickled by his fingers and could not help but look away. “I don’t dare. Anyway, I’m just a woman that Mr. Chen bought back. You can do whatever you want.”

Even though she said this, her temper could not be hidden.

She was complaining about him.

She just casually grumbled when her temper rose. Actually, she regretted once she finished her sentence.

After all, Lu Yuchen agreeing to lend her the status of Mrs. Lu was a heavenly advantage. She was merely tricked by the two helpers; she should not throw her temper at him.

However, Lu Yuchen’s reply stunned Tang Xinluo.

Looking at the petite and cute woman in a dazed state, he laughed rarely. “After all that, Mrs. Lu, you must be hungry. Come on, let’s go down to eat.”
